i dont see why ur ex bf dont do anything about it if he stil says he has feelings for you just chat with him if you can and just go through whats going to happen if you got hurt when u two broke up and dont want to go through it again then dont get back with him but if you have strong feelings for him and you know they wont go away then go slowly and see how it goes the best of luck and note me anytime if u have any more problems

okay well I met this really cool guy back in my 7th grade year, and we hooked up. Go out and buy some magazines such as cosmopolitan, ym, seventeen, etc. They are always full of great make-up tips. When applying make-up blending is very important. Here's something that I like to do. Apply some black liquid liner. Then right before it dries brush my blue eyeshadow over it. It turns into this beautiful blue line thats slightly darker than my eyeshadow and it looks great. I don't suggest that you start out with liquid liner though. Start out with regular pencil liner. Another thing you can do is apply a slightly darker shade of shadow to the corners of your eyes and brush it upwards. Not alot just a little. Make sure its blended. If you do it correctly your eyes will be very nicely accented.

Look for products that contain benzoyl peroxide. I've heard that Proactiv works great, but I've never tried it. Apply it once in the morning after thoroughly cleansing your skin. Repeat at night right before you go to bed.

Well it all depends on your skin type. If you have sensitive skin, try Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer SPF 15.
If you have oily or combination skin, try Neutrogena Combination Skin Moisture. If you have dry skin, try Curel Ultra Healing.

A voice came from behind her and she tried to scream but she couldn't. She was too scared to do or say anything. Olivia then felt a sharp pain on the back of her head.

Olivia woke up an hour later not knowing where she was. She opened her eyes but couldn't see much. It was dark. Just then the lights clicked on and she could see the room clearly but there was nothing to be seen. The room had nothing in it but lights and a door.

She tried getting up but realized she was tied down to a chair at her wrists and ankles. The door in the room slowly opened. The opening door was slowly revealing a shadowy figure. The figure walked into the light and she could see the ghost mask.

She scanned over the rest of the killer and noticed he was holding a large knife stained with blood. Olivia's eye swelled with fear. The killer started to come closer and Olivia started to panic. She tried to scream and fight her way out of the ropes keeping her to the chair but it was no use. Just then the killer said, "There's no need to be frightened. If you just tell me what I need to know I won't have to hurt you." The voice seemed familiar to Olivia.

"Who are you?" Olivia asked in a terrified voice.

"I'm the one who will do the talking. You will speak when I tell you to. You got that?" the killer demanded.

"Yes," Olivia said quietly.

I have dyed my hair alot. Now its very dry. Is there any way to fix it besides cutting it all off? I also use a hair straightener alot so that probably makes it even dryer.

Amanda says:.You don't have to cut it all off. Do some good malibu treatments or deep conditioning treatments and that will HELP...it won't take care of the problem but it'll help at least. Whenever you apply heat to your hair it's going to dry it out. So try using a styling aid. Like there's these products that are kind of gel-like, but you spray it on dry hair before you use a flat iron. Always use product and that'll help. But do the treatments a few times and you won't have to cut your hair off.

How come whenever I blow dry my hair, (which takes like half an hour lol) it gets all frizzy and stuff? What should I do?????

Amanda says: Same goes for you, use a styling aid. There's so many different products. My personal favorites for this would be Back to Basics Sleek Creme,(it's in a grey tube) and Redken's Extreme Anti-Snap (in a blue bottle). Use those when before and/or after you blow dry and your hair shouldn't be so frizzy. ALSO...you want to dry your hair from scalp to ends, otherwise if you do it the other way you're pushing all the hair cuticle's up which makes it even more frizzy.

what is the right way to apply mousse and when should i use it?

Amanda says: If you want to add volume to your hair, use mousse right at the root (scalp) before drying. If you hair curly hair you can use mousse to scrunch the hair to make it more curly. Or if you just want to use it as a styling aid (product) then when the hair is wet apply a generous amount on your hands and just run it through your hair before drying.

