Rules: Go to a Ladder match and the long ladder can be climbed on the outside of the ring. The top breakable part is a ladder with a height mod, break it and wait for it to hit the floor. Pick it up and bring it in the Ring and hit the select button and you will go on top of the Cell and set the ladder up and you can climb it up there and pin anywhere.
