Gambit/ Captain America/ Jean Grey/
This page is dedicated to the new members of the Six who joined up when the Traitorous Team Members left. While they have not been the center of attention, they are worth examination. With luck they will become a valued part of the Mutant X community.
The Ragin' Cajun's life is very different in
Mutant X. Instead of a family outcast with a dead X-wife, he lived for a
time as leader of the Thief's Guild. He was living in grand style in New
Orleans until a battle left him near death and he was re-animated by team member
Bloodstorm. Now he has
vampiric powers in addition to his kinetic energy
discharge abilities. Thus the thief's thief gained stealthy skills at a
price; never again may he walk in daylight or enjoy a more normal
lifestyle. Saddled with his adopted daughter Luna, Remy LeBeau is the
newest and most unpredictable and secretive member of The Six.

The original Captain America has been dead for years, killed by the Red Skull. This new replacement is aided by unknown mutant abilities and the thirst to prove himself. Currently on poor terms with the government, this new hero strikes a blow for democracy one battle at a time. He is dependable in battle, but far more secretive in his off hours. With luck, he will rally under The Six's banner in a more permanent capacity.
Miss Grey is one of the original X-Men. She has vast mental powers in both
the Mutant X and Marvel Universe. While she had managed to survive various
duplicates and transformations in the Marvel Universe, it is unclear whether or
not those same transformations occurred in Mutant X at all. One has to
wonder how the original feels to live with a team far more comfortable with her
clone. Still, her prowess as a heroine and dedication to peace may make
her the most utile addition to The Six. She may eventually even serve as a
surrogate mother to the offspring of Madelyne Pryor, little Scotty Summers.
