Statement of Principles and Ethics:
We conduct business adamantly adhering to the principles
of Honesty, Integrity and Excellence. Everyone, including
clients, and the parties being served, will be treated accordingly.
In that regard please appreciate the following:
It is our intention to do the best job possible, however,
we will not lie to people, mislead them as to our intentions,
or misrepresent what we are doing in order to serve them.
When contacting parties by phone, we identify ourselves,
and state our purpose and intentions. We will not discuss
the particulars of any matter to anyone but the party being
served. We will not “set people up” for service by using
false pretenses. We will not “Ambush” people (ie: waiting
for someone to "drop off" kids at ex-spouses house). We will
not climb fences or locked gates on properties when the
intention of the property owner is to keep trespassers out.
We treat everybody with dignity and respect, regardless
of the circumstances or nature of the file. As you know,
there are 2 sides to every story. We are not the court,
and will not render a Judgment against anyone.
Our principles and ethics are non-negotiable.