Stuffed Sweet Peppers

first prepare peppers.

then cook some mince with cooked onion, and any other veg u can find eg peas.

next cook some rice.

stuff the pepper with the mince and rice put the peppers in the oven in a deep baking tray .to cook slightly

The pepper should be still kind of raw to keep every thing in place plus its nice to add a bit of texture
you can put a bit of grated cheese on top if you want b4 putting in the oven

The big story of the week is that the government just entered into a 'Joint Mechanism' with the LTTE (Google "War, Sri Lanka" if you want to know more) where both sides would be given aid to rebuild Tsunami affected areas in the North and East. This isn't going down too well with the hardline Buddhist factions within the government who have been trying to sabbotage it since it was first proposed, along with any peace settlements. They claim that this will validate the LTTE as a rightful faction and get rid of their 'terrorist' status along with a whole list of bogus allegations. Fact is the government is as corrupt as they get and what is supposed to be Tusnami aid is being distributed among the ministers rather than actually being used to help people. There's more and more cases of where aid is being given out in preference to mainly 'Buddhist areas' and there's also alot of conflict going on where hardline Buddhists and monks are going around beating people up and burning down churches claiming that they're forcing people to convert to christianity in exchange for money or aid, when the fact is that people go to the churches looking for aid because they've been turned out by the monks. If you're thinking "why aren't the police doing something about it?", it's because they're also involved in it.
A friend of my moms who runs a church orphanage for kids with no families had the police break down her door with some Buddhist monks while her husband (the priest) was out of town. They dragged her outside and kicked her in the gut till she soiled herself. They then took all her kids away and put them in Government run orphanages which are known everywhere for abuse.
There's alot of hate going on, and it's a sad place to be in.

MONTREAL -- Schoolgirl killer Karla Homolka is seeking protection from Canada's media citing fear for her life.

In an injunction request, Homolka names the Toronto Sun first, followed by 12 print and broadcast outlets that she wants barred from publishing details of her release and her life as a free woman.

An accompanying affidavit states she's received constant death threats and fears someone will deliver on their promise once she's free.

"In particular, two weeks ago, my (parole) officer, Bernard Bisson, told me that two calls were placed to Joliette penitentiary saying I would die when I left prison," she wrote. "I believe some people wish to do the public a favour by killing me."

Homolka --who signed the document Karla Teale -- said she's been living in a constant climate of hate and vengeance during the 12 years she's served.

"As far as I know, nothing has been done to safeguard my security after my release from prison, and the thought of being relentlessly pursued, hunted down and followed when I won't have any protection makes me fear for my life," she wrote.

The injunction request will be presented to the Quebec Superior Court today. It would prevent media from taking her picture and trying to obtain information like her whereabouts, her telephone number and her personal relationships.

"It's unprecedented to get an injunction to stop the media from reporting truthful statements about you," Alan Shanoff, lawyer for Sun Media, said. "It's interesting that Homolka thinks she has so many rights when she's done so much to take away the rights of others."

But according to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Homolka is entitled to all the rights she had to surrender when she was in prison, which include not being "hunted" down like an animal, the injunction states.

She also blames the media for perpetrating the public's wrath and states that the publication of her every move serves only to "provide information to everyone who wants to kill the plaintiff."

The request also claims that the amount of coverage has been disproportionate to the crimes. "The same press, through an unprecedented media hype, led the people to believe that the plaintiff's sentence was insufficient and that the plaintiff didn't pay enough for her crimes

ok so heres my opinion i think that she should not be allowed out of prision she killed people and i think she should be in there for life she even killed her own sister how cold harted is that i think any murderer should be sentenced to like minimum 20 years they took someone else's life and they could easily do it again i say keep her in jail but that only my opinion

