One day Liam was out for the day and saw Noel walking alone and decided to join him so, Liam walked up to Noel.
"Hi Liam," Noel said. "I was just walking alone."
"I saw that, why are you? And why do you look so sad? Your always with someone, and your always so happy!" Liam said.
"I know," Noel replied."But, its just that I am. . .I am. . .I have. . .I am having a bad hair day!!!"
"What? A bad hair day. What do you mean, Noel? You've never had a bad hair day in your life!!" Liam said.
"I know, and that's why I need your help! Will you help me?" Noel asked.
"I don't know Noel, I know you need me but, I don't know if I can or not, yet." Liam replied. Noel looked very upset, on the verge of tears.
"Doesn't our brotherhood mean anything to you?" Noel asked quietly and sadly.
"Yes Noel, it does! It means everything to me. I just already have something planed!"
"Tell me what it is that is keeping us apart."
"No, I can not! I will not tell you!" Liam exclaimed.
"Then let this be war!" Noel said.
"Okay!"
On sunday. . .
The next day Liam was waiting at home for Noel to come over to fight with him. He knew that Noel would because he always came over on a Sunday. After a few hours Noel came over.
Noel knocked dowm the door to show how strong he is.
"You knocked down my door! How could you?" Liam exclaimed.
"It was easy!" Noel replied.
"Do you know how much it was?" Liam asked him.
"How much was it, Liam? Two thousand dollars."
"No! It was one-thousand-nine-hundred-ninty-nine." Liam replied.
"Oh, big difference!" Noel yelled.
"Look Noel, this fighting has got to stop! I am telling you, if we go another day like this, I don't think I would make it!" Liam said.
"Liam, I came here to tell you Paul said he would help me with my bad hair. So, I am not mad at you anymore, I guess." Noel said.
"Well, then why did you knock down my door?" Liam asked.
"I was just getting out some anger. I was angery because I lost one of my favorite paperclips. It was so sad because it was my favorite one." Noel began to weep.
"It's okay, Noel. I know just how you feel. I felt the same way when I lost my favorite peice of paper."
So, as the two brothers forgave each other and Noel listened to Liam's story of how he lost his favorite peice of paper, they felt like brothers again and had a happy ending until next week.
