Punk Legend, Joey Ramone, Dies Of Lymphatic Cancer - We are very sad to report that on Sunday at 2:40 p.m. Joey Ramone, lead singer of The Ramones, passed away at the age of 49. According to MTV.com "The towering front man, born Jeffrey Hyman, did not respond to treatment for lymphatic cancer, a disease that attacks the body's ability to fight infection." Our sympathies go out to Joey's family, friends and fans alike. R.I.P Joey Ramone