It was a hot and humid Sunday. Tianna worked the paper fan as hard as she could.
Sweat had already drenched her yellow, flowing, flowery sundress. The sermon hadn't even started yet, but she felt like she had been there long enough.
She knew she couldn't leave just yet, she needed to talk to Zander. He was really getting to her, telling her how he feels about her and in the same breath, mentioning his son. He went on and on about how he liked her, wanted to be with her, and then bring up how great of a father he would be. Then, knowing he ruined the mood, he'd take her and hold her. She always liked that part, even though she knew better than that.
His arms were like steal covered in cotton. They made her quiver and shake, because she was scared of what those arms would let her do.
His eyes would pierced her, and somehow, with just one look, he could read her mind.
Those arms comforted her when she was sad, the eyes could detect her pain, and his lips........
His lips were part of a mouth so sweet and full, it could send any one who touched them into a trance.
Those lips spoke softly, letting a husky voice slip through them, whispering sweet nothings in her ear.
He was selective of who those lips graced, because he never wanted them to fool anyone.

Tianna got up from the back pew of the sanctionary, and eased her way to the stairwell. She stood there, looking out the door and once she saw him approaching it, she left the platform and headed to the basement. It was their special place, well actually, the entire church was their special place. For some reason, there was an innocence about it that sparked a connection between them. She sat down at the table and laid her head on her hands.Her long, brown, curly hair fell over her eyes. Just as she went to move it , she felt a strong hand brush it behind her ear. She looked up, and there he was. "Hair in your face can mess up your vision, you know that?," he grinned and rested an arm on her shoulder. She stared at him for awhile. She never was the first to speak. She always looked at him eagerly, her honey eyes pleading him to say something. "I didn't know you were coming today," she said, getting up from the chair and taking his arm from around her. He clung to her hang and looked at her in the eyes. "How long have you been in town?," he asks, knowing she got in the night before. "Since 10 o'clock last night, I wanted to call, but if it helps, I dreamt about you last night." Zander shook his head and smiled. "Why don't we focus on making that dream a reality?,"he whispers in her ear, after picking her up. Her head was pressed against his abs, barely reaching his chest. He stroked her curls and they rocked from side to side. One hand was in hers, and the other was around her shoulders, her arms were rested around his waste. The moment was so peaceful and poetic, for a brief moment." Hey Whitie!What did I tell you about not wearing stockings, are you trying to be grown?" Tianna turns to the direction of the unpleasant clamor, sure enough it was Jessica, or Jesi, for short. She looks down so that she is level with the girl's face and says"Thanks for being polite Jessi, I love that about you. You're lighter than I am, and I can not wear whatever I want." Xander whispers in her ear,"Why don't you prove that to me later then." Tianna giggles at Zander's stupidity. She knows he is just talk, so she lets it slide, for now.

Jesi starts to look at them suspiciously. She scowls at Tianna and says, "Did I interrupt something special?"Tianna shifts from one side to another, and clasps her hands together."It's funny how you humor me, pretending like you really care,"she replies and walks upstairs to the sanctuary. Zander, angry at Jesi for ruining the moment, looks down and fixes his piercing eyes on her. "You just don't want anybody to be happy, do you Jes?" He runs upstairs to the sanctuary. Tianna is talking to Lena, who is advising her to turn the other cheek, love her enemy, and everything else Sunday school teachers are supposed to do. After talking, she glides back to her spot in the last pew, and thinks about the day she and Zander met.

It was, a little more than a year ago. He had rebelled against his mother and was sent to the boring town of Springsville. His grandmother was a trustee at their small baptist church. She was very friendly and amiable in front of people. It was obvious where he got his charisma from. He hated her. Absolutely, positively, with no doubt spat on the ground she walked on. In front of the congregation she sung him praises, but at home it was a different story.....Tune in for the next installment of ...Playing in the Pews...Will Jesi ever get the hint? How does the Sun cause wrinkels,cancer and other damage and how can i protect myself.

