“You’re a summoner now,” Rikku asked?
“Yeah. I’ve got Valefor, Ifrit and Ixion,” Yuna told her.
“Sure, I’d love to be your guardian. Wow,” Rikku smiled, “you’ve sure grown up.”
“I’ve grown up,” Yuna laughed, “you’ve grown up.”
Rikku looked down at her revealing clothes, and blushed, “maybe a little.”
“Hey!” The girls looked behind them to see Wakka and Tidus approaching them.
“WAKKA,” Rikku shouted, running and glomping the guy.
Yuna and Tidus laughed.
“It’s good to see you too, Rikku.” Wakka said, “you are Rikku, aren’t you?”
“Yes, so I’ve grown a little.”
“Ya, you’ve got a bigger chest,” Wakka laughed.
“Pervert,” Rikku shouted, covering her blushing face.
“Prude,” Wakka teased.
Yuna and Tidus rolled their eyes, “okay enough bickering,” Yuna knocked her staff over Wakka’s head. “Go get the others, so we can proceed.”
Wakka grumbled, rubbing his head, and went to find, Rin, Auron, Lulu and Kimahri.
Rikku smiled at Tidus, “hey long time, no see.”
The two hadn’t known each other long, before Rikku had to leave the island. “Hey Rikku.”
Lulu smiled at Rikku, giving the girl a small hug, “it’s good to see you’re safe.”
Rikku smiled, “thanks. So where are we headed?”
“Guadosalam,” Rin answered the girl, “then we’ll travel through the Thunder Plain, and go to Macalania Woods, then to the temple.”
Rikku grumbled, “do we really have to go through the thunder plain?”
“Yes, so no whining,” Auron smirked.
“Phooey,” Rikku grabbed Yuna’s hand, “come on Yunie.”
Yuna blushed, but walked with Rikku hand in hand.
Wakka and Tidus watched them walk away, their eyebrows raised. “Okay . . . ”
Lulu walked up behind them. “Boo,” she shouted.
Tidus yelped, jumping and falling into Wakka’s arms, “ahah,” Lulu laughed.
“Very funny,” Tidus muttered.
“I thought so,” Lulu said, with a smirk. Both boys were blushing madly, and Wakka was still holding Tidus.
“Tidus you scare so easy,” Lulu laughed, “lucky Wakka caught you.”
Wakka blushed, letting go of Tidus. Both boys glared at Lulu. Lulu just smirked and walked away.
She ran up to Rikku and Yuna, “hey Yuna, don’t you feel like resting, after your little incident? We can stay at the inn.” Lulu was talking about the new little inn that was on this side of the Moonflow.
Yuna paused, looking at Lulu. That didn’t sound like such a bad idea. It was late after all.
“That sounds good. I am a bit tired.”
“Hey everyone,” Lulu called, “we’re going to stop and stay at the inn.”
Everyone nodded and headed for the inn.
Lulu walked over to the counter, “we need enough rooms for eight.”
The lady smiled, looking down at her records, “we have four doubles.”
“Thanks, we’ll take them.” Lulu gave the lady some gil, and took the keys.
“Kimahri with Lulu,” Lulu grinned and nodded.
“Yuna and I will share,” Rikku shouted.
Lulu grinned. “Here,” she gave Yuna the key.
“Wakka and I can share again,”Tidus said, not catching Wakka’s blush.
“Okay,” Yuna and Lulu smirked, “that leaves Rin and Auron in the other room.”
Lulu gave the said men their keys, and she, Yuna and Rikku ran off giggling. Kimahri didn’t giggle, but he snorted, following the girls.
“Great more giggling,” Tidus muttered, “what’s so funny?”
“Who knows with girls,” Rin said, making Tidus laugh.
“What,” Rin gave Tidus a questioning look?
“That’s what Wakka said about them.”
“Oh. Come on Auron, we better get to our room.” Auron flushed and followed the teen.
Tidus raised his eyebrow, “did you see that,” he asked Wakka, as they walked to their room?
“See what?”
“Auron blushing. I think he likes Rin.”
“Huh? You do?”
“Yeah, I don’t blame him. Rin’s cute, if you like blonds.”
Wakka’s eyes bugged out, “what?”
Tidus looked at Wakka, “what?”
“Nothing . . . you think Rin’s cute?”
“For a blond.”
“Does that mean . . . ”
“Does that mean what?”
“Never mind, let’s go,” Wakka opened their door, and the two walked in.
Tidus just said he thought Rin was cute! Can a straight guy say that? I guess they can, but . . .
