8. The Signs Analysed

Aries

Those born under the sign of Aries tend to be very forthright and go after what it is they would like in this life. These people tend to be very me-centred, which means they usually think of themselves before they contemplate others. While self-centredness is a good quality to have because it instils in us a strong sense of purpose in life, it has its drawbacks because too much self-centredness can be quite alienating to others. Ariens can be fiercely independent and prefer to take charge of life situations they find themselves in. If it is not possible for them to take the lead in any given situation, they would prefer to work on their own, thereby being in charge of their own destiny.

Aries is a cardinal sign, which means it is rather forceful in its manner. Being of the spring season and therefore corresponding to the element of Earth, Aries can be quite forceful in the pursuance of his individual goals. Most Ariens have a great deal of confidence in their ability to be a success in this world, and it is this confidence that enables many of them to be a success in whatever it is they set out to do.

Most Ariens are quite optimistic about the future and therefore forge ahead with their plans, often possessing little doubt about their own aptitude and abilities. On those rare occasions when an Arien is not full of self-confidence, it is usually because an event has occurred to shaken him up a bit. He will eventually return to his old self, but he may need the support of those close to him to make a full recovery.

Ariens are usually quite possessive of their finances and possessions. They enjoy the security of owning property, and will make almost any sacrifice to have material assets at their disposal, such as cars, homes and other items they can use to explore our physical universe. They are ardent about their wealth and are not likely to let something go once they have appropriated it. They are likely to fight for what they feel is theirs, and it is for that reason they make a formidable adversary in any disputes over money, property or other possessions.

Ariens as a rule have a good head for business, especially if it promises financial reward. It is for that reason these individuals are an asset to any group endeavour involving business and finance. These people possess the drive and determination to begin a project, but they need to surround themselves with people who have the stamina to see them through to completion after the initial burst of energy has dissipated and a sense of complacency and boredom has set in.

Ariens tend to be very outgoing people, possessing a great deal of confidence in their ability to succeed in this world. Even if for some reason these individuals seem to be shy, they nevertheless possess an inner determination to succeed in this world.

Ariens are as a rule very communicative with those individuals who are in their immediate environment. They are the sorts of people who will speak to their neighbours on the street and become involved with the local community. Their siblings will mean a great deal to them, so they will go to great pains to keep in contact, even if only superficial level.

Although Ariens have a great deal of depth to their soul, they are not likely to wear their heart on their shirtsleeve. These beings can be great conversationalists, but they are careful about what they reveal, preferring to stick with tried and true conventional topics of conversations. The last thing an Arien wants is a confrontation, that is of course unless he has decided it would be propitious, so he exercises tack in his dealings with others.

With regard to education, Ariens will pursue their studies in the same ardent manner they tend to undertake just about everything else in their life. They know if they want to get anywhere in this life they will need a good standard of education, so they will apply themselves to their studies. Many Ariens will select courses of study that will afford them the greatest success in this world. They prefer to learn exactly what it is they need to learn in order to do their job properly, and are not particularly bothered about any extra facts that are not essential to the attainment of his goals. It is not that they do not appreciate the abundance of knowledge at had for them to further expand their level of awareness, it is just that they do not want to clutter their mind with any information they do not need for their own personal advancement in this world,tokens of affection that will have special meaning for years to come. Ariens of both sexes need to feel as if they are their lover’s one and only love in this life, and if they do not receive such terms of endearment they will move on to others who are more appreciative of their affection. They are very proud individuals, and they would rather be on their own than with a lover who is not prepared to give their all to the romance.

Ariens love children and therefore would like to fill their home with them. Children provide them with the sense of enthusiasm for life so they need to initiate new ideas both professionally and socially. Children help the Arien to look at the world through the innocence of a child’s eyes, thereby enabling them to stay young even in old age.

Ariens love holidays and vacations, and often prefer to go places where the Sun is shining quite brightly on them. While Ariens work hard to make an impact on this world, they also know how to have a good time and enjoy themselves during their free time. While they would prefer to holiday with that one special love in their life, they are not averse to taking solo holidays either. Being fiercely independent, Ariens can have a good time just as easily on their own as with someone else.

Ariens take their work very seriously, and it is for that reason they will endeavour to work in what can best be described as a sacred manner. Through their day to day duties, they will be able to effect a great deal of psychological healing, which is essential for their soul growth, thereby making them happy, well balanced individuals. It is when they do not have a vocation or role in this world, they will lose their way along their spiritual path, which can make them very bitter, unhappy people indeed.

Ariens need a vocation they are happy with because it will take up a great deal for their time. Ariens need to have a sense of purpose, and it is for that reason they need a vocation in life that will enable them to grow and develop within their position, steadily advancing along the way. They are not very good at menial jobs that lead nowhere because they yearn to always be moving onward and upward along their career path.

Ariens are very good at jobs that require attention to detail, and it is for that reason they are suitable for roles in mathematics, information technology, finance, or anything that requires them to be very precise in their work. Whatever vocation they choose, they will strive to go all the way to the top, using whatever leadership qualities they possess or are willing to acquire along their journey to self-awareness.

Ariens are well suited for roles in the public service sector because underneath their desire to lead and work their way to the top of their chosen career, the have an innate desire to serve mankind in some way. They are well suited for military service because they serve the needs of their country instead of serving themselves.

Ariens make great policemen because they have a strong desire to present law and order in their immediate surroundings. They have a great need for control, and this is reflected in their day-to-day activities. Even when angry, the fury they express is carefully directed in a highly precise and controlled manner. It is for that reason they are usually able to get their message across with minimal damage to other egos.

Ariens make excellent civil servants because of the innate desire they have to serve others. What better way to serve other members of the public than to choose a vocation working for the public at large? Because Ariens have a sense of duty, they will put their all into any profession, not weighing what they put into their job against what they receive. The fact is these souls receive a great deal of satisfaction by performing a job well, and do not necessarily need other people to tell them so.

Ariens seek out partners who are attractive and possess the qualities they lack. Whilst Ariens may express themselves bluntly, they seek out a partner in life who possesses tack, diplomacy and grace. They seek someone who is beguiling because they feel they have earned the right to have such a mate because they have endeavoured to work towards the physicalities of this world.

In the same vein, although Ariens seek out close friends who have a natural charisma, those are exactly the same attributes they loathe in their sworn enemies. There is a fine line between love and hate, so qualities they once found cute can become quite annoying over a period of time.

Ariens prefer to conduct their partnerships within the more traditional routes of union, such as marriage and other contractual agreements. They prefer to keep their relationships and partnerships on a very traditional basis because that is how they feel safest. If any agreements are formalised, it will be very difficult for the other parties involved to go back on their word. In order to protect their own interests, Ariens would prefer to have a pre-nuptial agreement before tying the knot and entering into weeded bliss.

Ariens are very selective of who they chose to marry, and make their selection of a life partner based on logic rather than love. They desire to have an attractive partner, so physical perfection will be a crucial determining factor when choosing a partner for life. They also desire a person who is highly intellectual because they want to be with someone who can hold their own in any given conversation. In addition, Ariens desire a partner in life who can help them climb their chosen career ladder, so they need an attractive person with grace and wit who can help them manifest their dreams of success into reality.

Ariens will not necessarily marry the person who is the one true love in their life. Perhaps they have been hurt in the past, which gives them a much more analytical approach to love and marriage. It could be their ambition and desire for success in this life has overridden their wish for romance and love, which means they will unconsciously select a partner who they feel has the ability to help them to achieve the worldly successes they aspire to. Whatever the reasons, they have a very reasoned view of marriage, seeing it as more of a business partnership than a soul-mate bond.

That is not to say Ariens are incapable of love, because they are able to show an extremely ardent fervour to the object of their desire. It simply means they tend to compartmentalise love and romance into different parts of their mind, keeping them separately from marriage and commitment. It is for that reason the person who they love with all their heart may not necessarily be the person they choose to marry.

Because Ariens do not tend to see their life partners as romantic, passionate beings, it would be highly unrealistic to expect them to maintain any kind of monogamy within a marriage. Ariens need passion just as much, if not more so, than anyone else, so they might be inclined to go outside of the marriage to get it. Lest one exclaim in shock horror the sinfulness of infidelity, it is important to remember this is an important part of the Arien make-up that helps him to succeed in what often times can be a very cruel world.

Ariens want their family and marital life to run smoothly, and passionate exchanges have the effect of interrupting the status quo. Passion is not merely the sense of overwhelming happiness that arises from encountering one’s true love-mate in this life. It is also the heated arguments and fights that inevitably will arise when we come to the rather unhappy realisation that our one true love mate in this life is only human, and therefore favourable and capable of errors in judgement just like the rest of us mere mortals.

Therefore, in order to keep one’s domestic situation on a balanced equilibrium, Ariens will usually to select a partner in life who they can reason with, and keep passion outside of the home.

Ariens rely quite heavily on the help and support they get from others, although they are probably quite secretive about it. Being fiercely independent individuals, they are loath to reveal to anyone they may be of some assistance from time to time.

Quite specifically, Ariens may be inclined to marry into wealth. What better way to expand one’s level of prowess out in the world than to select a partner who is financially well endowed? Therefore, whatever the Arien is not able to go out and get on his own behalf, he can achieve through the financial or practical endeavours of his partner. Money is just another one of the many reasons Ariens are not generally inclined to wedding their one true love in this life.

If, on the other hand, an Arien’s one true love-mate just happens to have material assets and valuable skills that can be used in the world at large then by all means he would decide to take the plunge and pursue wedded bliss with such an individual. It must be remembered, however, that even if an Arien does happen to marry someone who he has a romantic or physical attraction to, the union will be based on the reasonability of legally formalising the union so he can capitalise upon the assets of his partner.

