Open with a pan around the statue of liberty, flash to a pan over the streets of Manhattan and flash to an empty street. Eve is walking down the street in long confident strides with her chakram in her hand. Alex and Jeff are on either side walking behind her. They turn right and walk into a cemetery.

Pan down to the ground and fade to a dark red realm. Fire spurts everywhere and screams can be heard all around. We pan past some rocks and angle in on Thuvan still in Craig's body. His chest is bare and he is chained to a flat rock. A demon in a black robe turns toward him with a red hot fire poker aimed at his chest. We pan up to his face as we see him grit his teeth and scream in pain. We hear the sound of flesh being seared. Beads of sweat roll down his face. We pan to his left and see Lucifer walk up to stand beside him

Lucifer – I'm disappointed in you Thuvan. I thought we had deal. Instead you used my demons, my resources, my powers to steal a soul out of heaven! If you had succeeded, you would not only have lost your wife and the body I had arranged for you but you would have been zapped into oblivion and I would have lost everything I WORKED CENTURIES FOR! It's a sad state of affairs when the Messenger and her friends end up doing me A FAVOUR!!!!(calms down) I'm going to give you one last chance. (points to the urn of Osiris) There lies Fraysa's soul. I promise I won't damn her soul if you do one thing.(brings up a large knife and rests the blade against Thuvan's cheek.) Kill the Messenger of Eli.

Cut to the cemetery at night. Beside a tomb and some crumbling tombstones two bald yellow skinned demons converse while they are tearing the flesh of a human carcass now made unrecognizable. The sound of something metal can be heard ricocheting in the distance. The two demons dive out of the way as an object at high speed passes between them. It bounces of the tombstones and circles around the demons. As it continues to circle around them the demons don't take notice of the long rope attached to the object. The object we now recognize as a chakram finishes circling around the now confused demons and bounces of the tomb wall and heads straight to Eve who catches it gracefully.

She pulls on the rope tightening it and the demons heads knock together causing them to falls down in one heap, immobilized by the rope tied around them. Eve unties the rope from the chakram and hands the end to Alex who takes it with vigor and holds it with an iron grip not allowing the demons to escape.

Eve folds her hands in front of her and looks at the demons that are now looking at back at her with a glare and a growl showing their sharpened teeth.

Eve - Do I need to introduce myself or can I get right down to business?

The demons don't answer they just continue to glare

Eve - Do you understand what I'm saying?

Alex - Oh they understand you. They're savage and not high on a list of intelligent demons but they're not completely stupid.

Eve- (to the demons) Where's Thuvan? What did Lucifer do to him?

Demon - (in a hissing voice) We're not telling you anything! You'll have to kill us!!

Alex sends and electrical current of blue energy from her hands down the rope and it electrocutes the two demons. She stops before it kills them. Eve looks over to Alex with a disapproving look

Alex - What? They were asking for it.

Eve - This is my friend Alex (nods her head over to Alex) She is not happy. And when Alex isn't happy she takes it out demons like yourself.

Alex - And I'm really pissed off, so you won't die easy. Your pain is going to last

Eve - (interrupts) If you talk, I'll get her to back off.

Both demons spit at the ground in front of Eve. She looks over to Alex and nods. Alex sends another electrical current down the rope and the demons scream out in pain and grit their teeth. Alex once again stops before it kills them. They let out a gasp and glare back up at Eve, Alex and Jeff.

Eve - Where is Thuvan?

Demon - (relents) In hell with the dark lord

Eve - And Fraysa?

Demon - The dark lord has kept her soul.

Eve - (trying to keep an impassive look on her face) I'm going to let you go back to hell. You will deliver a message for me. If Lucifer does not give us Fraysa's soul, we will come in there and take it. We have ways of getting into hell and we're not going to let him damn her. And if Thuvan is sent to come after me, I will chop off his head personally because Craig wouldn't want innocent souls to be sacrificed for his own.

Eve cuts the rope and both demons stand up. Both run to attack. Eve just dodges out of the way taking one demon and twisting its arm and throwing him back. Alex engulfs the second demon in flames. Eve looks to the remaining demon.

Eve - Run along now.

The demon runs off scared.

Jeff - Nice bluff. You think Lucifer will buy it

Eve - No, but Thuvan will and it will make him mad enough to come after me. And when he does I will make him see the truth so he can face his past and his mistakes. If he joins us in a fight against Lucifer it could be a redeeming act that can set his soul free. And maybe Craig's soul too

Alex - And what if Lucifer damns Fraysa's soul in the meantime.

Eve - That's why we need to find a way to get into hell and free Fraysa's soul

Alex and Jeff's eyes widen

Alex - I thought that was supposed to be a bluff!!

Jeff- (thinks about it) If we have Fraysa's soul, we could leverage that in persuading Thuvan to come over to our side. (sees Eve's dissatisfied look) You know, in case the talking to him thing doesn't work.

