7/30/01 -Today is a landmark day
in Kicksave History. Mike of the band 
Alcoholocost joined us as our new Bass player. 
For those who dont know 2 weeks ago Rocky left
the band to pursue other ventures. We wished
him luck & began to dwindle through our options
for the bass position. When Mike expressed his
interest we knew it was a good fit. So please
everyone welcome Speedbump to the Kicksave family.  

5/11/01 -Whaazzzz Downnnn?
Well this past Friday we played a great
show with 3 great bands from town.
Dirty Barby, One Minute Revolution & Wheres Moo?
We had a great time hanging out with everyone. 
Now for whats been going on. Weve been polishing up 
the material for the new record. We should be
recording it in early June so look for it by the
end of June..with the 4th of July being the latest.
We also have been working on a new version of the
popular bar anthem Mission Statement. 
Its a real sing-a-long bar anthem which should be
enjoyed in every watering hole in the US. 
Anything else thats been going on i cant think of
right now. So if you have any questions feel free
to send us an e-mail. Thanks for lending us your ears.

2/20/01 - Well kids another Happy Daze
show down. Big thanks to Alcoholocaust, & EyeQ 
for showing up. Agent Felix well thanks for 
disappointing the people who came to see you guys.
Anyways it was a cool nite, we didnt play extremly
well, but you guys seemed to enjoy it anyways. 
Big thanks to the guys from SFAR for showing up &
all the underage drinkers that used to hang at our 
house. it was good to see you guys again.
Turns out SFAR digged us and want to put us on a comp
theyre making. Sounds cool to me.

2/11/01 - Ha Ha! If you went to the Midtown Show 
you were treated by possibly the best Kicksave
show to date. Thanks to everyone who came out.
A stirring rendition of Genetically Impolite and
alot of energy helped reach the goal. Having Fun.
The Trendys from Cocoa Beach played a great set
and the Supervillains were at their best making
it a great night all around for everyone.
Barfights and all.

2/5/01 - Well it was last year last time we updated you.
so here goes. Alot has been going on in Kicksave camp.
We have gone into the studio again 
to record an EP that were calling
"Geneticaly Impolite" 
final touches are being put on it and it should
be available for you guys by the Ice Factory show
Febuary 24th with The Spitvalves, Supervillains & the 
Know How. Also Chris from the band is going to be 
ordering up a shitload of merch. i.e. new stickers,
t-shirts, ect ect.. so be on the lookout for that.
Now we will be going into the studio again next month
to record again. all this is for youre benefit seeing
that in the summer we will be releasing the ultimate 
Kicksave cd. with all of our songs up to that 
point on a record. So stay tuned for that which should 
really show you the evolution of the band. Well i guess
thats it for now. Heres a listing of the songs we

10/19 - Damn its been a long time.
Hey everyone things have been going great on the 
Kicksave front the past couple months. Weve played
some kick ass shows with Automatic 7, Osker, 
Lawrence Arms, Lanemeyer, The Supervillains, EyeQ,
and more. For all that came out ... Youre Fuckin Rad!
Weve also got a few new and some not so new songs
we havent mentioned before.

"The Voices vs. My Sanity"
"3 Steps Of A 12 Step Habit"
"Chicken Baby Love Song" 
"Diseased"

Theres a few more songs that were working on 
and things really seem to be picking up after
a brief lull. Be sure to make it out Oct. 26 
to FBI Liqours to root us on in the Semi-Finals
of The FBI's Most Wanted Battle Of The Bands.

08/31 - Well Check This Out
Kicksave Is In A Zine !?!? 
Kieth From the band was interviewed on a variety
of topics by Kim Nyugen of Smash It Up a punk zine
out of Tampa, Florida. You can view the article

We have a few paper copies of the Zine left which
if you want one for, just e-mail us. It Would be
nice however if you ordered some MERCH and got one.
Thats right kids. Kicksave Merch is Now up !
Stickers, Patches, Pins, CD's. There will be an
announcement soon on how to get a free copy of
the Split Cd "Threesome" via the mailing list.

08/24 - We Have been up to lots since we last had an update.
We went 2for3 in shows with great shows at
the Ice Factory with the 'Villians &
Happy Daze with EyeQ & First Too Last. 
Unfortunetly Midtown Tavern seemed a lil
out of it about the Kicksave experience.
But in other news we recorded again. 
Thats right kids 5 
(should of been 6, you assholes)  
new songs were recorded and will be released
on a 3 way split cd with 
EyeQ & The PinkPooDolls 
The songs we recorded were:

"Please Dont Kill Yourself To Our Song"

The artwork is being done and final touches so
look for the Split to be out shortly.
Theres some nice shows in the works so stay 
tuned. Oh and whats that i hear. Kicksave is
actually getting Merch. Stay tuned. The rumors 
are quite true.

08/2 - Two more shows down 
and a few new songs to tell you about. 
Thanks to everyone who came out 
to DIY & Happy Daze. It was fun as always.
We have 3 new songs to tell you about they are:

We're working on new stuff as we speak so

5/15 - We have been quite busy for the past month and
a half. We played a fun show at DIY Records with a
really good local band JUMPSTART. If you havent seen
them yet..check them out. But of course thats not
all we've been upto. We have come up with 7 new 
songs. they are as followed:

03/04 - Well we played the Battle Of the Bands
and even though in the judges eyes KICKSAVE didnt
come out winners, we self proclaimed ourselves 
THE PEOPLES CHAMPION
Hope everyone enjoyed themselves
as much as we did.Pics from the show should be coming
around shortly. Soon we will announce when our CD
Release Party will be and where so stay tuned.

02/28 - Well we went into the studio the 26th & 27th
and came out with 10 tracks. We still have to mix 
down the songs this week so look for our debut CD/EP
