Ah yes Videogames, that seductress that has taken minutes, hours, days, and thousands of
webpages, well it has also taken a large portion of my soul and therefore I dedicate part of
my humble internet abode to it.
All time coolest Nintendo games in no particular order

The Nintendo GAMECUBE and the Nintendo 64: My two favorite systems ever.
While the GAMECUBE hasn't been released yet, and won't be released for more than a year, I'm still very excited,
this is going to be the system to own, not the PS2, not he Dreamcast and certainly not the X-box (It's made by Microsoft for Christ-sake!!).
Nintendo took everything that was bad about the N64 (high price, not exactly wonderful sound much of the time and a few other minor problems like the lack of games)
and fixed it and then improved on everything that was good about a dozen times. This time around the games are going to be cheap, numerous with good sound, stunning graphics and made with the same high quality as all Nintendo products.
For a much more detailed look at the GAMECUBE (It's so cool it deserves to be spelt in all capitals!!) Check out igncube in the above link.
A lot of people have been complaining about the name, GAMECUBE, and granted it is a little unusual and a little odd sounding but I found that after a period of adjustment I came to accept the name and it soon became part of my vocabulary.
Also the name shows that unlike other systems it is a completly game oriented system and also since it is actually very close to actually being a cube it makes it all the more cool.
Some other people have been disapointed in the colour of the GAMECUBE, it is purple as the picture above shows but Nintendo keeps saying that the colours are not yet final so people shouldn't jump to conclusions and besides is purple really so bad??
Perfect Dark versus The World Is Not Enough versus Goldeneye the showdown of the N64 First Person Shooters
There are three major contenders for the best FPS on the N64 Perfect Dark (PD), The World Is Not Enough (TWINE), and Goldeneye (GE). There are others but I own these three and so I feel I can review them with confidence.
GE and PD are both made by Rare (Hoorah for Rare!!) while TWINE is not. GE and TWINE star James Bond 007, PD does not. GE and TWINE take place in the present, or at least pretty close to present day, PD does not, it takes place in the future. They are all First Person Shooters (FPS like Doom for example) although they all focus more on specific mission objectives and stealth as opposed to just blasting.
Which is better? I don't really know, GE has the James Bond theme but its graphics are more primitive, the enemies are more stupid but its multiplayer is a lot of fun. PD has fabulous graphics, amasing sound, smart enemies and an enormously variable and amusing multiplayer and yet it doesn't quite have the same feel of a great game that GE did. TWINE has good but different graphics, better level layout, smart enemies, a better story but its multiplayer is piddly (a made up word whose meaning should be obvious) compared to the other two. ButTWINE is much more like a spy game which they all claim to be but TWINE is the only one that really lives up to that. TWINE is like a cross between Mission Impossible (a game I liked but was unpopular with many) on N64 and Goldeneye.
My suggestion is if you are interested, go out and rent them to test them for yourself.
Online Games (or at least the one I play)
The only truely online game that I ever play is Archmage at www.magewar.com and it's really cool. In the game you play as a mage who conjures and hires armies, conquers lands, builds buildings and attacks other players. It is really a lot of fun. Depending on your server on your server you get a turn every five, ten or fifteen minutes up to a maximum number of turns of 200. These turns can be spent doing the things I've previously mentioned. The coolest thing about Archmage, besides the fact that it is entirely online (absolutely no downloads) is that you are playing with, on average more than 7000 other players!! It also inludes a messenger service which allows you to send taunts to your enemies and battle plans to your allies or guildmates. There is a vibrant online Archmage community surrounding the game that adds a very interesting depth to the game. So do play it, NOW! Do it....Or else I'll whine.
Update So, I don't really play videogames very much anymore having found reality to be much more enjoyable than simulated reality. However, I have played a couple games in the past months that were super good : Halo, and that Matrix. Both are for X-Box and both are fantabulous. The X-Box has weaseled it's way into my heart, despite the fact that it is made by Microsoft (shudder) it's my most favorite new system although I don't own any of the new systems. I like the hard drive, controller and jukeboxesque powers it has. Oh, I also recently purchased a SNES (with one controller and Super Mario World) for $5 from the local Salvation Army which is a super snag. But, like I said, I don't play videogames much anymore.