Eve - (sighs)It has to. I know we're taking big risks but we have to right now. Souls are at stake! Fraysa, Craig and Thuvan's

Cut to hell. The yellow skinned demon creeps around the rocks to Lucifer standing beside Thuvan still chained to the flat rock.

Demon - M . . Master?

Lucifer - What?

Demon - I . . . I have a message . . . from the Messenger of Eli

Lucifer - (turns around to face the demon with interest) Really? A message from the Messenger. Sounds a little redundant. What could she possibly have to say?

Demon - She's coming for the wife of Thuvan if you do not release her.

Thuvan begins struggling against the chains. He is getting very upset. Lucifer just laughs

Lucifer - That's too bold a move for her! What's she trying to do?

Lucifer Looks to Thuvan grunting and struggling against the chain. Lucifer nods to the Demon monk in the black robe standing near by

Lucifer - Release the manacles.

The chains are released and Thuvan slumps to the floor. He gets up slowly, breathing hard. He has an evil glare in his eyes. Lucifer hands Thuvan the large knife.

Lucifer - Kill her and I will release Fraysa back into heaven. Do this and everything else will fall back into place.

Thuvan - (takes the knife) I have nothing left but my vengeance!!!

Lucifer watches Thuvan walk away.

Demon Monk - Will he succeed this time?

Lucifer - Did you see that crazy bastard walk off? He has no control. There's no way he can beat the Messenger. No, when you want something done right you have to do it yourself.

Demon Monk - But master there is no way you can leave hell. You’re bound here for eternity!

Lucifer - I'm quite aware of that you puffed up bit of snake spit!!! But if I had a pure soul inside me that would make things so much easier.

Fade to the centre, early morning before the sun has risen. Eve, Alex and Jeff walk in. Everyone including Natalie, James and the Summers family have been waiting for them to come back. They all stand near the bar as Alex, Jeff and Eve walk in silent. Alex makes no move to go over to the till and count the money like she usually does and James looks at her curiously.

James - You're not going to open the centre are you?

Alex - Not today, not tomorrow and maybe not for a long time. There's no point right now. There's too much at stake and this has got to be our base of operations until we're finished.

James puts a reassuring hand on Alex's shoulder and nods

Serena - We put a protection spell around the perimeter. No demons will be getting through. At least its safe.

Eve - I'm sorry you have to stay here cooped like this but you are safer here.

Chris - Hey, in case we need any extra fire power, does anyone want to unbind my powers?

Eve, Alex, Jeff, James, Natalie, Serena, Bobby - (in unison) NO!

Eve - Natalie you have an imprint of Thuvan's energy after reading his mind right?

Natalie - Yeah that's right. I've been trying to read him and find out where he is but I don't think he's on the physical plain

Eve - I know. He's in hell

Natalie - That would do it.

Eve - I need you to continue to monitor for Thuvan. I've arranged it so that he'll come a looking for me. When he does I need to know where he so I can cut him off before he gets here. I want to meet him on neutral turf.

Natalie - Got it!

Natalie goes down to the gym area of the centre and sits in the middle of the circle of candles and concentration crystals. Eve turns to Bobby and Serena.

Serena - What exactly did you arrange?

Eve - A situation that would make Thuvan mad enough to come straight to me.

Serena - (eyes wide and gasps) He could try to kill you!

Bobby - And what about Craig?

Eve - I'm not going to sacrifice anyone's soul. Definitely not Craig's.

Alex - (sarcastic) No, we're just going to sacrifice our own souls by trying to get into hell to get Fraysa's soul out.

Bobby - You can't be serious!

Eve - I'm going to talk to Thuvan, I'm going to help him save his soul. Having Fraysa safe and sound will help matters.

Alex - I don't think you get how hard it is to go into hell. There's no way to do it and come out alive.

Jeff - How would we get there anyway? Jump into a hell mouth

Serena - Astral projection

Alex - What?

Bobby - Serena!

Eve - What is astral projection?

Serena - It's spell that can separate your soul from your body. But not completely. It's like having your soul on a leash. We can send it anywhere, but at any given time your soul can be called back to your body. All is needed is a sign

Eve - So we can send a soul into hell without it actually being damned to hell. We could get Fraysa's soul!

Serena - There's a problem though. Anyone who goes in there will have to know the spell to merge their soul with Fraysa's in order to bring Fraysa's soul back into the physical world.

Alex - I'll do it. If you can get me into Hell I'll go.

Eve - No! Alex you are much to vulnerable!

Alex - Who better? I've already been merged with her!

Serena - She's right. It would be easier to merge Fraysa's soul with Alex's since it's already been done. Fraysa wouldn't fight it.

Eve - I can't let you go into Hell. I don't want to lose you again!

