WHY ARE MY RATES A FRACTION OF THE PRICE OF OTHERS?
The reason my rates are lower than others is because all you are paying for is my time.
I don't have a truck so I can't haul things back and forth (materials, trips to the dump etc) and because I don't have a truck I can't carry around alot of tools.
This is why my rates are less than others because I don't have to add in the extra costs of tools, gas, trips to the dump, extra material costs and because of that you save $$$.
