Born of the old idea that, "There has to be a better way to do this!" Jake Merrick put his expertise from years in the oilfield to work and developed a revolutionary approach to stud removal.

His goal was to develop tools that would quickly and easily remove studs or nuts from turbines and compressors without damaging the delicate and costly housing of the units.

Although the system is field-tested and highly successful, development hasn't stopped. Merrick continues to improve on the tools with each version.
