Tempo

A tall, graceful mare with long legs and an narrow face, Tempo's talent is changing a target creature's perception of time, either speeding it up or slowing it down so that the target gains or loses up to an hour, depending upon how much energy Tempo exerts.  Tempo is a quiet, reserved mare, somewhat mysterious to the other Academy corns, but kind and gracious to all she meets.  She is a good mare, almost to a fault: unselfish, generous, humble to the point of self-effacement, amiable, and self-sacrificing.

Like Prayer, however, Tempo feels that no one really knows her and deeply doubts her own identity.  She has tried her whole life to be the best unicorn she can be, by the grace of the Roug and the Light, but now she feels she has little idea of who she really is...or even why she has been trying so hard to be perfect for so long.  Light knows it hasn't made her happy. She is a talented fighter, though overly guarded and cautious when fighting living opponents, and is great friends with Memory, who also understands the pains of trying to be perfect.