Alex - You said we need to take some risks. If getting Fraysa's soul will help you get through to Thuvan with as little violence as possible then I'll do what ever it takes

Serena - I know how to perform the spell. We will take all the precautions to keep her safe

Natalie - (gasps and turns around to face everyone in panic) EVE! It's Thuvan! He's coming!

COMMERCIAL

The sun begins to rise over the horizon as Eve and Jeff walk down a deserted street. They cut across the street and go through a park.

Eve - Thanks for coming this far Jeff but you’re going to have to leave me before Thuvan gets here. We need to meet alone and one on one.

Jeff - I know what's going down. I'm just here to go over the perimeter and run any interference. We don't need some random passerby to interrupt and ruin everything.

Eve - I do appreciate this Jeff. (Stops him by the arm and turns to look at him) I mean it too. You've been here with us since Craig died and stood by our side even when you could have . . .

Jeff - Freaked out, run away or reported you.

Eve - Its been known to happen. The things we see and fight is not easy to accept. But you have with courage and honour.

Jeff – I promised you and Alex that I would stand by your side when Craig died. I promised myself that I would fight for what he fought for to honour him and his life. When I found out that Thuvan took his soul . . . I had even more reason to stand with you and fight for him. Now we have a chance to save his soul. I will do what ever I can to help. I don't understand everything that is going on but I will see it through.

Eve - I hope I can live up to your faith in me.

Jeff - I have no doubt about that.

Eve looks sharply to her right she hears something

Jeff- What is it?

Eve - Thuvan

Jeff - I'll take off now and keep on the look out. Good luck Eve

Jeff walks off and Eve looks ahead.

Eve - Not just for me but for Alex as well.

Cut to the centre. Alex is standing in the middle. Bobby and Chris are walking around her holding incense high above their heads. Serena opens up a spell book. It's the one Craig's grandmother gave to him.

Serena – Remember Alex, your god powers are attached to your physical form. You will not be able to use them in Hell. The sign that you need to come back will be a small energy burst from your hand because your powers represent your physical form. To do this all you have to do is concentrate. Are you ready?

Alex - (nods her head) Yeah. Let's do this!

Serena - (reads from the book) Beyond time and space does this realm dwell. Release your soul into Hell.

Alex in engulfed in a yellow orange light. It over takes her body then vanishes leaving Alex just standing there for a moment her head hanging limply. Bobby catches her when she falls to the ground in a lifeless heap.

Cut to Hell. In a secluded area of hell a yellow orange light appears. It materializes in the form of Alex. Alex's head snaps up and she looks around at her surroundings. All around her is red rock except for a crevice up the side of a wall that has red light pouring from it. Screams can be heard from within the crevice. Alex slowly walks over to the crevice.

Alex - Not one of your top vacation spots that's for sure.

Alex makes her way through the crevice.

Cut to the other side of the crevice. Alex has entered a red glowing realm. Smoke and sparks come from every which direction. There are torture devices everywhere. Everyone filled with a person screaming in pain at the torture. Demons all around also perform forms of torture beating and tearing and eating the damned souls that have come here.

Alex winces she sees what is going on but realizes where she is and quickly dives behind a rock. Alex peaks out from behind and quickly creeps over to another one. She makes her way beside the wall and edges along. She hears a particularly loud scream that sounded like it was close by her. She turns around quickly to see if anyone saw her. When she is sure it was just another soul being tortured she turns back around only to bump into a demon monk in a long black cloak. The demon monk looks up at her

Demon Monk - YOU! You’re the friend of the mess . . . .

Alex punches the Demon Monk out and drags him behind a rock. A few moments later Alex comes out from behind the rock dressed in the demon monks’ cloak. She puts the hood up to conceal her face. As Alex walks along undetected she sees a line of demon monks all headed toward a place. Not really knowing where she's going she decides to follow them.

The line of demon Monks with Alex at the end walk along the wall of Hell down rocky corridors and past more souls being tortured. The monks past an elaborately carved and really large door. It is guarded by to demons with spears. Alex breaks away from the line and walks toward the doors. The spears form an X in front of her blocking her from passing.

Demon - Lucifer King of Hell and Prince of Darkness decrees that none shall enter the room of the pure soul until the most unholy of the order and the Dark Lord himself are ready to begin the ceremony.

Alex - (in a raspy voice cover her face completely with the hood of the cloak) The dark lord wishes that I prepare the soul.

To Alex’s surprise, the spears lift permitting her entrance

Demon - You may pass.

The door open and Alex still undetected by the demons enters the room. The doors close behind her.

Alex inside the room rips of the cloak and looks around her dark surroundings. She sees the urn of Osiris resting on a pillar column with only a spotlight on it.

Alex - The urn! So the soul is in here. Yes! Score one for the good guys.(Alex walks over to the urn) Ready to do this again Fraysa. Let's see if I remember the spell.

