To install your DVD Rom or Your CD Rom, it's very easy. Your going to take the biggist ribbon and plug it in the back of you device. It's going to be located in the bottom center of the Rom. There is only one way it will go in so if it doesn't go in easy the first time, turn it around and try agian. Once you have the ribbon pluged in then you need to plug in the cord that goes to you headphone jack. Most CD Roms have the headphone jacks in the front so you can listen to a CD and not have to reach in the back of the computer to plug them in. Your going to plug that in a smaller slot that is usually between the ribbon and the power cord. Once you have that pluged in to the back you will have to plug it into your motherboard. (Please refer to your user naual for the location as to where you plug it in at. Each Motherboard has a diffrent place for you to plug it in at.) Once you have that done all you have to do is to plug in the power cord.
