HOW TO RE-ACTIVATE PENPRO I.D.'s:

1.) Open PenPro.

2.) Login.

3.) Left click the "setup" button located near the lower left.

4.) Hit the "confirm" button.

5.) Make sure that "All I.D.'s" is bulleted and hit "confirm".

6.) A communications window will appear.  Wait for the "return to penpro" button to light up, then hit it. 

7.) Left click the "claims" button located near the bottom left.

8.) A window asking you to save will appear, hit "save."

9.) All of your I.D.'s are now activated.