Just before Alex prepares to do the spell torches light up all around the room and Lucifer the dark lord himself walks through the doors. He sees Alex and she is exposed. He looks surprisingly calm

Lucifer – I'm aware of everything that goes on in my kingdom. I know every soul that goes in and out. Including the half god friend of the Messenger. You're here to take Thuvan's wife back. Well, that's not going to happen.

Alex - Like hell!

Alex turns back to the urn and begins to perform the spell when Lucifer throws a fire ball at her sending her flying to the far end on the wall.

Cut to the centre. Alex's body on the ground gives a jerk

James - What's happening?

Serena - She must have been discovered. She's getting hurt in the realm of Hell. Bobby quick perform the spell to give her a sign.

Bobby rushes over with the book in his hand and kneels beside Alex

Cut back to Hell. Alex gets up wearily and lunges at Lucifer who grabs her by the shoulders lifts her up over his head and throws her into another wall. Five monks walk up behind Lucifer and begin chanting.

Demon Monks (in unison)- Great Lucifer! King of Hell! Give us strength to complete this task! Osiris, God of death, let us pass through your veil and bring the souls of two together and make it one.

Cuts begin to appear on the arms of the demons and their black blood oozes from their wounds.

Demons Monks - OSIRIS, LET US PASS THROUGH YOUR VIEL OF LIFE AND DEATH LET THIS PURE SOUL MERGE WITH THAT OF THE GREAT DARK KING LUCIFER TO BRING BACK WHAT WAS STOLEN FROM HIM

The demons eyes begin to glow bright red

A flash of white light fills the room. Alex covers her eyes. When the light fades we see a little white light rise from the urn and fly right into Lucifer's body. He begins to change. He turns back to the form he was when he was an Arch angel complete with blue feathered wings.

Lucifer - (rolls his head around to crack his neck) Oh yeah that's the stuff. This pure soul business rocks. Now I can walk the earth.

Alex- NO!

A blue energy ball emits from Alex's hand but it is so weak that while it hits Lucifer it doesn't faze him at all. Lucifer looks over to Alex annoyed.

Alex closes her eyes and concentrates. Her body in engulfed in a yellow orange light and she vanishes.

Demon Monk - Should we go after her? She will alert the Messenger!

Lucifer - (Smirks) Let her. It doesn't matter now. I can walk the earth completely free and if the Messenger tries to stop me, I'll kill her

Cut to the centre. Alex walks up with her soul back in her body in a jolt.

Serena - Alex are you okay? Did you get Fraysa's soul?

Alex - (looks around her wildly) Eve? Where's Eve?

Natalie - She went to confront Thuvan!

Alex - We have to go! I have to find her!

Alex gets up of the floor from where she was laying and runs out of the centre in a panic. Everyone follows behind her.

COMMERCIAL

Cut to Eve walking through a clearing in a secluded part of a wooded area. Eve walks forward and sees Thuvan walking toward her slowly. He is holding a knife. This does not phase Eve as she continues walking toward him. They both stop a few feet away from each other.

Thuvan - Where is she?

Eve - If you are referring to Fraysa, we don't have her yet but we hope to. We want to keep her safe.

Thuvan - LIES! ALL LIES!!

Thuvan lunges at Eve swiping the knife at her. Eve dodges the swishes and swipes of the knife. She then somersaults under a swipe and when she gets up again she roundhouse kicks the knife out of Thuvan's hand. Thuvan looks back to her and growls. He glares at her and the fury is evident in his eyes.

Eve - You have every right to be angry with me Thuvan. I can't change what I did to you. All I can do is try to make the future better. I wish you could see that. (Looks at Thuvan still glaring at her) But you won't. All you want is vengeance. (sighs and resigns to her fate) Take it. Kill me.

Thuvan raises his hand to strike her down but he hesitates. Eve looks up at him, one lone tear falls down her face.

Eve - I’m sorry.

Thuvan - Shut up!

Eve - I'm sorry

Thuvan - (lunges at her) SHUT UP!!!!

Eve - (holds Thuvan back) I'm sorry for all I've done to you.

Thuvan kicks her down and runs to grabs the knife. He picks it up and runs over to Eve as she gets up. He brings the knife down upon her head but Eve catches his wrist and continues to hold the knife up.

Eve - You need to know how I feel Thuvan. I am so sorry for what I did to you and your family. Sometimes it kills me inside. Your boys, they must have been so scared

Thuvan - (eyes begin to tear up) You have no right to talk about them!!

Eve - I can't imagine how scared they were or how scared Craig's family must have been when you had them locked up. My heart breaks for those poor families that lost everything because of me. Like those families that lost everything when you sent those savage animals to tear apart their lives and destroy their homes.

Thuvan - No.(shakes his head and begins to cry) No

Thuvan breaks away from Eve. He turns away from her and begin to cover his ears and shake his head.

Eve - I never understood love when I was Livia. But you had love. It was real and unconditional. Why would you give it up?