The downside of such a union is that once the Arien has settled down to the domestic routine of setting up house and starting a family, the passionate sparks that attracted him to his partner will in all likelihood begin to wane. The reason for this is because Ariens need to feel as if they have actively pursued and won over the object of their desire. Once the chase is over, ie they have formalised the union in some way, a sense of complacency is likely to set in. Once an Arien has got what he wants from a person or situation, he will soon become bored and look to other challenges to pique his interests.

It is highly likely that Ariens will receive an inheritance or a legacy from a mysterious source, which will further secure their financial stability in this life. It is highly unlikely that Ariens will suffer any significant financial loss because they make very astute business decisions, which will hold them in good stead.

In addition, these ambitious souls will endeavour to make friends in high places, thereby ensuring they will have plenty of people to help them to pursue their ambitions in this life. The only downside to this little arrangement that Ariens are so good at orchestrating is they may develop an incredibly bad habit of dropping names, maladaptive technique will be especially prevalent if they have not yet achieved a high status in their professional or social life. This habit of casually mentioning the names of prestigious friends and acquaintances in conversation to their peers can be quite annoying because astute individuals will see right through the act as one of pretentiousness on the part of the ever social climbing Arien. If he would like to make friends and influence people amongst his peers or subordinates, he would be wise to refrain from openly declaring his associations with powerful people because this can be perceived as ostentatiousness.

Ariens prefer to marry above their station in life because they aspire to self-actualisation in terms of material, financial and professional success. They will choose as their partner in life someone who has the ability to give them, or help them to attain, the success and achievement they so desperately crave If there are no suitable marriage partners available, they will be content to wait for that one special successful person to come into their sphere of awareness. Because Ariens are independent creatures, they would rather be on their own than to be in the company of people who they feel to be in some way a lower position amongst their milieu.

Ariens are slightly secretive about their sexual encounters. They desire a partner who has an air of mystique about themselves, which means they will be naturally attracted to someone who is not inclined to reveal too much about his private life.

Ariens see the sexual act itself as a healing experience, which will ultimately allow them to work through some of their problems through the orgasmic effect of sexual union. If, however, an Arian has suffered a trauma in his life that has not been resolved, the sexual encounters he pursues may arise out of compulsivity, which is in itself an unhealthy, maladaptive state to exist in.

Ariens are as a rule drawn to that which is taboo in our society. They may study the occult in an attempt to uncover the dark secrets are revealed to only a few initiates, hoping to better understand the secrets of the universe.

Ariens take a very philosophical view towards education. While they see the merit of being a well-rounded individual, they will only endeavour to undertake higher academic studies if they feel it will help them to advance in their chosen profession.

Because they do not have a great deal of patience, a quality that is required if one intends to undertake a course of study that might take up several years of his life, these people would probably be more suited to taking a job that has an on the job training programme. They will therefore be able to begin the workforce at a relatively young age and gain the necessary professional qualifications while they are working.

Ariens have a very philosophical view towards religion, but unless they have decided to make the ministry their chosen career path, they are as a rule not too overly fussed about it. They may, however, decide to use the church as an avenue for business and social connections, thereby further enhancing their chances of success in this life. If they are bored or lonely, they may also decide to frequent the church as a way to pass the time, but this practice would be more in an effort to meet new people and socialise rather than to adhere to any strict religious dogma. This is not to say that Ariens are not religious beings, however, it is just simply more correct to assume they tend to temper any fanaticism with a good dose of reason. Ariens know full well just how boring those individuals are that spout religious dogma without a grain of scientific proof to their words can be.

Ariens are also quite happy to accommodate any religious rituals that are part of their culture because they have an overwhelming desire to fit in to their immediate surroundings while at the same time maintaining an independent stance. It is for that reason Ariens pick and choose the religious beliefs they intend to adhere to at any particular moment in time. Whenever they contemplate adhering to a particular custom, the main question they will ask themselves is how successfully they can integrate such a tenet into their lives. If compliance will pose little or not inconvenience to them then they will quite happily go along with the conventional primary certitude of the day. If, however, they would be expected to make any kind of sacrifice, they will more likely than not do whatever it is they would like to do with little regard to the customs of others.

Ariens are usually very career oriented individuals because they tend to throw themselves into their work. As a rule, they will learn as much about their job as possible, provided they feel it will help them to advance in this life.

Ariens can quite often live in a dichotomy of ethics that can at times be difficult to understand. While they are fiercely independent and resent anyone telling them what to do, they nevertheless have a strong desire to belong to a group. The problem that lies in this innate Arien herding instinct is that it is very difficult for them to operate in a harmonious, co-operative atmosphere if they won’t take advice and cannot tolerate taking a differential position. The typical Arien does not see this as a problem, however, as he strives to be the leader of any group he belongs to. The fact is Ariens are as a rule very fickle creatures indeed. If they join one group that does not accept them as a leader, they will simply move on to another group and repeat the process until they are able to find a gathering of people who need direction and want to be led. Ariens love to lead.

If, by chance, an Arien has not found a group of individuals who are in need of direction, he may approach his family life in the same way that he would working in a professional setting. Instead of giving guidance and direction to adults in the world of work, they will endeavour to turn their children into their own personal subjects, who are expected to adhere to their commands. All will be well while they are children, but when these young souls reach adolescence, there are likely to be problems as these young persons begin to exert their own independence and style of living. It is then that tempers are likely to flare, when people try to exert the influence of their own wills onto others.

Ariens want to be seen as highly organised professional people. They desire respect from others because that is one thing that helps to promote their sense of self-worth. If an Arien is respected, he will be on top of the world. If, however, he loses the respect of anyone, he is very likely to lose his confidence until someone comes along to bolster it back up for him or her.

Ariens tend to work best within the confines of large organisations. They need the structure that only arises from organisations that are large enough to be able to employ people to write rules and regulations that will establish precedence within their immediate environment. Within the confines of a large organisation that has an established structure and hierarchy; Ariens will thrive and subsequently be able to go all the way to the top, which is exactly where they would like to be.

Professionally speaking, Ariens make very good managers because they are able to focus their energies so they can achieve the mission they have been assigned. Ariens need to have a purpose in life, and are not content to do a job just for the money. In order for an Arien to feel as if he is playing an integral role in society, he needs a career, not just a job.

Ariens like to socialise and therefore cultivate friendships with people who they can have a good time with. They have many goals in this life and know that in order to achieve those goals they will need to utilise their networking skills to the best of their ability. It is for that reason they will talk to people from all walks of life, hoping any chance encounter will lead to an opportunity.

Ariens can get into trouble when the high ideals they have set for themselves and others are not met. It is then they can feel let down by life. Although they are normally optimistic souls, there are times when they can succumb to depression. This tendency can be especially reverent in women, who are taught is it not ladylike to express any negative emotions. Because society does not allow them to express anger, they will eventually turn their rage inward and could very well fall prey to depression.

Ariens also have a tendency to put their trust in the wrong people. As a result of this, their so-called friends are very likely going to be the ones to bring about their downfall. If is for that reason Ariens would be wise to confide to few people because the less people who know their business, the better.

Ariens may also have difficulty with their sleeping patterns. They may suffer from a lack of sleep, which will have the effect of crossing over into their waking activities. When Ariens are under a great deal of stress or have many worries, they will have a tendency to fret so much they are unable to get a good night’s sleep. When they do sleep, they may end up having nightmares, which is a reflection of their state of mind when going to bed.

Because Ariens have a tendency to be so idealistic, they may try to self medicate when they are feeling particularly low. They may be particularly susceptible to substance abuse problems, such as alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, or even food. Ariens may also have a tendency to fantasise because living in a fantasy world can be far superior to the real world when problems mount.

Taurus

Taureans are generally practical, stable, and very balanced. They have the ability to focus on what they would like in this life and have the stamina and sense of endurance to see projects through to completion.

Taureans tend to be very possessive individuals, focusing on how much money they would like to earn and how many possessions they would like to accumulate on their sojourn on this Earth. Even those Taureans who are on a modest income seem to have substantially more than their peers because they have the ability to manage their money so it will last longer.

In addition to possessions, Taureans are also very jealous people. They see very little difference between owning a manmade object and owning a person or an animal, and will therefore conduct their affairs accordingly. It is for that reason while they will not particularly mind being disloyal to their friends and family, they demand the utmost allegiance from those same individuals. It is also for that reason they can make very strict parents, using force to exert their influence over young souls who wish to use their own sense of free will that has been instilled in them since birth.

Taureans tend to be quite stubborn and are unwavering in their viewpoints. It is very difficult to get a Taurean to change his mind once an initial impression is made. The only way to sway such an individual is to provide him with irrefutable evidence to the contrary, and then he may be inclined to re-think his original stance if the evidence submitted to him is substantial enough.

Taureans tend to have prominent bone structures and are very well built. Most of these individuals may be predisposed to a weight problem because they enjoy good food, wine and other substances that can alter their mood and personality. In some cases, however, they can take their love affair with food to extremes, and find their obsession can lead to an aversion to eating.

Because Taureans can be so forthright in their viewpoints, less opinionated souls may find it a bit off-putting. They have difficulty maintaining lasting friendships because they can be very obstinate at times. On the same note, they can be quite fickle when cultivating friendships because the question that will always be at the back of their mind is precisely what the person can do for them in the intriguing web of life we live in. Taureans are not overly fussed when a person leaves their life because they are always on the lookout for newer, more exciting people who can help them to advance professionally or socially. Those individuals who find themselves at the other end of the Taurean’s fickle personality can be quite hurt by such offhanded behaviour, but it is a fact of life a person will have to get used to if he wants to continue a relationship with such a soul.

