When you begin, you need to decide what kind of mother board you want. There are diffrent kinds of motherboards out on the market to choose from. To decide on the type of moter board you need to decide what kind of processor you want and what kind of ram, which I will get more in to on those subjects later on in the topics. You need to get a mother board that will compatible with the items you accuare. When you buy a mother board, the store will have the available boards out on display with all the specs writtin down for you to read.
You also need to get a case to put everything in. You can get many kinds of cases. From ones that are just plain or you can get one with hidden doors, or you can lock the case so no one can get into it.
Once you have gotten those 2 items, you need to take you mother board and the case out and screw the motherboard into the case. Be sure to ground yourself before you touch any electronical part cause if you don't, you have a possiblilty of shocking the equipment and fry a component which would make it not work.
Once you get your mother board screwed in, you are ready to begin installing all the parts.