Thuvan - (crying now) I want it back. I want my family, I want me wife but he took it away. Everyone takes everything from me! I have nothing but my hatred! My vengeance (turns back to Eve with fury) For you!

Eve - But its killing you Thuvan! It's killing the people around you.

Thuvan - (falls to his knees crying)Everyone I love dies. I couldn't protect Leah. My wife, my beautiful wife and my sons died because of me. IT'S MY FAULT! IT'S ALL MY FAULT!!!!!I KILLED THEM!

Eve - NO! No Thuvan!

Thuvan - And what of all the others I have killed. I tortured them and murdered them.

Eve - I've done horrible, unspeakable things too but I was saved (walks over to face him. She kneels down in front of him) I changed. You can too. There is still time to save yourself and your wife!

Thuvan - I must die for my deeds (picks up the knife and hands it to Eve) Kill me

Eve - (stands up and shakes her head) No

Thuvan -(stands up and thrusts the hilt of the knife toward her) Kill me! AFTER I HAVE KILLED SO MANY THEY MUST BE AVANGED!!

Eve - Vengeance is what got you here, it will not get you out!

Thuvan - You know it's the right thing to do!!!

Eve - It's never the right thing to do.

Thuvan - Kill me

Eve - NO!

Thuvan - KILL ME KILL ME KILL ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Thuvan runs at Eve with the knife raised high and as he brings down on her head in fury, she catches his wrist. Eve stares in to Thuvan's eyes remembering that Craig is still in there somewhere. She lifts her other hand to gently touch Thuvan's face.

Eve - (gently) In the name of Eli and all the powers in heaven . . .

Thuvan - (tries to tug away) No.

Eve - Forgive this man of his deeds. (whispers)All you have to do it forgive yourself.

Thuvan and Eve a bathed in a soft blue glow but Thuvan still tries to get away. He begins to panic

Thuvan - NO NO I DON'T DESERVE FORGIVNESS!!! DON'T TOUCH ME!!

Eve - (tries to gather Thuvan in her arms) I forgive you

Thuvan falls to his knees crying again wrapped in Eve arms. He cries with his head in her lap

Eve - (whispers as she cradles Thuvan in her arms) I forgive you.

Cut to Alex running into the clearing of the forest. She is freaked out and out of breath when she reaches Eve and Thuvan.

Alex - EVE! EVE! You’ve got to come quick!

Eve - (looks up to Alex confused) What? What is it?

Alex - Lucifer. He's merged with Fraysa's soul. With a pure soul he's no longer bound to hell. He now walks the earth!

COMMERCIAL

Eve gets up from where she was sitting on the ground with Thuvan. She helps Thuvan up along with her. They slowly walk over to Alex. Eve notices the bewildered look Thuvan gives Alex. Alex is breathing heavily crouched down a little with her hands rested on her knees and then she straightens back up. Jeff comes running over from the edge of the clearing after hearing Eve's name being shouted. Eve looks over Alex and sees James, Natalie and the Summers family quickly approaching them

Eve - Alex? What's going on?

Thuvan - (lifts his hand to touch Alex's hair) Fraysa?

Alex - (steps away from Thuvan's touch) No I'm not.

Eve - You didn't get Fraysa's soul?

Alex - I tried Eve. I found her soul in the urn of Osiris and just as I was about to perform the spell when Lucifer discovered me. I barely got out of hell.

Thuvan - You were trying to merge with Fraysa again. Why?

Eve - (puts a hand on Thuvan's arm and he flinches a bit) We wanted to get her out so she would be safe. For you and for her. In order to do that undetected Alex was going to merge herself with Fraysa

Thuvan - You'd do all that, you'd risk yourself, your soul, for her safety? Even after all I've done to you?

Eve - Of course we would. Life is important and the salvation of her soul and yours is something I owe both of you

Thuvan - I 'm so ashamed of what I've done to you

Alex - Could we get all warm and fuzzy about this later?

Eve - Alex!

Alex - I've been trying to tell you we have a big problem on her hands. Lucifer has merged with Fraysa's soul. A pure soul

Jeff - What does that mean?

Eve – Lucifer was as an Arch Angel, a creature of purity and light. Lucifer committed seven deadly sins. Succumbing to such sins as an angel, he’s bound to eternity in hell. When the world approached the day where humanity’s own sins out weigh the ones Lucifer committed he would be free to walk the earth. There is only two other things that can allow him the King of Hell to walk the earth now. Make me turn from my path to one of darkness and Lucifer merging with a pure soul. Which he has done.

Thuvan - (shakes with fury) HE LIED!! HE LIED TO ME AND HAS DAMNED MY WIFE' SOUL!

Every one steps away from him shocked by the terror of his voice.

Eve - It was his intention all along. Whether you killed me or not he was just using you and Fraysa for his own benefits.