Taureans also tend to be quite duplistic in their personal relationships, which can further complicate any harmonious liaisons they would like to become involved in. It is this dichotomy that leads to so many love triangles that prevail in our society today. Whilst the average Taurean would be horrified to discover his significant other had been unfaithful to him, he would nonetheless have few difficulties involving himself in a situation that would lead him to be unfaithful.

Taureans tend to be very good with money, and it is for that reason they may have money coming in to their homes from a variety of sources. If they own property, they may endeavour to try to earn money through their home, such as renting out rooms or houses, or operating a business from their home. Taureans might decide to try their hand at sales, and it is for that reason they may see it as a way to make a little extra money, operating a business, or selling products and services from their home. If they have children, they may decide to operate a day care centre from their home, thereby earning an income whilst taking care of their parental responsibilities at the same time.

If a Taurean is proficient at a particular task, he will endeavour to capitalise on that proficiency, such as giving lessons or acting as a tutor. They may also take on a part time job at the local college so they can further profit on the experience.

Taureans care a great deal about their immediate environment. It is for that reason they are very likely to become involved in their local community. Secretly, they would like to be seen as leaders amongst their contemporaries, and it is for that reason they endeavour to seek positions amongst their peers.

Taureans have an innate desire to socialise and prefer to acquaint themselves with people in their immediate surroundings. Because they are naturally sensual creatures, they like good food and drink, which predisposes them with a bit of a weight problem. Restaurants, pubs and nightclubs are the ideal places for these gregarious souls to meet people. The downside of all this, however, is some Taureans could very well develop substance abuse problems in their never-ending superficial quest for a good time. What started out as a way to relax and unwind amongst friends as a leisurely pass-time could very well turn into an addiction that will be very difficult to overcome. Taureans need to exercise moderation even when doing things they enjoy, otherwise what had previously been a social activity will become an addiction.

Taureans find it very easy to relate to women, probably much more so than men, and they would have a fair amount of women friends. Many of those women who they befriend will become much more than mere acquaintances, as romance could very well blossom if they happen to be unattached.

Taureans usually have a special relationship with their mother, as they find they can relate to them more easily than other individuals. They prefer to socialise with their mothers and other family members, thereby elevating their family to the level of friends. Taureans also prefer to live in close proximity to their family, and if it is not feasible for them to be near them, they will endeavour to stay close by sending letters, cards and emails, and making phone calls to keep in touch.

Taureans prefer to have a very dynamic home life. At home they like to be the centre of attention and they will find that if they do not receive adoration they so desperately crave, they will be very unhappy individuals indeed. And if, by chance, someone at home is not prepared to do what they would like, they can make life very difficult indeed for other people in the home.

Taureans have a deep need for security and will therefore make their important life decisions based upon this innate desire. This drive to know they will be safe and sound throughout their life is what motivates them to select their life choices in the manner they do. They may very well accept a vocation in this life that does not appeal to their finer, more aesthetic senses, but to ensure they have a steady income they will embark upon such an endeavour. They will purchase property and endure all the problems that go along with land ownership to ensure they have a place to go should they find themselves in difficult circumstances. They will enter into marriages or other partnerships not for love and mutual admiration, but to ensure they have the material security they crave in this life. Practically everything in this world a Taurean does is geared toward obtaining material prosperity in this life.

Taureans even embark upon issues of love from a material perspective. They are not prone to falling head over heels in love with poor people, but look for partners who will help to elevate their status in life, financially, professionally or socially. One well known saying, which reflects the typical female Taurean sentiment is, ‘it is just as easy to fall in love with a rich man as it is a poor man.’

Taureans love children and would therefore like to fill their home with them. They feel happy and content with a house full of children and animals, which is what gives them the greatest happiness in this world, other than money, of course.

Taureans also like to entertain at home, which is merely a reflection of their generous nature. They prefer to have a nice home with all of the modern conveniences because they would like to invite people to their residence so they can show them warm hospitality.

Taureans usually take a very cautious approach to love and romance. They have a very long courtship phase, taking their time to get to know the object of their affections. Because Taureans spend so much of their lives in pursuance of a better life for themselves, it is likely they will meet potential paramours through their work.

While Taureans like holidays just as much as anyone else, they loathe having to pay for them. It is for that reason they are inclined to go on working holidays. They may also take holidays to do something to help other souls who are less fortunate than themselves, such as hill climbing or walking for a charitable organisation. Others may decide to donate their time to non-profit organisations in far away places, such as helping people in developing countries.

Many Taureans will select a vocation that will give them much free time so they can enjoy themselves. It is for that reason a career in teaching is usually suitable for these shrewd souls, as they take care of many needs all at once. They are able to express their opinions and expertise to an eager audience and are given up to 12 weeks holiday a year. In addition, if they supervise their students on outings, they will be given highly subsidised holidays to far away places.

Many Taureans are attracted to the armed forces because they have the opportunity to learn new skills and command authority as they progress through the ranks. They are entitled to at least 30 days paid holiday a year, which quite often is more than their civilian counterparts. In addition, they have the opportunity to travel to far away places and experience cultures vastly different from their own, which are for all intents and purposes working holidays, unless of course, they happen to find themselves serving in a war zone.

Taureans are well suited for management positions because they enjoy the status and prestige that comes from being in charge. They are very shrewd individuals, and can weigh the positive and negative attributes of any decision prior to formalising one specific course of action, which makes them able to make sound management decisions. If they are able to progress their careers onto the higher levels of management, they will be in a position to go on business trips, thereby combining business with pleasure.

Taureans are well suited to sales roles because if they are good at what they do, they will have the opportunity to take time off work and receive bonuses, which are often in the form of all expense paid holidays. Taureans have the ability to use their reasoning abilities to persuade people to purchase their products or services, which make them very good sales people.

Because Taureans are always looking for ways to financially profit from any ventures they involve themselves in, it naturally follows they would adopt hobbies that would yield lucrative results. The problem with the Cancerian personality is that although they can be charming when it suites them to be so, they can also be highly disagreeable and even violent if other stabilising forces are not in place.

Cancerians like to have a nice home and prefer to own property because it instils in them a sense of security they would not have if they were renting or existing at the mercy of others. These individuals firmly believe their home is their castle and will therefore endeavour to instil that attitude onto others with little regard to the validity of sentiments. This can pose problems however, if those individuals living with the Cancerians do not have the same primary certitude and there could certainly be a clash of personalities if any conflicts should arise.

Cancerians are happiest and have a high self-esteem when they are happily in love with another human being. Deep down inside, they only want to love and be loved in return. Cancerians need a home in a sunny area. If for some reason an area that is sunny all year long is not possible, it would be wise to try to live in a home where as much sunlight as possible flows forth into the living quarters to make the homes as light and vibrant as possible. Most Cancerians would like to possess a holiday home, a place in the Sun or the seaside where they can go to rest and relax during the holidays, summer months and retirement years. This place will serve as a haven, a place where they can go to recharge their batteries from what can often be a rather hectic life.

Cancerians would be wise to fill their house with pets, which will give them the love and adoration they need to be happy, successful human beings.

Cancerians have a rather shy attitude towards those individuals who are in close proximity to them. They may tend to develop a working relationship with their neighbours, tending to do favours for them and hoping they will repay their generosity in kind one day.

For the most part, Cancerians are very humble creatures and are not overly fussed about the area they live in. They will tend to live in a neighbourhood where people must go out each day and work for a living, and these people will for the most part have modest incomes, and as a rule not being particularly pretentious individuals.

Cancerians like to get involved in their community. They may decide to undertake civic duties, do volunteer work or become active members in a local charity. This will have a two-fold purpose because in addition to the warm feelings they will get from doing something for someone other than themselves, they will also become well known in their local community as someone who is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Because Cancerians are quite analytical thinkers, they usually do quite well at school. They tend to think deeply about the subject of their study and reflect upon it until they fully understand it. They will take a concept apart over and over in their head and try to understand the true meaning in their quest for a greater knowledge. It is this very attempt at deciphering even the most mundane subject that might give some people the impression they are slow, but such an assumption could not be further from the truth. Although it may take the typical Cancerian time to learn a subject, they will never forget it once they do.

Cancerians like to have a pleasant home atmosphere where the participants of the family are pleasant to one another. They prefer to have an attractive home, where they can invite their friends over for meals and fine entertainment. They are very likely to have a close relationship with their mother, but if this does not happen to be the case, they yearn to have one.

Cancerians come from a long line of attractive people. The women in their family, in particular, are generally considered quite handsome, which can be a difficult task for any less than confident Cancerians to live up to. Because their lineage is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye, family members may put pressure on the humble Cancerian to confirm to the standards of the day, which may include losing weight, wearing make-up, and adorning oneself with jewellery.

Cancerians take the relationships they have with children very seriously, and are much more intense in their caring capacity in this regard. They love their children immensely and have abundantly strong urges to nurture, which is one of the reasons why those born under this sign are said to be so family oriented.

Cancerians are very protective of their children, which can border on possessiveness or even jealousy. Because they adore their children so, with what can at times be very extreme emotions, they may tend to smother them, which will ultimately inhibit the development of their personalities. In some cases, this over-motherliness could cause the children to lack confidence in their own ability to function as adults in this world, while in others, the children could reject their parents when they mature in an attempt to exact their own influence in this world. It is for that reason the Cancerian would be wise to refrain from exerting too much parental influence because ultimately, it is the children who will suffer.

