9xdead, based in caerphilly, mid glamorgan, south wales, uk, perform goth, punk, metal were first spawned in 1998, but due to personal reasons we split up until 1999 when Chris and I reformed 9xdead with the help of a couple of others (who lasted less than 3 months) and played our firstlive show in the Autumn of 1999. We met Owen who was to be 2nd guitarist but who ended up singing and being 1st guitarist, we managed a handful of shows, then in the Autumn of 2000 we enlisted the services of Rachel to come in and provide 2nd guitar. We recorded our demo that Winter. Another line-up change came when Paul rejoined the ranks after Owen went awol in the summer of 2001. This line-up has been going since May 2002
