I COULDNT GO WITHOUT: i play my drums, read lots of neat publications like Bust, engage people in controversial discussions/arguments, hang out with people i have nothing in common with so i can learn more as a person, watch fantasy/adventure type movies from my past like labyrinth, the last unicorn, willow, the neverending story, learn more about witchcraft wherever i can.

MOST INSPIRATIONAL WOMYN IN YOUR EYES: well, cliche cliche but, i will say kathleen hanna, for sure, as one, for allowing the riot grrrl movement to gain some notoriety, so even isolated little suburban girls like me were able to be introduced to it (this was back in 92, in high school)

WHAT MAKES ANOTHER PERSON BEAUTIFUL TO YOU: passion. people who are passionate about whatever they do, even if it isnt something im necessarily into, make them beautiful to me. BEAUTY TIPS FOR THE GIRLS READING THIS: dont invest in drug store make up. just spend the couple extra bucks on MAC. i swear by MAC. also, thrift store clothes. new clothes usually bore me so much--thrift store shopping is like finding a hidden treasue on the beach.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: never allow the media to underscore your self worth. you are an individual woman. you are not an airbrushed bikini-clad photo. youre a living, breathing woman. also, never believe that a plus sized woman cant be beautiful. they can be and ARE beautiful. i gave up long ago trying to lose weight and be "perfect". i love myself and feel sexy as a size 14/16.