Cancerians approach those individuals who they have a romantic interest in with the same ardent fashion they interact with children. When they set their sights on one particular romantic interest, they will allow this passion to take over their whole life. They will not be able to sleep, eat or think rationally because their desire for this one particular person will be so overwhelming they will not be able to rest until they are able to possess the object of their desire.

If they happen to be the victim of unrequited love, the pain in their souls will be so great they will not be able to rest until they have achieved a fair amount of retribution for what they see as a blatant attempt to intentionally harm them. It is for that reason if they are spurned by a lover, it will become an all encompassing obsession to either get the object of their desire to love them, or to get revenge. One way or another no one will forget when they have crossed the path of an angry Cancerian.

This obsessional attitude towards love is the stuff that mystery thrillers are made of, where they will stalk and harass their victim until they feel they have received retribution. One very famous Cancerian, Princess Diana collaborated on a tell all book that revealed her very famous husband’s affair with another woman. Not content with that, she also gave an interview on national television and spoke quite frankly of her husband’s affair, which no doubt caused considerable embarrassment to both her estranged husband and his family.

Cancerians generally like to engage in a type of work that is going to expand their mind in some way. It is for that reason many Cancerians are drawn to teaching professions, thereby enabling them to impart the wisdom they have gleaned in their lifetime.

Some Cancerians would do well to enter into the writing profession because they have a desire to create via the spoken work. They can formulate their thinking processes and relate effectively in such a way as to produce written works of art, such as books, novels and reports.

Some Cancerians may feel the urge to enter into the field of sales because they have the confidence and the energy to approach other individuals and persuade them to purchase their products or services. They have the intelligence to learn the technical details of some more complex products, which will give their clients a sense of security. They also possess the appropriate interpersonal skills to lead their clients to believe they are purchasing products from someone they can trust.

Many Cancerians have questions of a spiritual nature, which gives them the desire to find answers to the questions they have concerning the makings of the universe. Some develop their own philosophy based upon their various life experiences and the world as they see it. Still others will be drawn to more traditional religions, which only give them security through the methodology of their beliefs.

Cancerians tend to seek out individuals who are solid members of society. They like people who are practically minded, and if these individuals are not older, they have wisdom beyond their years.

Cancerians prefer to have their marriages formalised in a legally binding contract. They see marriage as a business arrangement that will allow them to fulfil many of their personal ambitions. It is for that reason they are generally very selective of the people they choose to form relationships with, always looking to advance their station in this life.

Cancerians tend to have some rather extreme friendships, and as a result, they may not have many lasting alliances. They may be drawn to individuals who they see as exciting, but the thrill they get from being with these people may not necessarily be conducive to their soul growth. Some of the alliances they seek may be of such an extreme nature that unethical or criminal actives are indicated, which in the long run will only result in misfortune.

Because Aquarius rules the unusual, typical Cancerians may be drawn to out of the ordinary sexual practices. They may develop friendship with individuals of the same sex and develop relationships of such an extreme nature that they could be perceived as homosexual in nature, even if a sexual relationship is not taking place.

Again, because Aquarius rules that which is out of the ordinary, some Cancerians could fall prey to sexual practices that are not socially acceptable, which instils in them a great deal of guilt, as they try to hide their predilections from those they are close to.

Because the typical Cancerian has such extreme friendships and other associations, things can get a bit complicated when they fall out with a friend. It is for that reason that what was once a genuine fondness for the individual can become a bitter hatred, which could colour the individual’s whole outlook on life. The Cancerian, in an attempt to seek some kind of retribution for a friendship that did not last, could very well resort to revenge tactics. It is important to realise, however, that what goes around comes around, and if an individual’s attempts to inflict harm on another, he will find himself in the position of victim in either this life or the next.

Cancerians are very interested in the nature of the universe and therefore tend to study philosophy, spirituality and psychology. They believe everything in our world can be controlled by the power of the mind and they endeavour to use their mind in order to learn of the vast esoteric secrets for which we are all only vaguely cognizant of.

Some Cancerians in their desire to gain greater understanding of the world we live in endeavour to join a religious group in their search for the meaning of life. Instead of recognising that all religions on this Earth are merely man made attempts at using their own mythology to clarify the world around them, they often erroneously believe it to be true even when irrefutable evidence to the contrary is presented to them.

Some Cancerians in their attempts to escape the mundaneness of day-to-day living, may resort to travelling to places far away. These places are likely to be of a great spiritual significance because they rejuvenate their souls and renew their purpose in this life. Of course there will be times when it is impossible to leave home, and it is during these instances they may meditate, learn yoga, go for long walks, or even attend church.

There will, however, be times when the Cancerian feels such a strong need to break away from his day to day life that he will feel the need to use substances that will enable him to transcend the here and now of this reality. The problem will arise, however, when the substances he uses no longer serve the function of recreational activities, but are needed for him to make it through the day.

A viable alternative to substance abuse is the state that comes from meditation or dreaming. It is during this deep relaxation that the Cancerian will find the answers he seeks and become one with the universe.

Cancerians prefer to select vocations in life where they can stay active because they become bored very easily. For their physical and emotional well-being, they need to so something that will enable them to dissipate the immense amount of energy inside of them.

Many Cancerians are well suited to a career in the armed forces because they desire to be in charge of things and to lead others to the direction they should be on. They also need the discipline that is instilled in them through such a profession because it will help them to continue with their duties on those days when they do not feel their best.

The police force or fire department are also suitable vocations for the ardent Cancerian because they enjoy being in a position of authority. They need to be needed and like to be looked up to, and any profession that fulfils this desire would help them to self-actualise.

Cancerians prefer to make friends with people who are stable and reliable members of society. These solid citizens will provide a level of grounding to them on those days when they are full of energy and are perhaps not operating at their optimum level.

They are also quite materialistic in their outlook on life and aspire to acquiring many possessions in their lifetime. If for some reason they have not been equipped with wealth of their own, they will in all probability attempt to marry into money, thereby obtaining wealth through their partner.

When Cancerians socialise, they prefer to go out for a meal so they can enjoy good food, wine and company. They may enjoy going to public houses because they will have the opportunity to enjoy a pub meal, have a few drinks and enjoy the conversation of like minded souls.

It is because the typical Cancerian does enjoy good food and drink that he may develop somewhat of a weight problem. To ensure good health for years to come, therefore, he would be wise to develop a light diet of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

The one thing in this world that is likely to land the typical Cancerian in hot water is his ability to say the wrong thing at the wrong time to alienate him from others. He may not mean to be, but he will betray a confidence time and time again, which will only cause him problems in the long run. It is for that reason he will need to learn to keep his thoughts to himself and use discretion when relating to others.

Cancerians may have a few difficulties with regard to their ability to learn new things. They will, therefore, need to exert extra effort in their early years of education to grasp concerns so they do not suffer academically in later yeas. They may not find school to be a particularly enjoyable experience, and may either be the victim of bullying, or could actually bully other people if he has suffered abuse at home.

Cancerians can at times lack judgement when selecting their friends, and this is especially so when they are relating to others around their neighbourhood. They may mix with the wrong sort of people and these individuals could give them a bad reputation merely by their association.

They could also find that some individuals are gossiping, slandering or libelling them, all in an attempt to defame them and ruin their reputation. Alternately, it could very well be the Cancerian who is doing the defaming in an attempt to seek retribution for any real or imagined wrongs done to him. The best course of action in such circumstances is to keep one’s confidences to a minimum because one never knows who could be listening.

Leo

Leos tend to be very gregarious, loving individuals. Like the lion, who is king of the jungle, they believe they are the king of their domain. Because they see themselves as absolutely fabulous, they can become somewhat arrogant in their mannerisms and demeanour.

Leos like to be in charge of all they see, and it is for that reason they can have a few power struggles with other individuals who would also like to be in command of any given situation. Leos can be a bit opinionated in their manner of speaking, which will not endear themselves to more genteel souls.

Most Leos are attractive people with some rather prominent features. Because they are instilled with natural good looks, they will never be short of admirers. Other people will be somewhat in awe of the self-confident nature they project and will therefore be attracted to them. Even those Leos who are quite shy will be able to hide any insecurity in their magnanimous persona so the casual observer will not readily pick up on their inner insecurities.

The one asset that Leos are particularly proud of is their mane of hair. They will go to great lengths to wash it, cut it, and style it, and show it in its most positive appearance. Leos prefer to wear their hair as long as possible, which will show it in its full glory.

Although Leos are graced with natural charm and good looks, the vast majority of them have not been given the benefit of independent wealth, and it is for that reason they must work for a living if they expect to get anywhere in this world. Because Leos want to enjoy life and all of the good things is has to offer, they are very likely to initially resent having to make their own way in this world. After they settle in to the routine of work, however, the may find they actually like it because it keeps them busy and helps to keep their mind active. If a Leo is able to work with autonomy and can utilise the creative abilities that are inherently a part of his make up, he will find that he will actually get a little bit of enjoyment out of his daily toil.

Leos are as a rule not extravagant with their possessions because they do not need lots of expensive things to make them feel important. Instead, most Leos prefer to live modestly and will be much healthier if they live and eat by that rule as well.

Although Leos are naturally attractive people, they tend to be unduly critical of their physical appearance. They will find an anomaly in their body and will over-inflate the significance of it, some times to the point where their self esteem is affected. Because they are so critical of their bodies and yearn for physical perfection, they could easily succumb to eating disorders if they feel they are a few pounds overweight.

