These are all the weapons you get in the game, plus their upgrades, as well as anything else you might use during the hunt.

Medicomp
A powerful and versatile first aid kit which lets the injured hunter treat virtually any manner of wound while still in the field. Using the Medicomp will therefore heal all damage that has been suffered.

However, the Medicomp requires “charges” of expendable supplies in order to function, so use should be limited to times of greatest need.

Standard practice in a hunting ground intended for extended use is to make caches of Healing Charges along with other supplies, typically in locations that the natives and other prey will find hard to reach. This allows Clan brothers to hunt for longer without returning to camp.

Bandolier
The wise hunter knows that sometimes the best choice in a hunt is the laying of traps for the prey. The bandolier provides carrying capacity for a great number of these devices, although the number which any individual may carry is based on rank within the Clan. As the hunter’s skill is demonstrated, a greater number of traps may be carried.

The bandolier’s basic capacity is for four of each type of trap which the hunter is allowed to carry. Each upgrade allows another four of each type to be carried, earned by succeeding in challenging tasks while on the hunt.

Traps
These traps can be attached to any surface and will trigger when an enemy gets too close, or can be thrown directly at a target to cause instant detonation.

Sonic Trap:
Sonic Traps release a burst of multi-spectrum light and subsonic sound waves designed to briefly disrupt the nervous sustem of the prey without causing permanent damage.

Fire Bomb:
Fire Bombs cause a short-lived incendiary burst. Victims which are set on fire will burn until their flesh is consumed.

Pulse Mine:
Pulse Mines release a micro-second burst of electromagnetic pulses which disrupt electronic systems. They are designed to disable cybernetic or robotic enemies, as well as to disrupt holographic camouflage or Cloaking systems.

Plasma Mine:
Plasma Mines explode with devastating force, spraying super-heated plasma in a controlled burst designed to minimize risk to the user while searing the flesh from the target.

Unarmed
Even without a weapon the Predator is a formidable enemy. Unarmed blows will stun weaker enemies, leaving them vulnerable to follow-up attacks.

Can perform Grapple Attacks - stun your prey with a series of Light Attacks and then perform a final light Attack to grab your target. Alternatively, Cloak and wait for an unsuspecting enemy to approach within grabbing distance: a single Light Attack will perform the grab.

Wristblades (Level 1)
The Predator’s basic weapon, these extendable metal claws are perfect for performing fast slashing and ripping attacks, and can kill and off-guard enemy with a single strike.

Can perform an Execution - Lock On to your prey from behind and perform a Light Attack when the icon appears over its head.

Wristblades - Ritual Upgrade (Level 2)
Crafted as a mark of respect for experienced hunters, this replaces the Wristblade’s cutting claws with longer and tougher variants, making the Predator’s blows more damaging.

Wristblades - Clan Upgrade (Level 3)
This weapon, unique to the Dark Blade Clan, has plasma-forged blades of extended length and exceptional resilience. The wounds left by these attacks are exceptionally deadly.

Speargun (Level 1)
For the hunter who prefers a long-range silent kill, this fires telescopic spears which can take off a man’s head or pin him to a wall.

The basic model can store ten projectiles in its internal magazine.

Switch to 1st Person for precision aiming.

Speargun - Ritual Upgrade (Level 2)
Carved from the bones and skull of a race of now extinct extraterrestrial raptors, this Speargun can hold up to twenty shots.

Speargun - Clan Upgrade (Level 3)
The Dark Blade Clan’s personal Speargun is a high-powered projectile weapon which uses advanced technology to store up to thirty spears.

Plasmacaster (Level 1)
This shoulder-mounted cannon rapid-fires explosive plasma bolts of variable power. Its heat-tracking system lets it target enemies on every side of the Predator.

The Plasmacaster draws energy from the Predator’s central power reserve, which also supplies energy to the Cloak and Smart Disc.

Holding down the Ranged Attack button will charge up the cannon to fire more effective shots, although these also use up more energy.

Switch to Thermal Vision to increase the arc of the Plasmacaster’s auto-aim. Neuro Scan an enemy to limit the auto-aim to members of that individual’s group.

Plasmacaster - Ritual Upgrade (Level 2)
This model of the Plasmacaster does no more damage than the basic weapon, but its bolts have a bigger blast radius and so are more effective in taking out groups of enemies.

Plasmacaster - Clan Upgrade (Level 3)
The Clan’s specialized variant of the Plasmacaster fires bolts which explode across wide areas with devastating force.

Smart Disc (Level 1)
This smart throwing weapon homes in on its target with lethal precision, its spinning blades cutting a person in half. The disc can even be programmed to take down multiple enemies in one swooping arc.

The Smart Disc draws energy from the Predator’s central power reserve, which also supplies energy to the Cloak and Plasmacaster.

Can target multiple enemies - hold down Lock On and target more than one enemy before pressing the Ranged Attack button. The basic disc can target two enemies; upgraded versions can target more.

Smart Disc - Ritual Upgrade (Level 2)
With curved cutting spines extending from its handgrip, this centuries-old weapon can target up to three enemies in a single throwing arc.

Smart Disc - Clan Upgrade (Level 3)
The Clan’s unique Smart Disc has blades which vibrate at subsonic frequencies, giving it unmatched cutting power. Its advanced targeting matrix can store the locations of up to four enemies at once.

Glaive (Level 1)
A twin-headed polearm, the Glaive’s rapid spinning moves slice through enemies with ease.

Can perform Impale Attacks - Lock On to an enemy from in front of to the side and press both the Light and Heavy Attack buttons at once to impale your enemy and throw them into the air.

