Now, I can eat a very small amount of carbohydrates (rice, Poli, bread, pasta etc.) only at lunch time. For dinner, I eat only meat and vegetables. This way, I can maintain my fasting sugar low. Diabetes can be due to the family history of several generations. Also I think my excesssive drinking of beer worsened it. Al and Leo have summer vacation. Except for travelling a few times a year, I mind my own business.

I have been using computers since 1983, learned 3rd generation programming languages during my chemical engineering curriculum, 1983-85. Then in 1999, I took a "client Server Technology Certificate" course for 8 weeks of full time and learn object oriented programming languages like visual basic, powerbuilder, and SQL, HTML etc. Last week Al got me started on it again as a hobby.