Leos as a rule try to develop lasting relationships with those individuals who are in their immediate surroundings, such as siblings, neighbours and work colleagues. They like to have an air of pleasantness in their milieu, and try to practice good manners with all of those they must come into contact with on a regular basis.

The downside of all these displays of friendliness and affection is that sometimes people would confide things to them they would rather not hear, which could further complicate their endeavours to have harmonious relationships with others.

They may, after having gotten to know a few of their neighbours, have developed a clear dislike for them, which will have the effect of putting a strain on any further relationships they have with other individuals. In addition, they may become involved in some legal issues with people who they are close to, and it if for that reason Leos will need to ensure all of their dealings with others are honest and ethical because any discrepancies will eventually be found out.

Leos tend to relate well with childhood friends, siblings and cousins. They tend to develop some rather strong bonds with these people, which will last the duration of their lifetime. When they mature and are ready to select someone to have a romance with, they may decide to marry a childhood sweetheart or someone closely related to them because they fell they know this person better than someone else.

Leos usually have a very intense relationship with other family members. From an early age they have had to learn to keep family secrets, which will prepare them for the ability to keep a confidence in later life. The downside is they may be so adept at not revealing the many secrets they must keep, they may themselves become embroiled in a web of deceit of their own making.

Leos could very well have a rather extreme relationship with their mother and other family members, which could pose problems in later life. Because of the exaggerated nature of their family relationships, they will learn a great deal about human nature other people may not have picked up on.

The typical Leo may need to spend some time away from his family so he will have an opportunity to reflect on how his experiences with those closest to him have formed him into the person he is today. If he has had negative or traumatic experiences, he may need time to heal the wounds within before the most positive aspects of his personality will be able to shine forth.

Leos tend to be attracted to those individuals who are from backgrounds much different than their own. They prefer potential partners who are intelligent, well educated, physically fit, and philosophical. In other words, they want someone who would appear to be the ideal mate, someone who they can relate to on an intellectual and physical level.

Because Leos crave that which is exotic, they may have romances with people who they meet with while abroad or on holiday. They may also even take up a long distance romance via letter writing or the Internet if they are not in a position to travel.

While Leos love their children dearly, the circumstances that prevail mean they may be distant from them either emotionally or physically, which could bring with it a fair amount of heartache, as they come to realise that parenthood is not what they had originally envisaged it being. They may take on the role of mentor or teacher, as they attempt to guide young souls on their way in this life.

Leos enjoy travelling to far away places so they can experience the vast diversity of cultures that make up our Earth. During their travels, they gain a great awareness of the world around them and as a result become more tolerant of people who are different from them.

Leos are highly intelligent beings and therefore enjoy reading and studying complex subjects. They will have a high level of education and are equipped with the necessary skills of excellence in this world.

Leos tend to work best when they have a highly organised structure from which to operate. One of the reasons for this is because they can be very forthright and opinionated, and they need a constant structure so they will know where they stand in the grand scheme of their day-to-day life.

Because Leos need structure and a fair amount of routine in their work, they operate best in large organisations, where they will thrive. They will function best in large business, the military, even the church. Any organisations that afford these individuals an opportunity to progress through the ranks will hold them in good stead.

Many Leos must learn their trade through experience. He would therefore excel in a profession that has an apprenticeship programme or a company that would employ him as a trainee and allow him to grow in skill and expertise through his work.

Leos as a rule make great managers and administrators because they possess good organisational skills. They are able to compartmentalise different aspects of their work, which will enable them to accomplish much more than less efficient souls.

Leos are such loving, gregarious creatures that they are likely to have a large circle of friends and acquaintances. They will more likely select a partner from their social circle because they would like to be with someone who they have something in common with. They will be, however, somewhat choosy in their selection of a life-mate because they will also want to be with someone whom they feel can help them to achieve their life goals.

In order to assure a long and successful relationship, it is essential they select a life partner who is a friend as well as a lover. The reason for this is because after the passion and excitement of new love has waned, they will need to have something in common and actually enjoy each other’s company when the monotony of day-to-day living has set in.

Uranus rules that which is out of the ordinary. Some Leos may unwittingly become involved with some individuals who have, for want of a better word, alternative lifestyles. This tendency can be exacerbated by the fact that because they enjoy the company of out of the ordinary people, they could at times confuse a bit of eccentricity for that which is extreme. In order for the Leo to ensure he does not find himself involved with people and situations that go against his primary certitude, he would be wise to take his time getting to know people before he enters into any commitments with them.

Leos as a rule wish to stay on friendly terms with everyone. They are reluctant to fall out with people, even when those individuals are clearly not deserving of friendship. This can pose problems because Leos could tend to be a bit too lenient with regard to the behaviour of their friends, and may fail to set appropriate limits.

Because Leos attempt to maintain an amenable relationship with just about everyone, regardless of whether they are worthy of such sentiments, they could find themselves involved with the wrong types of people.

They may become involved with people who will only drag them down because they believe it would be against their spiritual beliefs not to give others unconditional love. While it is extremely commendable to love people unconditionally and stand by them, there are nevertheless less evolved souls on the Earth who would seek to exploit the noble intentions of the generally loving and forgiving Lion.

While it is important to give others the benefit of the doubt, there are some individuals who need to find their own way in this life. To continuously bail them out time after time when they have not really learned the error of their ways is in effect doing them more harm than good. When a person fails to set limits and expectations with regard to appropriate behaviour within a relationship, and stays with an individual who is only dragging him down, he is not only doing himself a disservice but the other party involved as well.

Some people must make their own way in this world by learning through experience. If they know there are people in their life who will enable them to live down to their lowest possible expectations, they are failing to learn valuable lessons and experience the physicalities of this world to the fullest extent. The enabler or co-dependant, therefore, although on a conscious level rationalising the best intentions in this world, is in fact operating on a very subliminal level an agenda that will thwart the soul growth of himself and others.

Quite often what is considered unconditional love is in effect maladaptive techniques the individual has developed that will ultimately prevent him from establishing mature relationships. Until he learns to relate in a mature equilateral manner that is mutually fulfilling and growth provoking for all persons involved, he will be confronted with the same issues in an ever escalating manner until he has worked through them accordingly.

Leos may find they need to closely monitor how much sleep they get. There may very well be some issues with regard to the dream state, so the astute Leo would be wise to stay alert to what goes on while he is unconscious to the world.

Leos are quite psychic, but sometimes they can attract the wrong type of energies. The universe is comprised of negative vibrational influences as well as positive, and it is for that reason they need to be very discerning of the impressions they get from others.

Because Neptune rules drugs and other mind and body altering substances, Leos may have some rather unusual experiences with this regard. It is important Leos temper any drug induced excesses with a fair amount of sobriety so they remain stable and balanced individuals.

Leos tend to be quite energetic with regard to their studies and experiences that will serve to broaden their outlook on this life. Because they like to go to new, different and far away places, they can be somewhat ardent in their pursuits and will travel alone if necessary.

Because Leos have such a desire to wander the world, the tourism or the military may be a suitable vocation for them to enter into because they can earn an income while meeting new people and travelling to different places.

Leos can be somewhat ardent about their philosophies in this life and their religious convictions. It is for that reason that whether or not they have any valid basis for their particular religious or philosophical views, they will stand their ground and declare their particular version of reality with fervour. They make great church leaders because they will actually convince themselves that they actually believe the mythology of our ancient origins to be a fact, even when they have been presented with overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

Leos seek financial independence and want others to see them as being rather affluent for their particular station in life. They will therefore tend to enter into professions that have many benefits and are financially rewarding.

They would be most happy to enter into a profession where all of their material needs are met, to include accommodation, clothing, transportation and even meals. With their physical needs taken care of, the can concentrate their energies on areas they feel more worthy of their attention.

If the Leo is not in a profession that provides for many of this material needs, he will endeavour to work in the field that will afford him the most income. If he is employed, he will likely become involved in the business sector because he has many aspirations to succeed in that area.

He may also decide to get on the property ladder, purchasing houses to provide for his future prosperity and security in this world.

Leos prefer to develop friendships with people who they can have a conversation with because they need to relate to people before they feel they can have a meaningful relationship with them.

Leos have a variety of interests, which keep them rather occupied during their free time. It is for that reason they will know an assortment of people from all walks of life.

Leos like to get involved in their local community, and it is for that reason they will be acquainted with people in the town or city they live in.

One area that Leos may generally have problems with is their family or other women. They may not be entirely happy with certain aspects of their family environment, which will have an effect on the relationships they go on to form.

They may have some problems with women, and quite specifically those women who operate, or pretend to operate, in a caring capacity. It is important, therefore, that they look at the people and situations they encounter with a critical eye and look for any hidden agendas.

The astute Leo will also be wary of any gossip about him or anyone else because, as the saying goes, talk is cheap. Any whispers he hears may not be valid, and if he repeats it, it will only show him in a bad light.

Virgo

Virgos are generally very methodical in how they do things and are happiest when they have an established routine they can fall back on during times of stress. Virgos like to compartmentalise everything in their life, which helps them to look at the world in a more simplistic fashion.

They have a strong sense of duty and service to humanity, and it is for that reason they will endeavour to lend a helping hand to those who are less fortunate than themselves.

They are very critical of themselves and others, and are prone to finding fault in the smallest anomalies. Because they are so pedantic, they may find they are able to so freely find fault with others, they could very well limit their sphere of awareness because they do not appreciate the many qualities of others that are not readily apparent.

Many Virgos are late bloomers. They take their time finding their footing in this world we live in because they are afraid of making the wrong move. As a result of this they may very well find they experience delayed development in this life, but once they do make their mind up with regard to a particular course of action, there is no stopping them.

