Unruly red curls down to her jaw, she is rather round and she carries a chip on her shoulder.
Dull, blue eyes.

Pudgy in form and usually wears a blank look or a scowl.    Always seems to blend into the background.    No one seems to be able to remember her.   :)

Derico -A poor/dishonest traders daughter. The trader, her father, was more than delighted to hand her over to the Wyn that noticed her talent. (One less mouth to feed...)   Asia's mother died in childbirth.
 

   Asia is not pretty.   She learned at a young age to manipulate and intimidate people.    She always tries to find the weakness of every person she meets, friend or foe and records it for future use.   Most of her 'friends' are people who are afraid of her and yet hope to benefit by being her companion.   When still a girl she learned she could cause people to ignore her (except that gave her a dreadful headache).    Her talent was recognized by a true Wyn passing through the town.    Realizing the danger of leaving her un-trained, she insisted on bringing her to the Academy.    She had trouble fitting in at first but seems to have learned to keep a low profile because of the un-wanted attention by those more powerful than herself.   She envies and resents the fact that Serenda and Daenara have so much power and are able to control her abilities.     Asia is a master of deception, which is why she avoids anyone with  telepathic power, Dayle especially has seen little of the girl.    She has managed to avoid appointments with Dayle Van Gaylen four times by using her power and with a great deal of luck, one such time was the crisis with Athena and Fathom.    Dae has become suspicious of her but has no proof yet of any leanings.    She usually stays very quiet and withdrawn unless in her interests to do otherwise.

More on Asia:

Probably most of the student body isn't sure how long she has been there.    Her 'power' is making herself be quickly dismissed as nothing or of no importance thus making her 'blend into the background'.     She is a loner for the most part although she does seem to be seen near Jonas and Darius a lot lately....  She did enter the Academy in 106, but people never seem to remember her.... "Can't place that girl...can you describe her?"   Seems to be a very common question, usually met with a shrug and a shake of the head to the negative.     Her power coupled with her usual dowdy appearance makes her very good at being 'invisible' without being so in the physical sense.
