Elspeth: Alright, we’ll stop. Here’s ‘Unicorn, Chapter 5: His Greatest Strength’.
is it just me or does Bling seem to have more to say
Jadali: No, we don’t think so.
um well thats because he see's more then we think sooo don't flame for him talking to much
Elspeth: Flame for writing a chapter you actually had to scroll (even that minute bit) for? I’d be flaming for the crappy content, if I flamed.
BLING’S P.O.V
Ok
Jadali: (flips back through pages) Is it just me, or do all the chapters now start with "Ok"?
Elspeth: True. And it’s not okay. It’s annoying.
I noticed as soon as I saw her she was Zack’s girl
Jadali: Um, how’s he going to tweak on this if they haven’t been talking or been in real contact since the age of ten?
Elspeth: Magic?
Jadali: If it is, it’s nothing I’ve ever heard of.
Elspeth: Maybe Bling has SAS as well.
the open yet guarded eyes helped tip her off on that the only person I know who can make every drool with a closed off feel to them is Zack.
Elspeth: Well, that made no sense.
Jadali: Translation: Her independently operating eyes clued Bling in on the fact that Hamony made an entity known only as ‘Every’ drool with its mouth closed and that Zack feels it.
Elspeth: I repeat – that made no sense.
Jadali: Can’t make a silk purse from a sow’s ear.
Harmony though seems so little girl like all you want to do is put her in a room and keep her safe.
Elspeth: Again, huh?
Jadali: Trans—
Elspeth: Don’t worry about it! I’ll be fine!
And as I watched Zack watch her he was fighting those same feelings only I guess his were stronger much stronger.
Jadali: Comma, comma…where for art thou, comma?
Elspeth: You’re mocking me, aren’t you?
Jadali: Yes. Yes I am.
He looks over at me and I send him a look that says ‘I know you love her’ I think he misread or maybe not but he seems up-set that someone knows he loves her.
Jadali: …And a quick slip into present tense.
Elspeth: Maybe the author thinks that by garbling the past four and a half chapters, she can change and nobody will notice the difference.
But anyway it makes him mad, mad that some one knows his weakness but as Zack can clearly see she’s not a weakness she’s a strength. I asked her if she liked kids she told me she loved them, just then I saw Zack’s blond hair peaking from behind the door frame
Jadali: Oh, how climactic…
Elspeth: *thwack* And you think my jokes stink.
I knew he was listening. So I bought over my sisters kids
Jadali: BLING’S A CHILD SLAVER!
Harmony loved them and they adored her she actually got Zack to be around them Brad my sister
Elspeth: Hm, interesting name for a girl.
youngest child kept staring at Zack.
Jadali (Zack): Keep starin’ at me like that and you’re headed for an intimate encounter with the floor, kid.
He tugged on Harmony’s arm to ask if he looked at Zack’s face would he fall over she laughed and said no Zack just had this stone-faced look on his face even when Harmony picked Brad up that look changed when Harmony handed Brad to him, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a bigger look of shock on someone’s face.
Elspeth: And the sentence goes "Ouch."
But Zack warmed up to him when I took the kids home Brad hugged Zack good-bye and Zack promised to come see him next time he was in town
Jadali: Yup. I can see that happening. Next he’ll be baking cookies and helping little old ladies across the street.
see Harmony’s his greatest strength I knew she would be.
Elspeth: Um, what’s that got to do with the price of eggs in China?
Jadali: I dunno. Personally I’m quite scared when I think of the fact we still have another chapter to go by ourselves.
Elspeth: *snigger* I wish Zack could’ve seen this chapter…he’d have kittens.
Jadali: *thwack*
