My husband and I had one stopover before continuing to our destination on a commuter flight. After a long wait, the attendant finally announce :

"Ladies and gentlemen, commuter flight 1143 is now unloading and we are waiting for our passengers to be run over by the bus."

Full day tours: 7 to 8 hours (usually, lunch included or you can also option to take your lunch box with you).
  • Besakih Tour:

    visiting villages of Batubulan for its sandstone carvers; Gianyar which famous for its hand-woven materials, Klungkung for the Kertha Gosa, a 17th century court of justice of the former kingdom of Klungkung; Bukit Jambul for beautiful scenery of terraced rice field, and a place where lunch usually be given in the local restaurants, and Besakih the mother temple for the Balinese Hindu people is the highlight of the tour and on the way home visiting village of Kusamba for traditional salt making and visit to the Bat Cave temple.

  • Bedugul Tour:

    First visit to temple of Taman Ayun, a beautiful 17th century Royal family temple of the former kingdom of Mengwi, on the way to Bedugul seeing beautiful scenery of terraced paddy fields; Bedugul a fresh mountain resort with visit made to Candi Kuning fruit, vegetable, orchids market, temple of Candi Kuning by the bank of lake Beratan. Lunch provided in local restaurants. On the way back to hotel taking visit to famous Tanah Lot temple in the afternoon for glorious sunset and cold beers.

  • Kintamani Tour:

    Seeing more than Besakih, with visit to villages known as center for arts and handicrafts like Celuk for its beautiful minor arts, such as gold and silver; Mas for its wood carvings; Ubud for its paintings; Elephant Cave, an ancient 11th Buddhist hermitage; Tampaksiring center for best ivory carving in the world and Tirtha Empul temple, temple with holy spring water, Kintamani, the highlight, the great amphitheatre looking down to active volcano of Batur and the biggest lake in Bali, lake Batur on its side. Lunch usually given in the local restaurants. On the way back seeing the nicest terrace rice field in village of Tegalalang as well as painted, fanciful wood carvings.