Thuvan (seething with anger) I'll kill him! HE WILL PAY!!

Eve - THUVAN NO!!! No more vengeance. Fight him another way. We can do this another way

Alex - You have a plan?

Eve – Yes and I am going to need everyone's help

Cut to a busy street early in the morning after the sun has risen. Suddenly two cars blast from the street. From the fire Lucifer emerges unharmed and intact. He looks back at the fire. He quirks his eye brow and smirks and he continues walking in the middle of the street with his hands clasped behind his back.

Several cars swerve to avoid hitting him and smash into lamp posts and mail boxes. Several people gasp and look on with shock at this stranger with blue wings that continues to put himself in harms way. Many people shout for him to get off the road.

One driver fed up with him tries to run him over. Lucifer raised his arm and flexes his hand back and the car goes flying back. He continues to blast cars out of his path.

At this point over a dozen cops run out into the street and draw their guns in an attempt to stop Lucifer. Lucifer stops walking and looks at the Police officers.

Lucifer - (sighs and rolls his eyes) Bored now.

Lucifer throws his hand back and the guns go flying out of the cops hands. Lucifer then pushes his hand forward and the Police officers go flying into a building. Lucifer looks up to the sky and looks around at the people scared of him.

Lucifer - The world has grown since I last walked it. I'm going to need an army.

Lucifer looks across the street to a cemetery. He smiles and heads toward it leaving half of New York city in practically ruins.

Cut to deep in the heart of the cemetery. Several tombs are scattered about and there are head stones everywhere.

Lucifer - (raises his hands and breaths in deep) The stench of death is intoxicating!!(a black smoke begins to rise around Lucifer) BODIES THAT ONCE HAD LIFE AND NOW ARE SLAVES OF DEATH! ARISE AND SERVE DARKNESS.

Before the black smoke spreads out and goes into the ground a chakram bounces of the heads stones and cuts through the smoke dissipating it. It bounces off of Lucifer a couple of times causing him to stumble back. He watches the chakram sail back to Eve who catches it gracefully. Lucifer sighs with relief and smirks.

Lucifer - Oh, it's you. I thought I was going to be in trouble.

Eve doesn't say anything but she continues to stare Lucifer down

Lucifer - Come to stop me have you? Come on! Give me your best shot

Eve still doesn't say anything

Lucifer - Oh you're giving me the silent treatment. Well, that’s good. At least I don't have to listen any of your long winded speeches about love and Eli. Are we done?

As Lucifer raised his hands again Eve throws the chakram again and it bounces of a few trees and ricochets of Lucifer's armor causing him to stumble back again. He puts his hands down and lets out a sigh of frustration as Eve catches the chakram.

Lucifer - Do you really think you can defeat me?

Eve - Well I am my mother's daughter

Eve flips over to Lucifer and kicks him square in the chest with both feet before she lands. Lucifer flies back a few feet and lands on his back. He gets up and just as Eve is about to kick him while he is on his knee Lucifer catches her leg and throws her back but Eve just flips backward landing on her feet.

Eve flips backward again kicking Lucifer in the face. She then attacks him again. She punches him in the face then spins around and tries to back hand him but he ducks. Eve tries to punch him again but he catches her hand. Eve tries to punch him with her other hand but he catches that hand as well. Lucifer spins Eve around fast and locks his arm around her neck cutting of her wind pipe. He bends down to whisper in her ear.

Lucifer - You know you don't belong in this time!

Eve- More than you!

Eve tears Lucifer's arm away lifts her legs back over head and kicks Lucifer in the face. Eve then, still holding on to his hand flips him over. He lands on his feet and kicks her in the side causing her to let go. Lucifer then jumps up spins around and kicks Eve in the chest causing her to fly back and land on her back hard. Eve propels herself up with her feet.

Lucifer - We fought like this before Eve. Do you remember? You couldn't beat me then

Eve - That was a long time ago.

Eve goes to punch Lucifer again but once again he catches both fists. Eve just flips over him while he still has a hold of both fists. She flips Lucifer over her back and while he is still in mid air jumps up and kicks him in the stomach. He flies back and stops in mid air. He continues to float above ground. Then he charges forward and flies toward Eve picking her up by the collar of her shirt and throwing her back on to the ground.

Lucifer - (landing on his feet in front of her) What makes now so different?

Eve - I have friends

A yell is heard and Lucifer turns around to see Alex flying out of the air and kicks Lucifer in the face. The force of the kick spins him around to find Jeff also jumping through the air and he kicks Lucifer in the chest. Lucifer stumbles back shocked. Eve gets up from the ground and stands in a defensive stance with Jeff and Alex by her side.

Lucifer - Okay now I'm really mad.

Jeff and Alex takes hold of Eve arms as she flips back wards sending two strong kicks to Lucifer's jaw flipping him backwards. Just before his feet can touch the ground Jeff and Alex let go of Eve and kick him square in the chest at the same time and he flies back and he slides on to ground falling face first. He gets up slowly his back facing the trio.