“Wakka, are you okay?” Tidus looked at Wakka, a look of worry on his face.
“Huh,” Wakka jumped, coming out of his thoughts, “yeah. I’m fine.”
“Oh, you were a little red,” Tidus walked over to Wakka and felt his forehead, “you sure you don’t have a fever or something?”
Wakka flushed, “no I’m fine.”
“But you’re even redder.”
Stop blushing! “I’m okay.”
Tidus smiled, “good. And . . . ” Tidus blushed looking away, “yes.”
“Yes what,” Wakka said, confused?
“You asked: Does that mean . . . yes.” Tidus looked at the ground. Why did I say that? Now he’s going to be disgusted with me or something.
“You’re . . . you like guys?”
Tidus shrugged, “um, uh yeah.”
“Why won’t you look at me,” Wakka asked? OH my Shiva! He likes guys! I have a chance!
“I’m afraid to see the look in your eyes,” Tidus whispered, tears coming to his eyes.
Wakka’s heart broke, “w..what look?”
“Hate. Disgust.”
“Tidus . . . I’d never have those looks in my eyes, not directed at you.”
Tidus looked up, his bright blue eyes shining, “you wouldn’t?”
“Of course not.”
“O...oh good.”
“Tidus?”
“Yeah?”
“Can I tell you something,” Wakka asked, blushing?
“Sure,” Tidus smiled and walked over to the bed, sitting down. Wakka followed and set next to him.
Wakka took a deep breath, and leaned over cupping Tidus’s chin. Tidus eye got as big as saucers, realizing what was about to happen.
I’ve wanted to do this for three years, Wakka thought, brushing his lips with Tidus’s.
Wakka leaned back and looked at Tidus, waiting for his reaction. “So what did you want to tell me,” Tidus asked in a breathless voice?
Wakka grinned, “can’t you guess?”
“I have an inkling.”
“And?”
Tidus didn’t answer. Instead he leaned forward, catching Wakka’s mouth in another kiss. Wakka grinned against Tidus’s mouth, furthering the kiss. Tidus moaned, feeling Wakka’s tongue tracing his teeth.
Wakka would of smirked when he felt Tidus part his mouth, but he was too busy with kissing him to do so, so instead he moaned, exploring the inside of Tidus’s mouth.
When they came up for air, Wakka smirked, “and,” he repeated?
“You think I’m cute,” Tidus replied.
Wakka blushed, “yeah. I...”
“What?”
“I’ve had a crush on you for three years.”
“What?”
“I did.”
“And you never told me.”
“I didn’t want to scare you.”
“Good point. If you had told me three years ago, it might of scared me.”
“When did you start finding guys attractive?”
“Not guys . . . you. And about half a year ago.”
Wakka blushed, “just me?”
“Well I think other guys are cute. But I like you.”
Wakka grinned, “I’m glad Yuna invited Rin along. Other wise Auron may of never got a crush on him, and you wouldn’t of pointed it out, saying Rin’s cute.”
Tidus laughed, “me too. You really think Auron likes Rin?”
“Yes. It’s so obvious.”
“Oh. Like it was obvious you like me?”
“I see your point. So how are we going to get them to admit their feelings?”
Tidus laughed, “I’m sure the girls will help us.”
Wakka nodded, “yeah I think they will.” After all I think they were playing match maker with us. Making sure we always shared a room.
Kimahri smirked.
“What’s with the smirk, Kimahri?” Lulu asked? The big cat was laying on the floor, looking up at the ceiling. Lulu was on the bed.
“Kimahri hear something.”
“What?”
“Wakka kiss Tidus.”
“Oh,” Lulu raised an eyebrow.
“Yes. They say Auron like Rin.”
“Yes, Yuna and I suspected that. That was one of the reasons we asked Rin along.”
“They want girls’ help.”
“Our help?”
“Getting Auron and Rin to admit feelings.”
“We can do that,” Lulu said, closing her eyes, almost at once falling asleep.
Kimahri grinned, “Kimahri help too.” The big cat stood up, going over to the bed, covering the black mage.
“Kimahri sleep on floor.”
The big cat, yawned and curled up on the ground falling asleep.
Rin eyed the bed, blushing. “I..I can sleep on the floor.”
Auron smirked, “don’t be shy. The bed’s big enough.”
“O...okay,” Rin turned away from Auron and striped down to his under clothes.
Auron blushed, doing the same.
Both men climbed into the bed. Rin jumped when Auron brushed up against him.
“Night,” Rin whispered.
“Night Rin,” Auron replied, falling asleep.
During the night, both men snuggled up against each other, putting their arms around each other.
