Refunds?
After i recieve your payment all sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How can i pay?
I accept PayPal, credit cards, very well concealed cash (AT YOUR OWN RISK),and money orders. If you chose to pay with a money order it will take way longer for your order to be filled. If you do pay with a credit card please do so through PayPal.

What if my dreads Unravel?
Like i said All sales are final. You can re twist them,blow dry them or use a flat iron to try to reseal them. If they are unraveled when you first receive them. you can send them back and i will do what i can. Do not send back if you had worn them because if you wear them of course they aren't going to stay perfect.If you do send back you will have to pay for shipping.

How long will it take for you to do my dreads?
On the home page there is a "processing time" posted. That is merely the time it will take me to complete your dreads . Shipping time is not included.

Shipping?
There is a shipping chart on the homepage.

How long does my hair have to be to wear falls and extensions?
For falls your hair has to be long enough to be put into a ponytail and then a bun. for extensions your hair has to be at least 4 inches long depending on the thickness of the dread and your hair.

Rush processing?
Rush processing is available. The range is from 10-25 dollars. If you need your order before a certain date make sure to email me to let me know. an we will work out a price. the more orders i have the more money it will be.
