General Havoc is Divatox's brother. He came to the Sub Craft with a present for her. The Space Base the was promised 100 years earlier. He also brought a Matalasourous. He fought the rangers with it and captured the Turbo Megazord. The Rangers got it back though and Havoc left. He promised to return but that didn't happen. Havoc's last appearence was From Out of Nowhere-Part 1. He was probably destroyed by Zordon's energy wave.