In the northern hemisphere we are in mid summer and for most of us the sun is shining bright. While sun exposure helps our bodies produce vitamin D — too much sun can cause wrinkles, dry skin, age spots and skin cancer. Our bones require vitamin D in order to remain healthy and strong. Vitamin D is needed for the absorption of calcium in the gut and for the proper mineralization of bone. Our skin can make vitamin D once it is exposed to the sun. How much sun exposure should you get is a question that many women have asked. Here are some guidelines for gaining the benefits from the sun without increasing your risk of skin problems:

Always protect your face from the sun. Wear a hat or put sunscreen of at least SPF 15 on your face. Your face has fragile skin and is very susceptible to sun damage of all kinds. Nothing will age your face faster than having it exposed to the sun. So cover up to keep you face safe and young.
During the day, expose your arms or legs to the sun during a walk or any time you are outside for about 10-15 minutes. This short amount of time is enough to get your daily dose of vitamin D.
For any amount of time greater than 15 minutes, cover your skin up with clothing or sun screen of at least SPF 15. Even if there is a light haze in the sky, cover up – the sun’s rays can penetrate through and cause damage.
Protect your eyes by wearing good quality sunglasses and a hat! The ultraviolet rays of the sun can damage your eyes as well.
Never allow your skin to get burned!
Remember to talk with your doctor about any changes in your skin such as new moles, moles that have become an odd shape or discolored or other variations in your skin. These changes may be a sign of skin damage from the sun, which can result in skin cancer. Most forms of skin cancer are easy to treat especially if you have it treated quickly

Skin and Wrinkels-
Each time the skin burns it dmages the top layers of skin. The top layers of your skin contains cells that retain its firmnes and elastisity . Over time more and more skin cells die and the tissue has a hard time repairing itself. What happens is that the skin is constently trying to repair itself but after sever damage that is continuous its tissue becomes damaged , when the tissue p becomes damaged the cells cant repair as easily and build up in places causeing wrinkels. Harved medical school did a study with twins, one used skin protection and limited her sun exposure and the other did not . The outcome of the study was that the twin who had protected her skin when she was younger had fewer wrinkels and sagging and looked 5 years younger than her sister. The twins were 65 years old.

Misconceptions on Sunscreen-
One of the bigest misconceptions with pepole of darker complextions is that they don't need sunscreen. That is not true at all. No matter what skin color you are you still need sun protection. It does take longer for the sun to penetraite the skin on african americans but they can still get skin damage even if they don't feel it .Also by tanning(fake tanning and laying in a tanning bed) does not protect you you still will burn as if you hadn't fake and baked. Another misconception is with spf numbers. The number like SPF 15 means the amount of minuites you can stay out in the sun befor you burn in relation to not wearing sunscreen. And last Layering spf does not increese its power the sunscreen actually will cancel each other out and provide you with about the spf of 5 so dont layer a 15 with a 30 just use the 30 and reapply after swimming or sweating alot even if its water proof . Also remember to use it year round!!!

My Fave products: Now you can find make-up with spf which is great but if you don't use one of these products or your faves dont have spf you can apply a sheer spf lotion over your make-up.

I have seen soo many different problems and asking for advice and I thought I start doing this to help out the confused. In evey newsletter, I will pick out the most problems that I see and look it up in "Checklist for Life for teens" and give a few paragraphs of what is in the book that I think will be helpful to eveyone. Pages 55-57

"Some couples try to get around all this by redefining the word sex. As long as they dont go all the way, they figure they haven't had sex. They think they can anil their conscience on a technicalility. Other couples draw an imanginary line that limits how far they can go, but than they keep moving the line, little by little, until eventually it disappears. Meanwhile, both kinds of couples are playing on a dangerous playground." (parg. 5)

"No matter what your past sexual involvement has been-all or nothing or anything in between-you can start all over again today, by settling the issues once and for all. Decide ahead of time how you will handle any and every compromising situation that you may face. Decide that you will not have sex-or engage in any activity that arouses sexual passion-until your wedding night." (parg 8)

"This will not be easy. But you can eliminate some of the difficulty by surrounding yourselfwith like-manded friends who also made a commintment to sexual purity and to support for each other with prayer and encourgament." (part of par. 9)
