Ordering process

RuffG@rmz usually have all the shoes in stock at a warehouse, if i got the ones you want then we can arrange a day to meet when i can drop off the shoes. On this site there is an ordering form where you can basically order the shoes you want by the ID number, i will contact you back by phone, email or text. I will be able to answer any questions you have and tell you whether we have them in stock.

Shoes to Order

If we dont have the shoes you want in stock we can order them from another warehouse we have located in the states. The shoes take 5-10 days to arrive (usually 5-6) and delivery can be arranged as well. We have a delivery driver who spans the whole of west London.

Shoe Quality

All shoes are original timberlands, Gucci, Burberry and LV have sold design rights to Nike and Timberland to customise their brands. Each pair of shoes comes in the original Timberland box with wrapping and a shoe refresher.

Group Discounts

Ruffgarmz have a policy on group discounts. If you and your mates wanna save buckz on each pair, order them together, if 7 or more pairs are ordered (Timberland, 8 for AF1's) then a 10% reduction on each pair is given. On the ordering form there is a group discount section which can be completed. If you are going to order 7 or more, call me as well on 07951835410 to arrange it.

Payment Details

At first we used to trade with friends so used to take a holding deposit of 50%, now we know that we cant operate like that. This is why we have stock and work with that ordering more if we need too. Most of our customers pay cash on delivery, the order invoice is taken with the delivery man just in case there is confusion. All you do is pay the delivery man in cash in exchange for the shoes. If you want to use your debit card or a credit card you can transfer the funds through PAYPAL (Solo and Switch, Mastercard, VISA, American Express) to our account. People sometimes find this safer because if there is a problem paypal can redeem the funds back to you, its also better than carrying bills if your ordering bare.
