Blackmoon Trilogy: Part III, Dark Sun Rising

"Are you sure?" I asked..the bitterness held within my voice. "Yes I'm sure." The healer replyed holding the broken sword towards me.
I frowned and then called out to the skies.
"Mighty ones I beeseech you my sword has died!"
With a wave of golden color my sword in pieces was taken from hand. and it disintergrated being given back to the land.
I Stared in shock of what the gods had done. Then before my eyes in a silver haze. Came a man atop a horse with a golden gaze. "Te-sander!" The man spoke out loud. "Te-sander here is shanara, guard this one well!" Then the man tossed to me a sword of hefty weight, one that bore no signiture just a simple S B A.
This sword. she did not speak but merely flowed with me. She used her moves like that of warrior times three.
Shanara was sheathed and at my side as I made my way to castle kimkide.
There lowly blowing breeze lor held the deed.
The gate was shut and the moat filled with muck.
"Ashatar!" "Ashatar!" I cried out. "Lower the drawbrige open the gate and come out!" seconds passed and I began to get nervous. What if ashatar kimkide was not at home but simply out and about?
Then with a creak the drawbridge lowered to cover the gap and as I stepped onto it the gate lifted upwards covered by a shrouded mist.
I walked over the bridge into the castle square.
There stood a squire, a knight and ashatar kimkide. "Lo and behold!" said he. "Welcome to my humble domain. Would you care for a drink, cider, perhaps some lemonade?"
"No thank you good sir." I replied with a smile.
"I merely came to see if ye were ready to go on our journey!"
But before he could utter another single word. I was whisked away with magic. and the sounds of birds. I landed kneeled on the unsettling sand near the bay of wachaka swamp and gencorma hills.
I raised my eyes as a hideous laugh echoed around me and then faded at last.
"By the brimestone's of saint Christopher's fates!" I said to myself.
There rising hideously outshone with three warriors on the sand approaching by horse with a sad old man.
The sun that was there was a dark evil black.
Not like an eclipse. but a dark reddish black.
I drew out Shanara as quick as could be as those three restless rider's approached me.
The first two said nothing but gave each a grin.
The third spoke for the party and the old man.
"We are the fate's of darkness in flight. Surrender yourself or fall dead like a dove with it's heart cut out right!"
"Never," I hissed buying for time."I will never surrender to darkness and not to evil like thine!"
The first came closer a club in it's hand the second warrior moved straight a arrow in his folds. The third just laughed as darkly as day.
"Then fool bow to the almighty darkness today!"
With a nod the first warrior set fast an attack towards my ribs but then moving past and for my back. I swung shanara to my right with all my strength blocking the club then kicking the warrior away. The second shot an arrow of poison for my face. I ducked down and plunged shanara deep into it's chest. With a terrible gurgle it fell down dead. The first warrior dove with his club aimed for my thigh. I took the hit with a grunt and swung shanara for the evil things eyes.
"My eyes!" It cried out. "I no longer can see. But I can smell where you are quite perfectly!"
I Swung shanara down and towards the left cutting the enemy's head from his chest.
"So warrior!" The third entity said. "You have skills. But that won't help keep your head!"
With a hideous laugh the creature raised it's hand. Turning the old man into some sort of animal....a werewolf perhaps.
It snarled and dove onto me for it's master's bidding when I fell down with it shanara plunged into it's special area just below the waist.
It spat up blood then rolled over dead. The third warrior was mad. It was sure I would have lost my head.
I Stood back up wiping blood from my brow as the creature shouted out, "This ends here right now!"
It sent a blast of hell-fire at my chest I dived down and left and then stood again. I quickly swung shanara deep into it's neck and then it fell dead.
The black-red sun lay deep behind the clouds. MY last task was ahead. It was time for the evil lord to go down.
