I'm Jo-Jo, The Idiot Circus Boy With A Pretty New Pet!
I happen to think that movies are a great way to waste time that you can never get back, so here's a list of my favorite movies!
American Psycho
- Starring: Christian Bale (SEXY!!), Willem Dafoe, Jared Leto, Reese Witherspoon
- Set in the 80’s, Patrick Bateman is a yuppie-and-coming Wall Street worker who has a bit of a problem. You see, he kills people… and never gets caught. He works at a company called Pierce & Pierce, and has all sorts of lovely (if you’d call them that) adventures. Weird ending, though… if you get it, email me and tell me your take on it.
- I give this movie five stars. This is one of my all-time favorites! Plus, it’s the movie that got me started on Christian Bale!!!
Fight Club
- Starring: Brad Pitt, Edward Norton, Helena Bonham-Carter
- A young man has trouble sleeping, so his doctor suggests going to late-night support groups to see people in real pain. So this young man does, and it becomes an addiction. That is, until Marla Singer comes to every support group and ruins the experience for him. So, disenchanted, he goes on a business trip and meets Tyler Durden, soap maker extraordinaire. Tyler is a little strange, and after the young man’s (his name tag in one of the support groups says “Rupert”, so that’s what they call him in the movie) condo mysteriously blows up, he comes to live with Tyler. Then the adventure begins!
- I give this movie five stars. This movie is just as good as the book, and you have to see it over to catch stuff you didn’t see the first time. Believe me, there is a lot.
SLC Punk!
- Starring: Matthew Lillard, Michael Goorjan, Annabeth Gish
- This movie is about Steve-O and Heroin Bob. It’s a very hard movie to describe, but it’s about being punk in Salt Lake City, which is basically Mormontown, USA. The only thing I hate about this movie is Sandy. Sandy is a dirty dirty tramp-o. And the ending made me cry… CUZ IT’S REALLY SAD!
- I give this movie 5 stars. I wish that it would come out to own on video, cuz I can’t find it anywhere!!! My favorite part of the whole movie is the part with Steve-O and his parents… CLASSIC. You only wish you would have said that to your parents when you graduated high school!
