Look carefully at this picture and ask yourself, is that what I think it is? No, Key West isn't underwater, but there IS a stop sign firmly set in the Atlantic Ocean for no reason at all. The closest signs to this in use around Key West are the signs that say "Caution: Manatee area" or something like that. Who would want to put a stop sign in the ocean, I don't know, but not only did I take a picture of it, but I applaud their insane efforts!
