Personality: Little Raven is the kind of child who doesn't scream and yell to get her way, or stubbornly
refuse to do as she's told to get her way. No. She's the kind of child who charms you to death to get HER
way, drowning you in sweet innocent smiles. Born with tons of imagination, the whole world is an adventure for her fertile little imagination. She loves attention and fairly shines under appreciation. Though
Raven hates schedules with a passion. She wants to eat when she's hungry, play when she feels like it, sleep
when she's tired. Not be forced to follow some boring schedule. Though again, she won't throw tantrums to
get what she wants. She wears you down with charm and evasive elusive tactics.

History
General History: Kestrel Ashlaron is the youngest son of Lord Reen and Lady Rosalee Ashlaron of Chilhalla. Growing up in the shadow of a domineering, bullying father and a self absorbed mother, Kestrel's first decade of life was rather... lonely at the best of times. Until her father joined the academy where he blossomed under the more caring enviroment and where he met and fell in love with his cha-mate, Ahlaina.

Ahlaina Ashbury was the youngest child of a relatively upper class family whose father was an abusive man to his wife and eldest daughter. A fool whom had improvished the family by gambling away the family's moneys and land and home. Protected from their father's bullying by her eldest sister, Ahlaina was never as emotionally marked as her sister was. Running away from home with Sora when they were 14 and 12, the girls joined the academy where Ahlaina met and fell in love with Kestrel.

The star crossed young lovers seemed to beleive that together they could face and overcome any obstacle,
and when Kestrel witnessed his wife's murder in 109, his grief very nearly destroyed him. It is believed that only love of his bonded and daughter kept him going after losing Ahlaina.

Personal History: Born at the academy in Pallahade on Ombra 9th 109, little Raven had the prestigious honor of having three unicorns present for her birth. Gusty, her father's bonded, Charade, her mother's bonded, and Tide, her Aunt Sora's bonded.

From the second she was born, the infant captured her parent's, Aunt's and unicorn's hearts. Living a
magical life in the academy where unicorn foals were her playmates and when people weren't around to watch her, she was watched and protected by every adult unicorn around. To say she was growing up slightly spoiled and extremely happy would be an understatement.

Then when little Raven was only 3 years old, her parents and Aunt Sora were sent away on a border patrol and tiny Raven was left in the care of Heidi, the academy cook until her parents return. Their return was a lot sooner than was expected though. Supposed to gone for a year, they returned less than a month later. Attacked by a group of embittered untrained Wyn, her father and aunt had been seriously injured. Her mother and her bonded killed. To young to understand why Mommy wasn't around, it was months before the little girl stopped asking to go see mommy.

Now at five, the slender little girl doesn't ask after mommy much anymore. And what memories she has of her mommy are faded with time, though her family are always quick to remind her of the special woman lost to them too soon.
