Okay. Just to prove what a geek I am. When I grow up I want to be an engineer. I don't know what kind really, probably an Aerospace Engineer.
Up until this weekend my NUMBER 1 college choice has been Cornell University in Ithaca New York. I fell in love with it last summer. We had just visited Yale University, and I really really didn't like it. My dad graduated from Yale, and so it's kinda expected that I will go there, or at least a school of equal prestige. So after visiting Cornell, that was my first choice.
This week, after vacation at Virginia Beach, we first visited William and Mary College in Williamsburg. My mom had built it up to be this awesome school, but they did not have engineering or a softball team so that was definitely out. Then we visited the University of Virginia and I fell in love with it. It was beautiful and had an awesome ambiance about it. Very fun loving and still a prestigious academic school. They have a great engineering program, and one of the engineering professors spent a total of 6 weeks in space, so that would be kind of awesome to be an aerospace engineer.
My remaining college top picks are Notre Dame, Purdue, Duke, and UNC. I know that Duke and UNC are rivals and all, but I don't pay any attention to college sports, and I'm just thinking that they're good schools.
