Ms. Cindy Sinn

Cindy was inspired early on when she saw the Go-Gos and Joan Jett on a double bill. Go-gos drummer Gina Schock threw her sticks out at the end of the gig and they were caught by the young Ms. Sinn (which she still has and treasures to this day). She started playing on empty plastic buckets and paint cans until she stole her first set from an evangelical church. For years afterward she played in underground punk bands most noteably The Loiterers. She spent years on the road in van tours through hard times powered by drugs,alcohaul and Rock n Roll. After nearly a decade she was exhausted. She left her homestate of NY with longtime lover/Chicklettes bassist Lady S. After over a year of drifting in a van they settled in Little Rock AR and started The Chicklettes. After leaving MOST of the drugs and booze behind her Cindy concentrates now on her first love playing rock n Roll drums. She spends her other free time reading(favorites include Poppy Z Brite,John Steinbeck,Bukowski,and far left wing conspiracy literature) and listening to music (favorites The Ramones,Cramps,X,Lou Reed,Tom Waits,old Donnas ,60s rnr like Ronettes,Crystals,shan gra las and many others) She is also involved in groups like Food not Bombs and anti-war groups. Cindy says she is in The Chicklettes for the long haul and only death can stop her from continueing to perform.