Virgos tend to be unusually inquisitive because they would like to have greater understanding of the world around them. They are quite chatty, and like to be able to communicate with others about their ideas for the future.

In many ways, Virgos are independent beings, preferring to do things on their own. They are quite happy in their own company and do not necessarily need a partner to fulfil any yearning need inside of them.

Because Virgos are so independent, they are not necessarily well suited to married life. That is not to say that they do not enjoy intimate relationships, but merely means they prefer an informal partnership, such as that of cohabitation or even communal living. The typical Virgo is usually very much afraid of commitment.

Virgos are also quite modest about their abilities and are as a consequence reluctant to draw attention to them. Because on some deep-seated level they are not really sure of what they are capable of, they progress through the ranks of their chosen vocation, slowly waiting for the right time to make a move, and then only proceeding with extreme caution.

Virgos prefer to share what they have with other people because they believe if they give to others, others will give to them. Because they try to maintain an air of mutual co-operation, they can acquire so much more with another person than they could on their own.

Because Virgos know just how important it is to have money, food, clothes and other physical assets in this life, they will endeavour to befriend people who have the potential to acquire material assets.

They may very well marry into money, but not necessarily for purely selfish reasons. They will in all be quite fond of the person whom they decide to unite with in wedded bliss, but that feeling of everlasting love may elude them. It is funny though, that someone who they may not have considered marriage material will suddenly become much more attractive when it is revealed he has a healthy bank balance.

The typical Virgo’s self esteem is to a large extent determined by their associations, and it is one of the reasons why they are so picky about those who they choose to enter into a relationship with. If they have a partner or a close friend who is successful, they will feel successful just by association. If, on the other hand, someone who they are close to is going through a rough patch, they will feel their partner’s discomfort with equal intensity.

There may be some legal issues concerning what the Virgo possesses. It is therefore essential they properly utilise the contractual agreements that have been established, as verbal pacts can easily be misunderstood. People who are not necessarily entitled to wealth may try to appropriate it using unethical methods, so it is also important the shrewd Virgo should carefully critique the associations they make.

Virgos tend to have rather intense relationships with their siblings. There can be great deal of sibling rivalry, as they compete with each other for parental attention. As they mature into adulthood, they may feel they must compete for professional status in this life, as they strive to be successful in their own right.

Many siblings of the Virgo lose sight of the fact they are merely a brother or a sister, and therefore try to dominate the Virgo into doing what they would like. It is true Capricorns are ambitious, but it is because they would like to achieve great things in this life and are usually more than willing to share their good fortune with others.

Many Capricorns will find their mother has played a dominant influence in her life. If one looks at the animal kingdom and the big cats in particular, it is usually the females who do all the work, ie the hunting.

They work well in any situation where they must think quickly on their feet, such as sales, marketing, public relations, journalism, politics, or rescue work. In matters of love, Aquarians usually have roving eyes, and it is very difficult for them to stick with just one romantic liaison. They are such friendly beings that other people are naturally attracted to them. Unfortunately, some of those individuals who the ever-friendly Aquarian comes into contact with misread the signals being sent out when none was intended.

Aquarians work best if they are in an environment of caring and mutual co-operation. They often work well in situations where the employees relate with each other as a family, which will enable them to achieve much more than if they worked in a more sterile environment.

Perhaps because the ever-cerebral Aquarian, if not encouraged, will quite often rather blend into the woodwork and only impart the wisdom of his experience to those who genuinely wish to listen. The individuals who like to be the centre of attention, therefore, will help to balance out what others perceive to be a rather aloof personality. The Aquarian is so misunderstood because his detached demeanour indicates to others that he does not care, and such sentiments could not be further from the truth. The Aquarian does care; he is just reluctant to show it. More dynamic individuals tend to give Aquarians the confidence to be themselves within he confines of a partnership.

Although Aquarians do not generally have a great deal of true friends, those individuals who they do decide to call friend will generally be very loving and caring, which will make up any loneliness the Aquarian may feel from time to time. The few friendships the Aquarian does have will be of a dramatic and intense nature that will as a rule take up a great deal of their free time. Some of these friendships will evolve into full-blown romances, which is something the Aquarian needs to stay interested in life.

One area where Aquarians are likely to encounter difficulties is their personal responsibilities or work. This can result in some extremely intense power struggles and differences of opinion.

Most Aquarians have a wandering mind and therefore need a role in this life that will keep them stimulated. If they feel bored or undervalued, depression could very well set in. In addition, they may go out of their way to find things to do, which may not necessarily be productive to their soul growth.

Because Aquarians are so idealistic about the work they feel they should be doing, they need a role that affords them variety and enables them to use their brain. If this does not happen to be the case, they will tend to change jobs until they find something that suits them.

Until they learn to keep controversial opinions to themselves, they may find they will be dismissed from a couple of jobs merely because they have stated their true beliefs. They will need to keep their thoughts to themselves until they are in a more prominent position of authority.

Aquarians may also find they have power struggles with some of their co-workers, which could, if not controlled, create a bad atmosphere in the workplace. They need to set clearly defined boundaries with regard to the duties they are required to perform, otherwise they may begin to feel as if they are being exploited. In addition, if they ensure all of their interactions with co-workers are strictly professional, they will not encounter situations that may seem to be a conflict of interest. Unfortunately for the Aquarian, the work place is not necessarily an ideal setting to cultivate lasting friendships.

Aquarians are always intrigued by the unknown. They are naturally drawn to the intuitive sciences, such as astrology, tarot, numerology, spiritual healing, and other forms of the occult. Some Aquarians may find they would like to make such disciplines their life path, which they would very well excel in. Others will find they only want to pursue it as a sideline, and if that is the case, they would need to clearly separate it from their primary vocation to avoid any conflicts of interest.

Because Aquarians are such universal souls, they may have difficulties in their intimate relationships. They may have difficulty getting close to another individual, which could very well be a direct or indirect result of an earlier traumatic experience. Aquarians have a never-ending desire to learn both in and outside of the classroom. Whenever they decide to take formal instruction on something they are genuinely interested in, they are likely to meet people who they can relate well with.

The Aquarian, with his many utopian ideals, is a very spiritual person indeed. It is for that reason he can always find friends and partners in the religious institution of his choice. The lonely Aquarian therefore, would do well to visit a church or a learning establishment if he would like to meet like-minded souls who he can easily relate to.

Aquarians are not generally very sports minded individuals because most of the energy they exert is through their mental processes and not physical ones. Anyone who can see auras will be able to attest to the immense psychic energy that envelops the head area of the typical Aquarian. Because Aquarians emit so much cerebral energy, they do not usually like to over-exert themselves physically. They do, however, enjoy engaging in sports that will allow then to relate to other people, such as working out with a friend or a partner.

Aquarians tend to take their career very seriously and approach it with an unrivalled intensity. They give their all to their career or vocation in this life, and naturally expect they will be rewarded for all the hard work and effort they put in. What they often fail to realise when they are just starting out in their career path is the fact that life simply is not fair and we are not all compensated in the manner we would desire. The astute Aquarian, when he realises the work we do often receives little or no reward, will chalk the hard lesson up to experience and adjust his work practices accordingly. He may, after having realised the recognition he is desires, will either change his work or his attitude about work, whichever is deemed more appropriate.

There will of course be instances when the ever-amiable Aquarian cannot change his work due to financial considerations or responsibilities at home. He may find he enters into a deep depression until he is able to slowly come to terms with the deep disappointment he feels to be one of life’s cruel jokes. After he has entered into a period of deep reflection he will be able to transcend the pettiness that can be very much a part of our working life, and slowly build a new career that is more worthy of his talents.

Some less evolved Aquarians take a less acceptable approach to resolving their career problems. They may decide they want revenge for any real or imagined wrongs. The point to remember, however, is that any evil thing done to another person will be repaid to the perpetrator ten-fold. It is therefore essential that, regardless of how upset a person may be at another particular person, it is best not to become involved in any vindictive activities because they will only cause more problems than they are worth.

Aquarians are very aware of the fact they play on a very minor role in this large web of the world, and they seek to experience all of this world they can. They are generally avid readers, wishing to lose themselves in a world seen through another person’s eyes. They like to speak on the phone, which means they can run up some very large telephone bills if they do not speak prudently.

Aquarians like to be on the cutting edge of technology. They are intrigued by anything that is new. They will generally become involved with computer technology, which will enable them to correspond with people all over the world via the Internet.

Although Aquarians are not generally athletically minded, they will engage in sports if they feel it will enable them to socialise. They may decide to join a sports club as well to take care of their physical and social needs by partaking of one actively. They may also decide to engage in group activities, which will put them in touch with other like minded people.

Aquarians are very spiritual beings and may decide to join a church. They are well aware of the fact religions are manmade and therefore subject to error, but nevertheless hope to satisfy some of their spiritual needs by congregating together with a group of like minded souls. In order for them to meet people and socialise, they may very well find it necessary to refrain from openly expressing some of their more controversial views in order to get along with individuals who are not nearly as open minded. Many Aquarians, in their quest for finding a church to satisfy their spiritual and social needs, will attend several churches until they find one they feel is suitable to their particular spiritual path in this life.

Because Aquarians are such forward thinkers, always coming up with new and different concepts that will improve our life here on Earth, they have a great deal of difficulty with that which is traditional, especially when they are outmoded. Just to have a nice, quite life, they may very well attempt to conform, but they will have to sacrifice so much of their true personality that they will eventually wonder if it was all worth it.