He turns around quickly and throws a fire ball at Alex sending her flying back. Then Lucifer flies over and kicks Jeff and Jeff goes flying back. Shocked, Eve looks back to Lucifer just as he punches her in the face. He kicks her in the stomach and she doubles over. Then Lucifer sends an upper cut to her face and she flies on to her back. She gets up on her knees and Lucifer kicks her in the stomach winding her. Eve rolls on to her back in pain and looks up at Lucifer just a few feet away holding a green energy ball.

He throws it at Eve just as Thuvan in Craig's body jumps in front of her taking the full force of the blow.

Eve – NO!!!

Eve crawls over to Thuvan shocked.

Eve - Thuvan, what are you doing?

Thuvan - I'm all right Eve. You can't kill a dead body remember.

Eve - You called me Eve.

Thuvan - That's who you are.

Lucifer unsheathes his sword and charges toward Eve and Thuvan

There comes a time
when you face the toughest of fights
searching for a sign
lost in the darkest of nights

Eve jumps up over Thuvan and kicks the sword Lucifer unsheathed out of Lucifer hands. Eve then punches him in the face twice then punches him in the side he bends over and Eve punches him again in the face

The wind blows so cold
you're standing alone
before the battle's begun
but deep in your soul the future unfolds
as bright as the rays of the sun

Eve jumps up and bicycle kicks Lucifer backward. He stumbles back shocked

Eve - What's the matter Lucifer? Having a pure soul making you soft?

Lucifer looks at Eve with a panicked look

Eve - NOW!

Natalie James Serena Bobby and Chris from a circle around Eve and Lucifer. Eve grabs hold of Lucifer

Natalie James Serena Bobby and Chris - (chanting in unison) OSIRIS SET THE BALANCE OF YOUR REALMS. GIVE US THE POWER TO SET A PURE SOUL FREE BACK INTO HEAVEN. LET THE DARK LORD RELEASE THE SOUL HE STOLE AND HARBOURS

Eve - In the name of Eli and all the powers of heaven I command Fraysa's pure soul to be set free!!

A wind rises up around all of them and light shines between Eve and Lucifer.

Lucifer - NO!!!

Eve - You had a moment of willingness there Lucifer, where you would have gladly given up Fraysa's soul to get your powers as a demon back. That’s all we need to break the spell of the merging of souls. The dominant spirit willing to give up the other.

The light and the wind fade away and a little light floats out of Lucifer and into the sky. Eve lets go of him as he changes back into a demon, into the devil!!

Eve takes hold of Lucifer again

Lucifer - I will not leave this earth again!!

Eve - It the name of Eli and all the powers of heaven I command this evil be cast into hell!

Alex runs up and holds on to Eve as she continues to chant. Jeff walks up to Eve and also holds on to her. James and Natalie break from the circle and stand by Eve both putting a hand on her shoulder. Serena Bobby and Chris run up to Eve and all hold on to her.

A bright light glows around all eight of them. They glow bright. Sparks fly all around and a wind picks up. The wind blows rapidly and the ground shakes violently. Lucifer begins to scream and the ground turns red beneath him and he continues to smolder

Thuvan walks over and put his arms around Eve and shouts out loud

Thuvan - I believe in you Eve and so does Craig. I forgive you

Eve - It the name of Eli and all the powers of heaven I command this evil be cast into hell!!!

Lucifer screams as a huge blinding white light explodes.

COMMERCIAL

The light fades and we see a white blue realm covered in mist. The mist parts and we see Eve standing looking at her surroundings.

Eve - Where am I?

Male Voice - At a crossing.

Eve turns around in the direction of the voice. Out of the mist in white robes walks Eli bathed in a soft white glow.

Eve - Am I dead?

Eli (chuckles and shakes his head) No. You will be returned to your mortal body soon enough

Eve - And Lucifer?

Eli - He has been sent back to Hell thanks to you and your friends.

Eve - Eli, over the past two years I have been so confused. I strayed from my path. I'm . . .

Eli - Growing. You are growing into your path. We never finish learning Eve. You are learning and finding your way. You are strong and pure and you have remained faithful. You have never disappointed me. I am very proud of you. I know your mother is too.

Eve - (smiles to herself then looks up to Eli) Eli why did you allow the laws of time to bend for Craig's spell to work. How has my work as Messenger continued in the past when my soul has been transported to this century?

Eli - (smiles) That's not exactly how it happened but that will be revealed to you when you are ready to know. For now I will tell you this: Your heart is still heavy. You need to forgive yourself for your past.

Eve - I don't know how.

Eli – Eve, to save someone that you wronged in your past, you made a great act of redemption.

