The Rin Caad Mint

The Rin Caad Mint is where the coins of the realm are produced.  Chips are made of wood.  It is almost impossible to counterfeit them as the wood is infused with flecks of metal (like mica), an effect produced through a still very obscure process known only to a handful of scholars employed at the Rin Caad Mint and are stamped with the official seal of the Csar. The Seal of the Csar is a unicorn.
 

The Rin Caad Imperial Bank
 
The Imperial Bank is on Merchant Avenue at either number 119 or 123  (OOC:  Keep sticking pins in me to find out what Office it is that is at 121 Merchant Avenue - it could be the Roug Chapter House address but I can't confirm!)
 

The Royal Insitute in Rin Caad

The Royal Institute in Rin Caad acts as a sort of non-Uen Roug counterpart to the Academy, where students of all occupations go to study and learn. It is also, of course, highly exclusive, and only the most talented artisans, medicos, and scholars attend.
