Caitlin
Caitlin is the old lady of all the grand kiddies. I was in Japan when she was born and we seem to have had some bad luck. Whenever she has lived in Utah, I've managed to live out of state. But in spite of this we are great friends. I remember watching the Little Mermaid with Caitlin when she was about two years old; and didn't speak much yet. This didn't stop her from singing along in her own language though, she was adorable. One time while Caitlin was still small, on a family snowmobiling trip, I was carrying her through three feet of snow to a path. I kept dropping her because the snow was deep and I was having a hard time walking myself. She was quiet as a mouse until I put her down on the track. She then indignantly turned to me and called me a name that she learned from her mother. I guess she thought I was dumping her in the snow on purpose, and I still laugh out loud when I think about it. Caitlin is a great kid and I enjoy spending time with her no matter what we do. I love her very much and I can't wait to see her in Lake Powell this summer.
