RATING:     5 penguins out of 5 would enjoy this movie. They likey Guy Pearce without his shirt on.

VIEWING EXPIERIENCE:     I watched this movie with my parents a while ago and everyone enjoyed it. Memento was wonderful! It was a full package; good directing, even better acting, a clever take to a movie plot not to mention being a interesting and gripping one. This isn’t just some movie. It’s a masterpiece. It’s funny, clever, and keeps you guessing ‘til the end err... beginning. See the thing about the movie is it is a mystery done backwards starting at the end. Yet though started at the end you still learn more and more and piece together the story. It is masterfully done though at first confusing. But after you get used to the complicated story line and gritty camera work it’s quite enjoyable. I’m running out of adjectives describing this movie! And since I don’t want to give anything away I’ll stop at that.

STORY SUMMARY:     Leonard Shelby (Guy Pearce) is a man on a tragic and romantic quest of sorts. His wife was killed before his eyes and now he vows to avenge her death. But the problem is he was knocked out during the accident causing brain damage. So now though he has his old memories he can not make new ones. So if Leonard meets a new person in about 10 minutes he’ll totally forget them. In order to get by he must take Pollards and constant notes to remind him. And for the girls out there, the ever so cute Leonard has his shirt off half the movie… *drools* Also staring in Memento is Carrie-Ann Moss Joe Pantoliano both from the movie Matrix.

BEST QUOTE:     "Now what was I doing? Oh, it looks like I'm chasing this guy." *gun shots* "Shit! No, he's chasing me."

CONCLUSION:     See it. It's worth it. It may be to violent for kids though.
