Spiking
- Have the person who is spiking take 3-4 steps off before spiking.Move your arm in a high upward position and follow through.You have the choice of hardly hitting i or lightly tapping this can confuse the opponent.
- Another tip of spike is to not high jump but move your fingers in a downward position to the ground.This will make it hard for the oppenent to return it.
- Soon you will get muscle movement memorized making it easy for you to complete this action.
- Although spiking is good to know it is not the most important aspect of the game.
