I am not a gullible person, and from all the years of study into this subject I've come to realize there are a lot of charlatans out there. Sometimes people do have good intentions, and think they have captured a seemingly unexplainable 'anomaly' on camera or audio, but don't make an effort to check out all possible logical explainations. On the other side of the issue, there are people who fancy themselves arch-skeptics, their minds are already made up that all the evidence is either an equipment glitch or outright fake before they even see it for themselves.
I approach this field as an honest skeptic, careful not to jump to conclusions but open to all possibilites. I conduct my investigations using the scientific method. I make sure to take control pics under the same conditions the anomalous pics are taken. Regarding EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena), I am very strict about what I accept as a true anomaly. Digital technology, especially regarding cameras and audio, have made this kind of inquiry very pheasable.
If you want to read about some of my ideas and theories regarding what this anomalous phenomena might be, check out the articles I will be posting. I do not jump to the conclusion these anomalies are definitely 'ghosts' or even 'supernatural' phenomena, but I don't completely rule out this possibility.
