So we seem to be evolving into Math and Science oriented peoples. Science has squashed most of religion, because there is physical proof of it. With Science, you can prove Christ walked the Earth, but not that he was necessarily the son of God. Through Science, we have defeated deadly diseases--the flu, small pox, the "red death." We get closer with Cancer every day.
Through Math we have figured out how to build homes for ourselves. With the combination of the two, we are able to live longer and be more productive than we could ever have been with physical limitations in the past.
Let's look at the two individually and how they each support my ideas.
MATH:
What I present you with is the concept that we are eternal beings and that everything is merely a repeating cycle of some sort. Math supports this entirely.
I give you a number line, a straight line with several points spaced out evenly throughout in either direction. Let's call the day you're born Zero. The day after is One, the next Two, and so on.
Just because you did not "exist" before Zero, does that mean that nothing did?
Of course not, because you know before you there was your mother, Negative One, your grandmother, Negative Two, and so on in the opposite direction.
Through this, Math entirely supports the concept of eternity. It also supports cycles and patterns. Things in nature happen in an organized though sporadic fashion. Trees may not all look alike, but they are all composed of similar rings that identify their age. Pine cones and needles all grow in number patters. You can actually decipher which cone came from which tree through Math. Some hefty logic that went into this creation, no?
SCIENCE:
Now the toughy--how does Science neatly tie all of this together?
Quite easily actually. Science is the strongest supporter of eternity. Science offers us the most basic component of atoms. Atoms are eternal. The atom is what makes us all connected and what, scientifically, keeps all of us around regadless of physical death. It is the most basic component of every thing alive AND inanimate on this planet.
Psychology offers us how much the brain is truly capable of. People with psychological disorders let their minds convince them of things that are not actuality until they believe them entirely.
Science also offers us adrenaline. Now think of this one element that takes over your body from time to time and the effect it has on you. My friend Kilo calls it "The Incredible Hulk factor." If you are walking down the street with your lover and they get hit by a car, you are so terrified of losing them that you are temporarily able to actually lift the car and pull your lover out from its clutches. You completely override the laws of physics and become inhuman for just enough time to save their life.
Crazy shit, right?
And of course, Science delves the deepest into dreams, and cycles, and patterns. These are the most basic elements of what makes us all human.
Now my theory just brings all of this together and states that we know eternity exists. Everything agrees with this although there is no actual physical proof of forever and ever and ever.
We also know that the mind is the most powerful tool of the body and that we only find true happiness through knowledge and balance. Therefore, the thought being most powerful is what proves that IT is the element which is eternal. We ARE God. We are the creators. The fact that we know we exist--how could that possibly die?
"I think, therefore I am."
If we can close our eyes at night and dream and see without our human eyes--why should that final shutting of our eyes be any different?
I hope you enjoyed my theory--I know I did. Like I said, feel free to e-mail me thoughts and feedback or even opposition, I love to think and that's what ideas are for. I'm still not sure if this is my actual belief system or just my next project after the Janie trilogy is finally finished.
Anyway, I now free you of MEGA Theory and allow you access back into the main contents page. Enjoy the rest of the sight!!