Eli looks to Thuvan as he comes out of the mist hand in hand with Fraysa. They look just as they did in the past but they are in white robes smiling and Thuvan no longer has the X burned into his forehead

Eli - By redeeming a damned soul, someone you hurt long ago, you have redeemed yourself (he sees the tears slip down Eve's cheeks and cups her face with his hands and wipes the tears away) You are ready to understand and prepare for the future now.

Thuvan - Eve you gave me back my humanity, my soul and my love. It is only right I give back what I took from you

Thuvan closes his eyes. A blue light shimmers around him. Out steps a faded form of Craig. Once he has fully separated from Thuvan he turns solid. He is healthy looking and strong.

Thuvan - I release him willingly from the meld.

Eve - Craig?

Craig and Eve embrace warmly. Eli looks up at the sky then back to Eve

Eli - It has been decreed that life be restored to what it should be.

A bright light emits from Eli and floods the area

Cut to the light fading and we see the morning sun in the sky. We pan down to the cemetery and we see Eve, Alex, Jeff, Natalie, James, Serena, Bobby, Chris and Craig all lying on the ground. Eve groans slightly and gets up on her knees. She hears another moan and sees Alex stirring. She crawls over to her.

Eve - Alex? Alex?

Alex - Did we win?

Eve- (sighs and smiles) Yeah

Alex - (sits up slowly) Then I'm peachy

Eve and Alex looks to Jeff that stirs.

Jeff - Yep that's going to leave mark

Natalie -(gets up and moans) Shut up cry baby

Jeff - You shut up

Serena - (gets up off the ground with Bobby by her side helping her up) Knock it off you two

Chris gets up of the ground and cracks his neck.

Chris - This demon hunting business is painful.

James stirs and Eve runs over to him. He gets up on his knees and Eve kneels beside him. They look into each others eyes and embrace warmly

Everyone hears a moan coming from Craig. He stirs slightly and gets up off the ground. He stumbles a bit and then recovers. Eve walks over to him

Eve - Craig? Is it really you?

Alex walks over to him and punches Craig in the arm

Craig - (grabs his arm in shock in pain) OW! What was that for?

Alex - (smiles) It's him!!

Alex leaps into Craig arms and hugs him. Eve puts her arms around them both. James and Natalie both shake Craig's hand after Alex and Eve let go. Craig gives Jeff a big brotherly hug. He looks over to his family. Serena begins crying and she gives a Craig a big hug and kisses him on the forehead. Bobby gives his son a hug and gives him a strong pat on the back and a smile. Craig turns to Chris and they stare at each other for a moment. They then embrace warmly. After they break apart everyone leaves the cemetery, the morning sun shines upon all of them.

Fade to Eve's apartment. Pan over to Eve who is at window watching the sun set.

Eve - (voice over commentary) It has been one year since Craig died. Six months since I found out that his body had been possessed by a dark soul and only a few short hours since he came back to life. I was forgiven and a soul was redeemed. It is amazing how fast things can change from one moment to the next but it could take a life time to find answers to why. I understand that now. Here in the 21’st century I was given a second chance to find peace with myself. I feel I am finally free from Livia. But there are still reasons as to why I’m here that are still unknown. I suppose the answers to these questions will be revealed in time. But is it over? Is my time here finished, am I done in this century? No. I still have a mission here and I must prepare for my future. What that future holds, I don’t know.

Alex and Craig walk into the apartment holding a couple of bowls and set them down on the counter. Eve looks over to them and smiles. Craig walks over to Eve.

Eve - How are you feeling?

Craig - Changed. (looks to Alex) But I'm glad to be back.

Alex smiles

Craig - (looks to Eve) I'm starting to remember things, from what Thuvan did, to even that mind meld. I want you to know if I ever thought you were running away from your past, I never would have . . .

Eve - Performed the spell. Craig if you hadn't, I would have never learned to face my past and completely forgive myself. I can move on with my life now. I can look forward and do what I was meant to without prejudice. I can make the future better.

Alex - So what happens now?

Eve - I don't know but my time here is anything but over.

Jeff appears at the window on the fire escape

Jeff - Hey! Are you guys coming up here or what? Let's get this party started

Eve, Alex and Craig smile as Alex and Craig grab the bowls they were carrying and head out the window up the fire escape

Cut to the roof of the centre. It is decorated in patio lanterns, colourful lights, and plants. There is long table in the middle covered with food. Serena is cutting a cake while Chris is trying to take a lick of it but Serena slaps his hand away. Jeff and Natalie are setting up plates and pouring glasses of water. Bobby helps Alex and Craig up and they go to put the bowls on the table. James helps Eve up and they hold hands and smile at each other. Everyone walks over to the table and sits down around it. Jeff raises his glass

Jeff - A toast! (everyone raises their glass) To friends and family

Craig - To Eve!

Eve - (shakes her head) To love

Everyone looks around the table and smiles

Everyone (in unison) - To love!!
