Havok, alias Alex Summers, is now the leader of the mutant team, The Six. His life differs greatly from that of his brother Scott Summers, leader of the X-Men. Scott, alias Cyclops, lives in a mansion with his wife and love of many years. Alex, when he was still in his original universe, squatted serially in Colorado, New York, and Maryland. Cyclops' optic blast power was easily controlled with a special visor. Havok's plasma bursts needed a special (and incredibly ugly) containment suit and headgear to manage. Scott has lived with and led one of the most respected and well known teams, the X-Men. Alex has attempted to lead the now defunct government team X-factor. Scott has enjoyed a passionate love affair for many years with his current wife Jean. In his original universe Havok had trysts with a super villainess and a genetically altered she-wolf. When he switched worlds, he inherited a wife and a son. This book is the portrait of a man who, until recently, has lived under a dark cloud.
