Here's a question from Penny Person herself, Lava: on 5/2/01

    Why do Canadians say "Aye"?

I figured to really answer this I must get into the mind set of a Canadian. To bone up on this subject I first watched alot of Kids in The Hall. Then proceeded to eat a large amount of bacon til I passed out. Lastly I listened to "My Heart Will Go On" by Celion Dion, over and over again while I slept. Other than producing a bad case of Salmonila posioning (directions never said cook on the bacon), I learned some interesting things about our friendly neighbors the Canadians. My first thought as a born again Canadian was, I'm hungry. I then ate more bacon. But my second thought was, Aye. I was surprised at my headway already. Next I got a strange urge to hug a tree followed by one th aliminate the human race. After several hours of wondering through the forest I came to a conclusion. Number one under the pale white skin of the Canadian there is a hatred for the Americans that can only be discribed as ummm.... hatred. Also though I'm not sure the purpose yet of "Aye". I'm pretty sure these timid northerners use it as a racial slur for Americans. Almost like a taunt. After this epifany I quickly ran home ate a hamburger and took a shower with my clothes on. I just couldn't get the stench of bacon grease off me. *shudders* So what can be learned about the Canadians? Well, first of all if ever "aye" is mentioned by one of them in your presence. First punch then run and I repeat don't ask questions. God speed and watch your back.
