Anari
I don't know who he is... Anari, warrior and another experiment in colour. He was meditating on the mountain by a water shrine when he heard a sound... |
Minstral
Another picture that I've re-drawn well, fixed up... finished, is one of a wandering (I think) minstrel woman, a bard. She's got this weird ear thing going on like an elf. She's playing in a tavern, leaning against these big ol' heavy crates, a rodent is beside one of them. I believe she's singing about Danae, like a glorified version of the prophecy...
"A child who never knew Her mother's loving touch..."
"'Though sweet a child, Her youth was spent In training for this day..." "And as a woman she stands tall Afore the evil might Of such a wicked kingdom..." It's like a ballad... Actually, now that I think of it I believe that she is playing for a "secret" meeting of trators to Viragro, people who want a change of government and will lead the people to a rebellion. A group of "freedom fighters" who do not believe that changing one big ruler to another will change things but that want a new system of government... (And because it was in the same document.... an IM from Nikki) N- oh, and i totally get the minstrel. it actually makes clear a lot of things because before there have been gaps in conversation between us and songs and folk tales that have gone ignored but this idea helps. glad it's finally made its way to us after all.

'Fall'
Ok, this is involving the same jewel mentioned in the extract from an e-mail of a while ago except now the jewel thing is green... go figure: - I have another pic that I had drawn earlier in things, he has a very Elyniah feel about him, he's wearing a choker type thing with a jewel on it. The jewel I found is identical to another in another picture I had. It was of an old woman who was not briliantly drawn but had a definate "feel" I believe that the guy was one of the key players in the magical battlefield mess, both of them, although elyniahish were very much not of Danae's time but of an older time, they felt like they were from the past. Therefore I shall assume that this is part of the filling out of Danae's life. It makes sense though. Anyway, to continue, the jewel caught my eye, it was diamond shaped (as in a card suit not a rock) but although the pic was black and white I was certain of a color like a light purple you know that citrine/amethyst colour but nicer and more true or maybe nicer and still firey... I don't know. It had a real magic feeling although it was inconspicuous. One of those things that you shrug off but if you look closer is really cool. I'm off topic. Does Danae actually enter the area of destruction? if she does it would make a whole lot of sense... I'm pretty sure I've seen something where she's walking through the image of the battle, like it's playing on repeat and she, after getting past the "I can't deal with this" goes on to learn from it. She has a tent out there... it's kind of desert like terrain and she's written up maps and battle plans and everything from the time, she sees what they planned (bad and good) she sees what worked, she sees what happened to the people who were fighting. She also sees and has to deal with the magical side of things.
