HOW TO RECEIVE ESTIMATES FROM THE ADP HOST:

1.)   Sign onto the internet.

2.)   Open PenPro.

3.)   Login.

4.)   Left click the “receive” button near the bottom of the screen.

5.)   Left click the dropdown located near the top left directly right of “receive”.  Select claims.

6.)   Type in the claim number of the estimate you want to receive directly right of where it says “claim #”.

7.)   Left click the “add to list” button located near the right.

8.)   Repeat steps 6&7 if you want to download more then one estimate.

9.)   Left click the receive from host button.

10.)  A box titled as “Download Claim – ID Selection” will pop up.  Select the i.d. of which you used to write the estimate.  i.e. if it is a western united file, select western united.  If this box didn’t appear, skip to the next step.

11.)  A communications screen will come up.  Let it do it’s thing.  When it is complete it will display the results.  If it did not find the claim, try downloading from another I.D..  @NOTE@ Estimates stay on the ADP host for 90 days and 90 days only!!!

12.) Hit return to penpro when complete.
