All about Dana, Britany, and Camille *DESSERT DOCTOR ER*

Brittany Barrett has been with us since our opening, which has been seven years. She graduated at the top of her class and has her masters degree. She attended Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts Institute. She has studied in Paris, France for one year. Brittany is our main pastry chef who has earned many awards for her expertise in baking.

Camille Delosa has also been with us for seven extravagent years. Her unique cooking skills have helped make our business successful. She worked in Italy for two years. Camille graduated at the French Culinary Arts Institution. She plays an important role as our candy chef. Her desserts have been sold worldwide.

Dana Mininson has a significant role here at Dessert Doctors. She is our chocolatier. She studied at Johnson & Wales Culinary Arts Institute. Her main goal was to open up a cafe of diverse specialities. Dana learned many techniques in Germany where she met up with Camille and Brittany at a chocolate convention.