Glaive - Ritual Upgrade (Level 2)
With razor-sharp blades carved from the fangs of a mighty alien beast, this Glaive leaves gaping wounds in its targets.

Glaive - Clan Upgrade (Level 3)
The massive plasma-forged blades of the Clan’s specialized Glaive are barbed to inflict terrible tearing injuries.

Combistick (Level 1)
A telescopic quarterstaff, each sweeping blow of this weapon is capable of knocking several enemies off their feet, leaving them vulnerable to follow-up attacks.

Can perform Impale Attacks - Lock On to an enemy from in front of to the side and press both the Light and Heavy Attack buttons at once to impale your enemy and throw them into the air.

Combistick - Ritual Upgrade (Level 2)
Adorned with skulls and feathers, this ancient weapon has a weighted core which lends crushing force to its blows.

Combistick - Clan Upgrade (Level 3)
The Clan’s unique variant of the Combistick is supremely tough and has extendable blades which combine to deliver devastating attacks.

Maul (Level 1)
A heavy weapon of blades and spikes, its powerful spinning and crushing blows can penetrate even the strongest defense.

Can perform Impale Attacks - Lock On to an enemy from in front of to the side and press both the Light and Heavy Attack buttons at once to impale your enemy and throw them into the air.

Maul - Ritual Upgrade (Level 2)
Carved from the jawbone of a prehistoric beast, this powerful weapon has seen millennia of honorable combat and can kill a man in a single blow.

Maul - Clan Upgrade (Level 3)
Plasma-forged for unbreakable strength, barbed and honed to a razor edge, the Dark Blade Clan’s personal variant of the Maul is the most vicious melee weapon in the Predator’s arsenal.

Vocal Mimicry
The mask’s vocal synthesizer allows the hunter to imitate the sounds made by its prey. This allows luring and distraction of targets, setting them up for cleaner kills. Basic mimicry of this type requires the hunter to Lock On to their prey in 1st Person before activating the Vocal Mimicry - it will only affect the targeted prey.

The synthesizer comes with a standard array of vocal samples, and will add others to its library as it is exposed to the prey’s conversations.

More advanced recording and playback features may also be required in certain scenarios. In these cases, the hunter should Lock On to their prey in 1st Person and the recording will happen automatically. For playback, again go to 1st Person and Lock On to the target individual or mechanism before manually activating the Vocal Mimicry.

Note that at times the hunter may wish to rely on more natural sounds: activating the Vocal Mimicry whilst in 3rd Person will trigger a roar which will scare nearby prey. A shrewd hunter can take advantage of the respite this brings to evade pursuers of launch a fresh attack on the prey.

Thermal Vision
The Dark Blade Clan mask has three Vision Modes. The first highlights prey based on their body heat. Performing a detailed Thermal Scan (by locking on to the target in 1st Person) will analyze a target’s armor and physical structure for weaknesses. By studying the resistance to the various attacks in their arsenal, the careful hunter can choose the most efficient weapon for each kill.

Note that prey using a Cloaking device will block a Thermal Scan.

Neuro Vision
The Dark Blade Clan mask has three Vision Modes. The second is tuned to the electrical activity of the human brain and their pheromone signatures. This allows the hunter to determine the current primary emotion of the prey, as shown by the following color key:

* Green - Passive
* Flashing Green - Panicking
* Yellow - Hostile
* Red - Aggressive
* Flashing Red - Violent

A detailed Neuro Scan (performed by locking on to the target in 1st Person) will evaluate the prey’s loyalty and highlight any nearby individuals which share that loyalty. Markers will be added to the hunter’s HUD to allow easy detection of this prey’s group, even through intervening physical obstacles.

Note that prey using a Cloaking device will block a Neuro Scan.

Tech Vision
The Dark Blade Clan mask has three Vision Modes. The third detects fluctuating energy signatures which can be useful or harmful to the hunter.

Energy sources which can be used to replenish the hunter’s power supply, mechanical enemies, electronic security systems, and surfaces which the hunter can climb are the most common items highlighted.

A detailed Tech Scan (performed by locking on to the target in 1st Person) will analyze a target’s weaponry and technological equipment, plus any cybernetic augmentations. The scan can also be used to discover the properties of electronic security devices such as cameras. This will allow the hunter to evaulate what threat the prey may present, and act accordingly to achieve a successful hunt.

Note that a Tech Scan will penetrate standard Cloaking devices.

Armor
Dark Blade Clan armor is of a modular design, allowing individual components to be swapped out or upgraded as necessary. A warrior who has triumphed on the field of battle may find this bravery rewarded with improvements of this kind, encouraging future battles with even more dangerous prey.

Each Armor Upgrade absorbs a certain amount of damage, preventing the wearer from suffering as much harm from enemy attacks. The first level absorbs 5% damage; the second absorbs 10% damage; and the third absorbs 20% damage.

Note that once equipped, this level of protection is a permanent bonus: it does not degrade or deplete over time.

Energy Rating
The Cloak, Plasmacaster, and Smart Disc all make use of a shared power reserve, which can have its storage capacity increased once a hunter has shown the necessary skills to spend extended periods on the hunt.

Each Energy Upgrade increases your Energy Rating by one third, up to a maximum of double the base value.

Health Rating
The rigors of the hunt and the battle will harden the body and strengthen the mind. An experienced Clan-brother will be tougher and smarter than one who is Unblooded.

Each Health Upgrade increases your Health Rating by one third, up to a maximum of double the base value.
