• Love for Teaching- Was a full time substitute teacher in Edmond, Oklahoma and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
  
• Passion for Excellence- Academic, sports, military, etc. Always strove to do my best while lifting others along the way.
  
• Teamwork- Demonstrated during sports, substitute teaching, and military exercises.
  
• Overcoming Challenges- Army Boot Camp, Officer Candidate School and Engineer Basic Course, learning a new language and culture in Hungary.

• High School Valedictorian - Jones High School, Jones, Oklahoma. Also attended schools in California, Nevada, and Nebraska.

• Enlisted in Army 1998 - stationed at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
  
• Spent 3 years at Fort Sill as AIT (Advanced Individual Training) instructor, teaching new army recruits usually ages 17-23 years old Field Artillery knowledge.
  
• Received Presidential Fitness Award multiple times.
  
• Received 27 coins of Excellence, including one from Fort Sill Post Command Sergeant Major, CSM Roberts and another by TRADOC commander (US Army Training and Doctrine Commander 4 star general), GEN ABRAMS
  
• Received a perfect ASVAB score and scored in the 99th percentile on the Defense Language Aptitute Test.
  
• Only soldier in Battalion of 500 soldiers to receive an Army Commendation Medal. One of only two enlisted soldiers to be chosen to attend Officer Candidate School in the entire Army for the first class of 2002.
  
• Received 95% academic score in both Officer Candidate School and Engineer Officer Basic Course. This was best in class.
  
• One of two soldiers at Fort Sill to escort visiting military and civilian VIPs around post.

• Missionary to Hungary and Pastor for a congregation of 150 people from 1992 to 1994. Learned to love people and culture of this East European country, recently liberated from communism.
  
• Studied German and Serbo/Croatian while serving in the military.
  
• Donated 600 hours of community service while stationed at Fort Sill, awarded Certificate of Excellence by Post Chaplain.
  
• Employee of the year at Frontier City Amusement Park, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Eagle Scout and Soldier of the Year for Battalion of 500 soldiers.
  Received Army Achievement and Army Good Conduct Medals.
