Here's one of my favorite anime from a while back. It doesn't have any cute animals, or big flying robots- but what it does have is a ton of ridiculous cursing, lots of street punks blown to bits, and Officer "Mad Bull" Sleepy getting more ass than a toilet seat... Anyway, it is pretty funny. You might be able to find it in a bargain bin somewhere- Remember, you want episode one... it seems that shows that are this psycho fall apart the more episodes they are dragged on.

That's right, this cop is so big that his whole check goes straight to his stomach!	"Christ! he's blown his head off!"	NO COMMENT

"As a police officer its my duty to bring you in, but seeing as I'm supposed to be dead, I'M JUST GONNA KILL YA! "	This is what happens if you are on a subway train going one way, stick your head out of an open door and happen to be struck by a train going the opposite direction...