The bad thing about this is that Aquarians are not by nature conformists. They have to sacrifice so much of themselves whenever they enter into a vocation or way of life that has so many rules that must be strictly adhered to. In order for them to adopt to such environments, they must shut off parts of themselves in order to accomplish tasks they would not normally wish to be involved in. As a result, they may not be the most likeable of people during stressful times because they are not able to express the free spirit that is so much a part of their being.

Aquarians loathe the process of growing old and will therefore go to almost any length to stay young, such as colouring their hair, wearing modern clothes, dieting, holistic health treatments, and even surgery if necessary. Aquarians feel much better if they are surrounded by progressive, forward thinking individuals because they find traditional thinkers too old fashioned.

Pisces

Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac, so those who are born under this particular placement are very old souls who have to come down to Earth to work through many of their karmic debts before they can progress onto the next level of their soul evolution. The problem they are presented with when incarnating into the Earth plane is the fact that memories of their past lives have been erased and they have no knowledge of what they had been and had accomplished in former times. While Pisceans are probably the most intuitive sign of the zodiacs, they often don’t utilise their psychic abilities properly, which means they are not using all of their assets to help them to succeed in this world.

Many Pisceans suffer from a severe debilitating depression, but they are loath to show the outside world just how miserable they are inside. They are afraid if others were to know the true depth of their despair, they would not have any friends. What the Piscean fails to see is a friend who would not stand by him in his hour of need is not a friend worth having. It is far better than to have a few good friends than a large circle of unreliable fair weather friends who are only looking for a good time. Everyone will rally round when times are good; it is when times are not so good that we all need friends we count on.

Because Pisceans have difficulty dealing with bad news, they will to self medicate in an attempt to ease the pain that sears through their soul. They will therefore tend to gravitate towards substances, which they hope will take them away from what is bothering them on a conscious level. They will smoke, drink alcohol, take recreational and prescribed drugs, or even eat in an attempt to attain an altered level of consciousness. It is only when the Piscean has transcended the need to abuse substances he will be ready to progress onto other levels of awareness.

Because Pisceans believe in the concept of unconditional love, they often enable those who they are close to harm themselves and others. They will drive their alcoholic partner to the liqueur store so he can buy booze and then complain when he drinks it. They will stock the kitchen cupboards full of starchy, sugary foods and then become upset when their partner develops weight problems. The Piscean needs to come to the realisation that loving someone does not mean they should tolerate unacceptable or self-destructive behaviour. In fact, loving someone is helping to achieve their fullest potential in this life. If anything, they are actually doing their partner a disservice by tolerating such destructive behaviour. What the Pisces sees as unconditional loves is in reality co-dependency.

Pisceans have very duplistic personalities, and are therefore difficult to truly understand. They may very well have two sets of friends, with completely different interests, which further illustrates the dual nature of the Pisces mind. Unfortunately, Pisceans need very little provocation to go through a complete personality change, which can be quite exasperating for those people who they are close to.

Pisceans are very fickle with regard to their likes and dislikes, which can pose problems for those who would like to be a permanent part of their lives. When they have come to the conclusion that a relationship has fulfilled its purpose, they will not hesitate to end that relationship just as soon as another person who appears to have more potential is presented to him.

One of the dichotomies of the Piscean nature is that although they are perceived as being spiritual, they like money and will go to almost any length to keep what they have. Pisceans will either acquire wealth from their own efforts or through the efforts of their partner, whichever is more practical. They are not generally lazy per se, and will go out and earn a living if it is possible for them to do so. When they take a job, they are very conscious about how much money they earn and will endeavour to make as much wealth as possible, regardless of what their skill level may actually be. If they happen to form a partnership with someone of independent financial means, that will make the situation all the better because they will take their partner’s earnings as their own, if at all possible. The Piscean is not one to give materially to others unless he feels he will be financially rewarded for such unsolicited gifts. He will therefore, occasionally allow those close to him to do without if he cannot see an advantage to himself for giving to another unconditionally.

Because Pisceans can be quite forceful when the need arises, they are well suited for roles that require them to take command of a situation. They would work well in the police force, the military, the caring industry, the emergency services, and the service industry.

Pisceans are generally very slow and methodical when it comes to learning new things. They need to take their time and learn at their own pace so tasks will be stored into their long term memory banks. If someone tries to push them to learn too quickly or to learn in a way that is difficult for them, they will generally rebel and not remember anything at all, even if it means they are only hurting themselves through their stubbornness.

Many Pisceans have a mild learning disability they must overcome before they can grasp the true meaning of certain topics. They may have difficulties with numeracy or literacy, which they will need special help with to overcome. Until they are able to work around these barriers, their progress at school is likely to be quite slow.

Pisceans may have difficulties in their relationships with their siblings. They may find themselves engaged in disagreements, as they overstep the bounds of what is proper behaviour towards their siblings. They may consider their brothers or sisters to be their own personal property and when they make the sad realisation that their siblings are individuals who have minds of their own, they may act in ways that are contrary to what they would like.

Some Pisceans make the mistake of becoming so close to their siblings of the opposite sex, they misinterpret a genuine romantic kind of love, and it is not likely their sibling will return the feelings. Jealousy could very well result when their sibling develops a love interest of his own, and it is likely tempers will flair. Needless to say, the Piscean in question will become very upset when this does occur.

Pisceans prefer a home where they can communicate their own wants, needs, and desires, which may very well be in variance with the needs of others. They enjoy speaking, and may therefore spend hours on the telephone, chatting away about nothing in particular. They also have a very strong desire to have more than one place they can call home, perhaps out of a desire to be well liked and secure in this world. They may consider their parents’ home to be an extension of their own home. If they can afford it, they would prefer to own at least two homes that they can call their own, and they will commute back and forth between the two whenever the need hits them. They may have a home they use to work from, and another home they use for leisure purposes, which helps to take care of their very strong need for rest and relaxation.

The one thing about the Piscean is they are so chatty they can speak too much to certain family members about inappropriate topics of conversation. This may have the effect of pitting one person against the other, as they strive to form alliances from different sorts of people. As a result of this, they may very well cause conflict in their own home just by the things they say. The evolved Piscean, therefore, will use his words wisely in an attempt to bring the family together, instead of tearing it apart.

Pisceans feel an intense need to be able to communicate with their mother and women in general. This desire to be able to relate and carry on a conversation is so strong they will forgive almost any wrong in order to allow a steady flow of communications with other family members.

Most Pisceans love children and are ardent in their affections to them. They have a great desire to nurture and protect children, which is reflected in how they relate to them. The problem lies in the fact they like children when they are young and impressionable. When the children begin go grow up and develop personalities of their own, which is where problems begin. They will in many instances try to force their will on the children, but this in itself will only bring about a temporary solution to what they see as a problem because children will eventually mature into adults and will therefore formulate their own opinions. The Piscean needs to learn, therefore, that it is his responsibility to provide a good role model for children, but should never try to force a child into being something he is not.

Pisceans love pets, and it is for that reason they love to have an animal in their life to love unconditionally. Animals don’t ask lots of intimate questions or put pressure on their relationship, but simply love for the sake of loving. While some animals may be a bit mercenary in their approach to loving, just so long as creature comforts are provided to them on a regular basis, they will hang around for the long run. People on the other hand, are much more fickle, which means they are not likely to stick around when the going gets tough.

Pisceans are naturally attracted to women and have many friends who are feminine. They are very idealistic about their personal relationships and women are generally much more intuitive about their needs than men, which means they will have a natural affinity to them. Because Pisceans are so attracted to women, some of the friendships they develop could become much more than casual and could very well progress into the realms of intimacy.

Pisceans generally like to spend their leisure time with family members because they enjoy having a nice family home. This love of family is such an intense theme of the Piscean, who needs to feel as if he is a part of a very large group. It is this strong desire to belong that enables him to adapt and bend to the will of others. The downside of such adaptability is the fact the eager to please Piscean could compromise so much that he can forget who he really is and what his role in the universe is.

Pisceans need a role where they can exercise autonomy and utilise their creative flair. They really do not function well in jobs that are monotonous, routine, and boring because they will lose interest and make mistakes. They would work well with animals because these creatures would allow them to express the immense love they have to give in a very positive fashion.

Pisceans seek a leadership role in their work, and if they have not been properly given such a position, they will seek to lead their peers, much to the dismay of those who they work with. The problem the astute Pisces will need to resolve is the fact he cannot expect other people to want to follow him if he does not demonstrate leadership qualities. He also cannot expect to command any kind of respect if he cannot keep his personal life in order, which could very well be a difficult task indeed. When the Piscean has mastered those two obstacles, he will be well equipped to oversee others in whatever path in life he chooses to pursue.

Pisceans desire a certain amount of autonomy in their work. As a rule, they do not generally make good team players unless they can take charge of the team, that is. They need a role where they can take ownership of their job and develop it any way they see fit. They would become very despondent in their work if they had strict criteria they had to adhere to or if they found another person was critically looking over the shoulder all the time.

Pisceans make good teachers or instructors because such a role enables them to use their creativity by making lesson plans, tests, and teaching aides. They are also able to be the centre of attention, which is what they really enjoy, by imparting their knowledge of a particular subject onto novices.

Pisceans work well as writers, artists and musicians because again, they are allowed to use their creative impulses that are so much a part of them. They are able to create works of art independently of others but often in co-operation with other people, if that makes any sense.

Pisceans work well in the beauty business because natural aesthetics are so much a part of their psyche. They enjoy the world of illusion or turning something quite ordinary into something of beauty. If is for that reason they make great hairdressers and make-up artists. Because they desire to be in charge of their own destiny, however, they will enter into those professions with a view to later managing others or being in charge of their own company.

