This is a pretty loose RP, but there are some things you ought to know. Don't worry, there aren't any secret word things, but I do expect you to abide by these rules like they're law. Any extreme transgressions against them results in expulsion from the game.
- This game will be going on at the same general time as the Harry Potter books do. That means that NO ONE can be realted to, descended from, or anything like that, the characters of Rowling's masterpiece. NO Malfoys, Potters, Dumbledores, Longbottoms, Grangers, or Weasleys will be accepted, don't even try.
- All the actual playing goes on at the eGroups page. The link is on the main page.
- The school ghosts all have their own stories to tell and roam about aimlessly. They are adoptable, but they really have very little point at the moment. They're really just there for atmosphere.
- Yes, this game is based in the general time-frame and the definite world of J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter stories. If you don't think you can cope with that... LEAVE.
- Cussing is allowed, though not in mass quantities. Try to keep it kinda PG-13 ratinged... No sexual content allowed; snuggling, huggling, smooching, ass-grabbing, etc. is allowed, but no sex (which is what sexual content implies). If I see it, I pull you from the game.
- Mind your List-Lady and moddies.
- No God-moding. If you don't know what this means, e-mail me!
- Be respectful to other players. Be as respectful to the other players' characters as your character allows. No moving them around or just killing them off or anything without that person's permission.
- List-ladies, moddies, friends of players, etc. do not get special treatment concerning rules. All of these apply to them, too!
