Tepung Pelita
Tepung Pelita is made from glutinous rice, sugar, coconut milk and added with 'pandan' flavor. It is wrapped creatively into small rectangular sort of small container made of banana leaf and steamed forabout 15 minutes. Tepung Pelita is famous during breakfast and afternoon as a dessert served with hot tea or coffee. For some people they love it served cold as a good refreshment pudding.
