To all you people who wonder where Scott came from, here you go. Scott is actually the governor of Scott County in a place called Scottland (not to be confused with Scotland). Here he poses with his sign at the county limits.
Scott and The Mexican are looking at something. Probably a butterfly. They are amused by the slightest things.
Scott got attacked by a bear once in a grocery store while trying on a spiffy new hat. The Mexican had a similar experience, but I didn't see any need to show the same picture twice. The only difference being that there is a mexican guy in the place of the white guy.
