Elgar is Divatox's nephew. He has no brain what so ever! Diva tried to kill him in the movie by throwing him into the volcano but he came back. She had to take him to Earth with her because she didn't trust him. He often did the fighting for his aunt. In the final episodes of PRT, he and Rygog found the Power Chamber. Elgar put bombs in it and blew it up with the rangers inside. But when PRIS started, Elgar got a new mistriss, Astronema. She would have kicked him out but Dark Spector said she needed him. In one episode, Elgar was cought saying Astronema was the smartest boss he ever had. Divatox flipped out when she heard this. On the end of PRIS, he was destroyed by Zordon's wave.