Because Pisceans are so idealistic and dream of living in a utopian world where everything is as they like it, they sometimes have difficulty staying grounded. It is for that reason they need to form partnerships with others who can give them the stability they need to continue on their sojourn on Earth.

Pisceans can become depressed when life has not turned out in the manner they have envisaged in their dreams. When depression sets in, they enter into a period of despondency, and can self medicate in an attempt to feel okay with themselves. They may abuse food by eating too much, too little, or the wrong combinations, thereby interfering with their body’s complex biochemistry. They may drink too much alcohol, which is actually a sugar addiction that has gone out of control. They may decide to smoke, which has the effect of blocking their chakras and preventing them from seeing life as it really is. They may also abuse prescription or recreational drugs, which will only harm their bodies in the long run. Because Pisceans can sink into such despair and lose their will to live in this world that we have chosen to incarnate into, they need a partner who is strong enough for the both of them during life’s difficult times. This is a major task and not everyone is up to the job, but that is what the Piscean needs. The Piscean needs to form relationships with people who are modest and hardworking, and who are strong enough to allow him to have his own way whenever there appears to be a conflict between the two.

Pisceans need lots of rest and there may be periods in their life when they are not be in a position to contribute their fair share in the relationship. It is essential, therefore, that they unite with people who are strong enough to allow the Pisces to take the break he needs from time to time, thereby allowing him to re-charge his batteries and emerge a renewed being from his hiatus.

The people Pisces will normally have disputes with are those individuals they meet at work. Tempers could flair, and it could be an uncomfortable situation if those involved in the dispute are not mature enough to agree to disagree.

On the same note, the Pisces is also liable to make some very good friends at work. It is for that reason the Piscean, being a social creature, will tend to socialise with people he works with, if for no other reason than to reaffirm his sense of belonging in this world.

One area where Pisceans have a great deal of difficulty is in their personal relationships. Part of the problem is they are so idealistic; they can become very depressed when people and life do not meet their expectations. They can hold the depression at bay by staying busy and trying not to think about their problems, but eventually they will have to look very seriously at what it is that is causing such a major void in their life.

Pisceans have a very bad habit of forming relationships with totally inappropriate people. If they do not suffer from addictions themselves, they may select friends and partners who have addictions and other problems, thereby allowing them to enable these people to suffer their addictions for their own personal gratification. Alternatively, a Piscean who is addicted to food may develop a relationship with a person with another addiction, such as alcohol, thereby enabling both individuals to work through their own addictions unencumbered because their partner will not criticise them. The problem arises when one person in the dyad makes a conscious decision to overcome his addiction by getting professional help or using his own will power.

If the partner is able to overcome his addiction, he will perceive the other person in the dyad in a completely different light. He may very well put pressure on his partner to overcome his own addiction, which would very well compromise the relationship. It is times like these that some relationships dissolve when the knowledge the people involved want different things out of life. More often than not, however, one partner will encourage the other partner to overcome his resolve to beat the addiction, thereby enabling him to abuse his substance of choice at his leisure.

Many Pisceans are what can only be described as enablers. Because they need to learn to love in a healthy and productive way, they must work through the myth of unconditional love so they can discover that loving someone does not mean we should tolerate destructive behaviour. It is not perfectly acceptable to set limits in our relationships with those people we love, not to do so would be doing a disservice to the relationship. Until the Piscean has evolved to the point where he is able to set limits on what is acceptable behaviour, he will tend to attract people to himself who are only going to drag him down. He may develop a relationship with someone who has a problem that must be resolved, only to enable that individual to keep his problem intact. The reason for this is because the Piscean can feel superior to his partner who he feels is inadequate in so many ways. The problem arises when the partner makes a conscious decision, independent of his Piscean mate, to change. Rather then being happy, the Pisceaan will often show such extreme displeasure in his partners improvement that he will often attempt to sabotage the process of healing and will sometimes decide to leave the relationship altogether in search of another dysfunctional soul to link up with.

Some Pisceans are filled with so much self-loathing that they truly and honestly cannot believe they are worthy of a healthy relationship. They will form relationships with people who are either unavailable or unsuitable, thereby enabling them to continue in the cycle of self-hate. They may decide to enter into relationships with people who are already in relationship with other people, and this will enable them to experience first had the anguish of loving someone who is not there for them. In addition, they will be able to have a part-time partner, which will effectively help them avoid making a commitment themselves.

Pisceans have a tendency of picking up waifs and strays. They may very well decide to take in a person who has very serious problems that he must resolve himself, develop an intimate relationship with such an individual, and then hope to change him into someone worthy of his love. The problem lies in the fact that it will inevitably never work out if a person endeavours to change for another person. The only way a positive and lasting change can occur is if he decides to change for himself, and for no other person.

Although Pisceans are very spiritual beings who need to have a faith to rely on when life gets too difficult for them to handle on their own, they do not as a rule like to get involved in organised religion. They will go to church, nevertheless, if they feel such participation will fulfil their social needs. They will find, however, that during those times of great distress, no religious institution will help them to see their way through the mire of flooded emotions that can seem to overpower them.

Because many Pisceans seemed to have had difficulties in their more formative years picking up new concepts and ideas, they may be reluctant to take up higher education. They would, however, find that to enrol in a course in their adult years would be a transcendental experience. They may find that while they had learning difficulties in their younger years, such problems would have been resolve when they matured, as they developed ways to compensate for any deficiencies that they may have had. They may discover, quite by chance, that they actually enjoy learning new things.

Because Pisceans have a certain amount of compassion and empathy for their fellow man, they would do well to study the medical profession. Specifically, they would find they would work well in a surgical capacity because they do not usually have the difficulties with blood many people have.

Pisceans have a great deal of difficulty accepting new concepts and ideas, and prefer to go along with the status quo, even if it isn’t necessarily conducive with their soul growth. It is this reluctance to think ahead that means they can often be wary of strangers or people who are much different than themselves. It is sad, really, because many more positive opportunities would be presented to them if they would only open themselves up to new experiences.

Despite any learning difficulties they may have had, Pisceans nevertheless like to be perceived as very worldly, educated people. It is for that reason that even as adults, Pisceans would do well to get as much formal and informal education as possible.

Because Pisceans are so idealistic, they seek perfection in all they encounter. They desire an ideal body in themselves and others. One way to stay in top physical condition, therefore, is to exercise, and Pisceans would do well in a career in the fitness industry, thereby allowing them to perfect their own and other’s bodies.

Pisceans make great sales people because they are able to list the unique selling point of the object they want another person to purchase. They have the ability to extol the benefits of owning an object they are trying to sell, which will help them to earn a substantial amount of money in their career.

Pisceans would excel in a career in academia because it would heal some of the psychological wounds that had been inflicted on them in childhood when they felt less than adequate. They would also have the opportunity to glean new meaning for subjects they had previously perceived to be quite ordinary.

Pisceans would also get particular enjoyment from working in high finance. Not only would they be able to use their intuitive abilities to predict future financial trends, they would have a lot of fun relating to like-minded souls in the fast paced world of money and commodities. Because Pisceans love money and tend to form associations with people who either have money or have the potential to amass it. While many Pisceans may very well have a modest income, they would like to have an extravagant lifestyle and therefore gravitate towards those individuals who can give them the standard of living they feel they are deserving of.

Unless one was born into money or has had a lucky break of some kind, he will generally have to go out and make his own way in this world. In Western society, the qualities we are able to put a financial value on are those that will enable a person to go out and make a nice living for himself. It is for that reason we place a very high value on business people because they possess the qualities that are necessary to go out and create wealth as well as make employment for others in the process. This is not to say by any stretch of the imagination business people are more valuable than other people, but that in Western society we perceive them to be more valuable because they have a greater earning potential.

Pisceans would do well to own their own business, as they would find it to be a very rewarding experience. Because they do not as a general rule like taking orders from or working for other people, they would receive a great deal of reward from working for themselves by either owning their own business or working on a self-employed basis. In addition, they would gain first hand experience of just how difficult it can be to own and operate a business, and they would in the process gain a greater appreciation of their boss if they did decide to go back to working for other people again.

Many Pisceans would gain a great deal of benefit from running a part-time business. They would gain more confidence in their ability to compete in this world that can be ruthless at times. In addition, they would learn valuable business management skills they could utilise in other areas of their life.

One area the Pisceans have difficulties with is modern technology because they would prefer using their instincts. The problem with our instinctual reactions, unfortunately, is they can at times be biased and therefore lead us to make incorrect assumptions. It is important, therefore, to make sure our intuitive processes are backed up with least a fair amount of reasoning to make doubly sure we are using logic combined with intuition when making important decisions.

Pisceans may have some difficulties in making friends, which can be a source of frustration for them. Because they are so talkative, they may have difficulties keeping confidences, which could mean they lose popularity amongst potential friends who have had the displeasure of discovering something they have said in confidence has been revealed to the world at large.

Because Pisceans feel the need to talk even when there is nothing relevant to say, they could very well develop a reputation as a gossip, which will no doubt be very upsetting when they discover what other people think of them. This tendency to chat away with little regard to what they are actually saying will in the end prove to be their downfall.

Pisceans could find a few of their friends let them down in a big way. Some of them could prove to be deceptive because they are working at cross-purposes to their friends. They may also be very jealous, which would cause them to behave in a manner not harmonious with their true character. Still others may very well take something of value, which could be a material item, money, or a relationship. Because the Piscean has not had particularly good luck with the friendships he has developed, he may in begin develop an attitude of nonchalance with any people who truly desire friendship. It really is a shame because if he mixes with a different sort of people he may very well develop a circle of friends that would be more beneficial to his soul growth.
